Amazing! We had 5 cabins total and everyone had an amazing time and can’t wait to be back. The staff was great… Sherry booked our group stay. She was super patient and helpful no matter how many times we called her. Brooklyn received us with a huge smile and great personality. Staff that was working around the camp was also very friendly. Amazing overall.

Just a few suggestions - toaster in cabin rental would be nice and some organized activities for kids especially on holiday weekends at fishing dock, pool or shuffle board area. Possibly an ice cream truck at a specific time! Just throwing out some thoughts, maybe not feasible for your facility.

Very nice campground and lots to do. Probably the most amenities of any KOA where we have stayed. Great setting and a bike path adjacent which is nice. Beautiful setting.

As always, Madeira Beach KOA was a great stay. We have been going there for over 20 years and have always enjoyed it. The resort is clean and well kept, there are plenty of things for the entire family to do, Kayaking, boating, fishing, put put golf, golf carts and peddle bikes,The pool area is fantastic, ice cream social, hot dogs and burgers and beverages in the camp store, which has plenty. F

The staff are exceptional and go out of their way to help you with any questions or problems you have. The bathrooms are immaculate and the park is kept up beautifully. We had an exceptional time there…!

The only improvement I would recommend is actual mattresses on the bunks in the cabins. There was no mention of them not having a mattress in any description. The adults on the bottom bunks could feel the plywood.

Love this campsite. Have stayed here for the past two years. Love the bigger cabins since they have the bathroom and kitchen inside you don't have to go in the middle of the night to the bathrooms outside your cabin. The small cabin mattress a little thin if you have back or neck problems other than that if you don't mind that is excellent for family time and to get away from the hassle of thecity

we book a place . with no pets because of allergies,you put us up in a cabin furiture tore up because of dog. could not stay had a reaction, had to stay out side the cabin . asked for another place. you said no. please spend the 500.00 dallors you charged me for new furniture.i feel riped off. not happy john

The site is well maintained, clean and the associates are friendly. The cabin SL04 has the AC too low and this blows straight to the bed making it uncomfortable to sleep. We would have stayed longer if this was not the case.We have stayed in other cabins that were great at this location.

Staff were friendly; the cabins were nice but the AC was so loud. Hard to sleep with AC noise. We love the location of our cabin. Thanks for giving us CL04 and CL01. Hoping to reserve another vacation soon. Pls send me promo codes.

We had no hot water in our deluxe cabins. We rented 2 for our families and Stayed 2 nights. They had maintenance check into it and said it was “fixed 2 more complaints and still no hot water and they insisted it was fixed. We had to use the community showers which is ridiculous for the amount we paid for 2 deluxe cabins! Plus they shouldn’t charge extra for the run down, broken, dirty mini gol

Hi Kimberly, we sincerely apologize that our maint. could not find any issues with the Rinnai on demand water heater. And hopefully with our remodel we will have an updated mini golf experience.

Camp ground no rooms. The place is spotless. Need to address the hot water problem in the showers near the adult hot tub. Told to let the water run. More than 5 minutes wasn't even long enough, talk about wasting water. Lots of comments on tight sites to place your rig, not sure where they were talking about we plenty of room, awning and slide out with room to spare. Nice touch on providing tables and chairs along with a fire pit. Per friendly but unable to take the puppy anyplace. Location: down a commercial street. Not a nice area to walk through to get to outside services. All around I will be back we enjoyed the stay 4 nights.
