Over priced and very small. Only 1 person can shower with Hot water in the mornings. We only stayed 1 of the 2 day we booked. Sorry

What a great location right on the Pinellas Trail. We would definitely come stay again. I would have only lowered the rating by a half and that was because you started blowing leaves at 7am on a Saturday morning. That seems way to early to use gas powered noisy machinery. We stayed in a nice 2 room cabin.

1st time staying at this KOA & it was amazing. Absolutely Will be back but you should really improve your internet to keep up with your excellent standards everywhere else in your campground.

Very nice people at campground. Great pool and hot tub! Love campground is on Pinellas Trail for excellent bike rides. Only complaint was smell at our campsite from possibly close by lake.

We had motorhome breakdown and Sheri at this Maderia beach Florida campground, is a wonderful asset to your company. She helped us with cabins to accommodate us for 2 weeks. We will return as we have for the past 7 years. Sheri deserves a raise!!!

cabin 4 was very clean and comfortable. Water pressure was low in the shower, but plenty hot water. We will see you again. Thank you to all the friendly staff!

The grounds were well-maintained. We only stayed one night but will definitely be back. The pool and hot tub looked very inviting.

Great place to stay! Pinellas Trail adjacent to the property. One minor electrical issue was fixed in just minutes by a super friendly Team member! Amenities were great. Would definitely return when in the area again!

This is about the fifth time we’ve stayed here. We stayed for 2 days in a 44’ class A. Space was tight, but we fit. People are friendly and campground is well-maintained. Lots of activities.

Very nice and clean Campground. The bathrooms and showers were kept clean and stocked. I didn't get to use the pool and hot tubs because we were gone alot. Was nice to have a cable so we could hook up cable tv.

We stay 5 weeks on a waterfront site every winter. The park is close to the beach and the Pinellas trail crosses directly in front. The grounds and staff are excellent!

Staff is super, grounds are clean, water views and many extra amenities! We stayed in a cabin tho & noticed it might be a tight squeeze for big rigs!

Being by the Bay was awesome. Brought my Kayak and went fishing, even caught some fish. I would have given 5 stars, but after I checked out I got a call and was accused of taking all the drinking cups from the cabin. (I did not take the cups)

Facility was great however KOA employee guiding guest in with RV let the rear-end of the RV hit the front end of my 2021 Toyota Camry. The employee didn't have the courtesy to ask us to move the car parked directly infront of our cabin. We were in the cabin with door open and he made NO attempt. The employee f9kded my side mirror in seeing it was close fit. Should have asked us to move the car.

Everything fine except wifi.In this day and age your wifi is surprising( or lack of).We,ve been on road five months and its the worst we,ve experienced! We couldn,t get on even for email.

We were put in a spot with the permanent residents with our 39 ft motor home and were treated like intruders for 18 days by the residents.I went to the office the second day and was told they had no other sites and was told to check back everyday. They new I was not happy and should have let me known if they had any other sites.It should not have been my responsibility, will never go back there.

Great location with the Fred Marquis bike trail on one side and a nice paddling bay on yhe other side. Tent sites were small and walk to, which was a bit uncomfortable. Clean and well stocked bathrooms. Friendly and helpful staff.

The cabin accommodation was nicer than some other locations. St. Augustin koa cabin lacks fridge and TV. A designated walkway from parking to porch and through front cabins for bathroom would be a nice upgrade. Better temperature controll and cleaner updated bathrooms would be a nice improvement also. Staff "Brooklyn" is excellent fit and has great customer service.

Friendly staff, like that they still pick up trash daily from your site. Exchange towels and bri g firewood to site. Only thing to fix is you say coffee is available in cabins on website but no cups to make it in and only 2 coffees provided. Restrooms and showers super clean. Will visit again.

Way too expensive... And they seem to want to always put you in a most expensive spot and not try to work you into the cheaper spots. They put me into a backed up water spot and I asked them to please put me in a cheaper spot and they said they had none. However I noticed several spots that were not backed up to the water that we're cheaper and they were not filled during my stay

A bit expensive but great staff and very clean place, althymaybe a bit too much lighting near the tent sites, difficult to shade against.

We stayed for two weeks. One of us played pickleball daily while the other one worked remotely. We found the campground excellent, the sites great, and the amenities plentiful. Loved the weekly musical socials. Everyone was welcoming. Already made next year’s reservations.

If you’re bored here, it’s your own fault! There’s bocce ball, pickle ball, and shuffleboard courts. Along with cornhole, horseshoes, ping pong, mini-golf, pool and hot tub. Our only complaint was the lot. It was very uneven and quite small. We booked a bigger lot by the water for next year.

Everything was wonderful! Arrived and everyone was so very helpful to get settled in. The KOA location and amenities were even better than expected and described. We can not wait for our next time in the area to stay here again!

Camp ground no rooms. The place is spotless. Need to address the hot water problem in the showers near the adult hot tub. Told to let the water run. More than 5 minutes wasn't even long enough, talk about wasting water. Lots of comments on tight sites to place your rig, not sure where they were talking about we plenty of room, awning and slide out with room to spare. Nice touch on providing tables and chairs along with a fire pit. Per friendly but unable to take the puppy anyplace. Location: down a commercial street. Not a nice area to walk through to get to outside services. All around I will be back we enjoyed the stay 4 nights.
