This was our first time to Steamboat Springs and we found this site through a Youtube channel. The park was clean and well laid out but for the price, we have stayed at better RV parks. There was also an RV parked (park managers) in the open space next to our site that made it feel a bit more cramped.

Nice campground, clean grounds, nice pool, clean restrooms, great staff. However the shower stalls and toilet stalls are small.

Greeted by unfriendly registration staff, paid $100 to park in a field with close loud neighbors and no sewer or water connections. Loud hwy noise. Would you stay there?

I had an accident on my way in and the staff was very nice. They offered to make us dinner. They really went above and beyond to help us out.

We first stayed in the premium spots but then asked to move to the cheaper spots because the premium spots have no grass only dirt (for a premium spot that is unacceptable) and also there is no trees so its crazy hot. You have to hold up in your rv until the sun goes down. The staff was very accommodating.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility was clean and very well organized. Free bus to town made getting around easy. We loved being able to swim, fish and tube in the river right at the KOA. Our dog loved the KOA employees who always had dog treats in his golf cart!

This is a Wonderful Campground. Very clean/nice, & RV sites mowed! Only reason I didn’t give 5 rate is because not informed ahead of time that we would lbe in “buddy” site where we’re facing people that we don’t know. If we request that when with friends, it’s great ….kinda. awkward with strangers. There seem to be quite a few sites like that. Should designate online, please.

Staff was great-Liz at checkin was fast and efficient. Bathrooms were super clean/well maintained. The grounds were groomed and neat. You people who get butt hurt because the wifi,cable or phone reception is bad shame on you- you are camping- enjoy the time away

For the money you charge for a site is very high..then you charge $5 a night for each pet which is crazy. You charge for an extra vehicle $10 a day. Have stayed several times and this year it was easy to see why you charge so much so we can all pay for all the new tiny homes you have added. It is a nice kept campground but you charge so many fees for just camping.

Facility is great, new section was fantastic. My only recommendation is to have trah picked up from dumpsters later in the day. We were woken up from dumpsters being emptied at 630 and 7am, which was not pleasant.

Such a great place! Facility was spotless. The staff was helpful and it was so nice to be staying right at the Yampa River. There is even a miniature golf course! Three easy miles into downtown Steamboat- so so much to do. Looking forward to coming back.

Very convenient location! Sites were tight for 38ft RV. Dog park nice, but need some lighting for after sun goes down. Store well stocked and neat. Friendly staff. Dog treats and waste bags nice touch on check in!

This is the closest campground to Steamboat Springs. On the surface the campground is clean and has all the amenities you would like. Then the nickel and dime for almost everything begins. Their check in early policy is clearly stated on the reservation but we found it to be totally unnecessary. We were not told that our site, like many of their sites, was configured to have doors facing the neighbor’s doors. This should have been stated when making reservations as it reduces the privacy. Also was disappointed they let really old trashy trailers stay there. Very friendly and attentive staff though and they did a great job of patrolling the area

We’ve come every year for the last 4-5 years and stayed a few times long ago when we first moved to Colorado. We’ve always loved it. We always request an extra 30 min late check out and have never had a problem, this year that wasn’t case, and we felt they rude about it and it really disappointed us.

This was out first time camping with a trailer and we loved it. The campground staff were friendly and it was easy to access our site. The campground was very clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Clean, lots of activities, will stay again. If you lower the cost of the mini cabins lodges, you’ll rent more of them.

My only criticism is that we arrived 11/2 hours early and our cabin was clean and ready, but was charged an extra $25 for that 1 1/2 hours. Not good customer service.

We stayed in a cabin. I should have read the description carefully before reserving. Didn’t realize the only beds were in the loft. That was my fault for not researching closely. I would say the cabin was rustic but had a great fire pit, swing & picnic table on a patio. The park was nice, the staff were friendly & helpful. Location was good & free bus to Steamboat was a plus.

This was a wonderful campground! Tons of amenities! Convenient location to town and restaurants! We stayed in a lux cabin which was absolutely perfect for our family of 4! We will definitely be back!

We liked it a lot! Only small complaint was that a few of the employees drive around like they are on a power trip. But overall, great experience.

Beautiful campground with lots of amenities. My son had a camping spot and I had a deluxe cabin-both were awesome. The cabin was cleaned and well-maintained, with kitchen supplies, toilet paper and soap. Staff were great, contacting us to give details for late check-in. Store next to office is great!

Great option to stay in town in the winter. We travel in our Sprinter 144 and there are not a lot of options for stealth camping in the winter. On one of our nights the temp dropped dramatically and well below the forecast. Woke up with a nearly dead battery and some diesel that was gelled. The staff supplied me with a trickle charger and a propane heater to point towards the undercarriage. Got the engine running in now time. The guys there helped me out big time.
