The pool area was really good and clean. The shower room and bathroom was clean and spacious. Our camp site was level and well maintained.

Nice campground however the entry area is poorly laid out. No place to park while checking in and a lot of confusion during check in. Someone tells you to park somewhere, someone else is trying tell you to park somewhere else,in the meantime you're trying to get checked in. WIFI is spotty at best and difficult to accomplish anything.

I can’t believe we had this beautiful hideaway right in my backyard! Nicely wooded, we enjoyed privacy and were really able to spread out in the premium site but noticed all the sites had nice area around them. We used all the fun amenities and loved how pet friendly the whole campground was. We already booked our next visit and look forward to next season!

Totally disappointed 1st you are not near lake Winnipesaukee which is why I booked it. 2 the camper was falsely advertised as having 2 brs very small for just 2 people 3 appliances 1 pot 1 fry pan 1 bowl. Seriously. I will give a million gold stars to Zach. Our TV wasn't working and he went above and beyond to get it working. I will not be back.

Great park. Semi level site. No issues. Nice firepit with Adirondack chairs and loveseat. Wifi ok. Cable good. Water pressure good. Sewer hookup easy. Great place for families. Kids have lots to do here. Quiet park with it being relatively full. Staff was nice and accommodating. Washer dryers worked really well. Nice facility. I'd go back easily. Game

The staff was very nice and accommodating when we could not back into our assigned site. They changed it for us with a smile and our new site was wonderful. The campground is safe and very clean. It has so many activities as well. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

We had a patio site which was comfortable and nice ... Campground was well groomed and clean staff was very friendly we go three or four times a year love it there

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabins were spacious and clean, and we loved the screened in porch. The campground is smaller than we anticipated, but we only stayed for 2 nights, and everyone kept busy and had fun with the water activities. We would certainly come back!

Nice and relaxing and staff was nice. There were many fruit flies in the cabin but no big deal we were in the woods. There was some damage to the cabin we reported to the front office.

We had a great first time renting the lux RV!!! This was such a kid friendly place and we felt like one big family! The staff was amazing and helpful! We will be back and hope to make it a yearly tradition!

Great stay. Golf cart rentals are too expensive for the average family to afford. Should be around $50-60. Used to be $45. Very slow to drive also even when charged. Staff was great in the store. Parking lot person was aggressive. I had a foot injury & had to park way over behind the bld and walk to store. Entire purpose of renting cart was for injury. Overall a good stay.

Thank you for your feedback! Our golf carts are governed at 7 miles per hour as our speed limit on property is 5mph. We are unfortunately unable to allow parking in our fire zone to allow appropriate flow into and out of the park and appreciate your understanding. We hope to see you again!

The spacious well maintained sites are a relief from tightly packed campgrounds. Crews are upgrading and maintaining throughout the day making this a great find for us! Friendly staff and guests make it a real respite.

We really, really enjoyed your campground. The only suggestion would be to have more store hours Monday-Wednesday as the 10 am opening and the 6 pm closing is a bit too brief, especially for families making day trips, for us the store wasn’t open before we left for the day and it was already closed when we returned.

We stayed with a large family group (16), rented three cabins and knew what to expect. All the kids had a blast in the pool, riding around in the golf cart and running around. The grownups enjoyed the shaded area of the cabins, the small nature trail, and the large amount of outdoor space the cabins had, compared to other campgrounds we've stayed at. We'll definitely be back!

I was very disappointed to discover that my particular cabin only had one bedroom because it was the “handicap accessible” cabin. This is absolutely something I should have been informed of when booking because I would have requested a different cabin for my family of 5. While it still provided space for my boys to sleep on the pullout couch, this was not what was advertised and was NOT ideal

For the entire weekend one of the bathroom had no toilet paper. Another was missing soap for at least a day.

The glamping tent and staff were great. A few issues we had - No toilet paper in the rest rooms but glamping site 105 - all bathrooms were empty of toilet paper. There was no kids activities - it was rodeo weekend with only 1 activity - the KOA staff member was not prepared. She was U tubing on how to rope a cow. I enjoy KOAs for their actives - but this one lacked activities for children

Really enjoyed the Tree Tent #38.My sister rented #39 and it was disappointing her deck didn't have the same string lights mine had.We booked via a travel agency because we were a large group (over 15 sites) and what was not told to us was that certain of the Deluxe Cabins did not have the same layouts. My cousin who did not need a handicap accessible cabin ended up with it and was displeased.

Cabin could have been alittle cleaner. We got the last cabin and it was pet friendly so there was alot of dog food that I found around the cabin. The rest of the stay was good. Our last day/night was disappointing. We went to the pool in the morning because it was the hottest day and left by 11is went back to the pool later and it was closed for the day and night! My child was not happy!!!

It was quiet. We had a decent site the only thing that could been better if housekeeping would check on the bathrooms on an hourly bases we were on site 85 and our bathrooms didn't have toilet paper for a day and a half...

The name lake Winnepesaukee, south is very deceiving. I thought this was on lake Winnepesaukee, but it’s not. It’s an hour South! I was expecting the beach to be bigger than it was, and was disappointed to find that it’s actually a pond which you can only go up to your knees. This is not somewhere adults can swim, it’s made for children. They did have a Pool which was packed.

The staff (Hailey in particular), were very friendly and actively offered assistance to my family and other guests. We found the grounds to be clean, trash barrels were emptied, and the bathrooms were spotless. Lastly, the amenities, from the pool, the nature path, the arcade and store, all exceeded our expectations. We had a great relaxing stay, and look forward to returning.

We have stayed before & Loved this campground in the past. This time was quite disappointing. There were not many activities run & the few that were left a lot to be desired! It seemed the staff did not want to be there & had no interest in running them. The pool needed to be closed for cleaning (understandable) but something could have been done in terms of entertainment when that happened.

We spent several days here at the end of September. Lovely site, very quiet (especially during the week). Incredibly friendly and helpful staff (including Caleb, Jay, Marvin, and Haley). Quick walk from our site to very clean bathrooms, easily accessible showers. I think you may be closer to the Seacoast than Lake Winnie but that's less relevant. This is a great spot for just relaxing if you're trying to escape the rest of the world for a while. (FYI, Door Dash delivered some Pizza Hut from Rochester. We met them at the front gate, but it definitely saves a ride into Rochester.)

This KOA is ideally situated and offers a variety of accommodations. The grounds are clean and well-appointed. There is a pool, playground, basketball courts and a pond. Paddle boats, kayaks, and canoes are available for a fee and in good condition. We stayed for a week and enjoyed it very much. It was located within driving distance of Maine, Vermont, and Massachusetts. We would have spent more time exploring and relaxing at the KOA if not for our travel itinerary. I recommend this place to anyone traveling through the Granite State. Check it out!
