Our site was nice as it faced the water, the patio was nice and chairs. The staff were very friendly. I really appreciated the staff member who escorted us and helped me back into our site effortlessly. I didn’t like the inner city feel, listening to sirens and how the other sites where sandwiched so close together. The KOA is just not my vibe. I prefer less people, more privacy.

Great stop and had a great time. Excellent location on the water yet near restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be staying here again.

We had a great stay with family on Thanksgiving weekend. The staff was very helpful, friendly and quick to respond to our needs. We had some hot water issues in our cabin. We had trouble finding a spot to park at fishing pier. Other than that, we would stay again! Great location.

We LOVED this campground! Didn't realize how big it was =D We would definitely come back. The staff is very nice, friendly & accommodating. The facilities & showers were clean and tidy (during my visit I did not experience a "stinky" bathroom let alone a dirty floor). There is staff constantly driving around on gulf carts collecting garbage and ensuring all is well on the grounds.

We enjoyed St. Pete/Madeira Beach KOA. We were in Site 516. Nice pull through, kinda small. Great amenities. Location was perfect for us! Y'all may see us again...

Very nice campground, except for the dogs barking that woke us up every morning(and we have a dog) and the noseehums, our stay was appreciated. Really like Nino's pizza truck and Honey Bee and the beautil bike path from the campground to the beaches.

Very nice other than the kids, bicycles, gof carts zooming all over the place after dark without lights, driving through campsites, etc. Rules should be enforced.

Very nice campground with lots of activities for kids & adults. The location is great with views of the Bayou and quick access to the Pinellas Trail for bike riding & walking. Great pool & hot tub! The staff are friendly & helpful. Extra bonus is the local food trucks for delicious pizza, the best smoothies and breakfast foods/coffee. We will definitely be back on a future RV trip to St Pete.

We did not enjoy our stay. The campground wasn't just noisy during the day it was noisy pretty early in the morning and pretty late at night. There was a lot of dogs barking throughout the day. Other koas we've stayed at have a zero tolerance for dogs misbehaving and are asked to leave even during non-quiet hours. There were neighbors blaring their music loud enough that we couldn't have a convers

The staff was very friendly! Brook helped get everyone in our group side by side. She also helped book our next trip in April. Will definitely recommend friends to camp there. The location is perfect! Can’t wait to come back.

The people at the front desk are always really friendly and courteous. Cabins are always clean and well stocked. Nice place to camp.I highly reccomend it.

We really enjoy the community atmosphere and the many amenities offered. Lots of friendly people and gatherings, too! Two particular negatives are the limited hi-def cable channels and the poor wifi connections.

Staff at KOA St Pete/Madeira Beach are courteous, knowledgeable, and fun! We utilized the tech svc to set up our cable & he was terrific! Check-in was easy, staff extremely helpful with info about local restaurants and amenities at the campground. Only disappointment (this our 2nd stay here) was our site location. Many other sites avail & we felt ours was the lower end of our price bracket.

Wonderful staff! Happy with the cleanliness and constant upkeep of the property. Loved the pool and putt putt. Awesome that you have kayak and bike rentals too! We’ll definitely be back!!

Issues with raccoons all weekend, front staff not very friendly. Extremely Over priced for the amenities provided, everything was extra-kayaks, bikes, no true amenities other than the pool which left a lot to be desired. Fitness center not being open until 9 am is absolutely pointless for those who like to get up and workout.

Camp ground no rooms. The place is spotless. Need to address the hot water problem in the showers near the adult hot tub. Told to let the water run. More than 5 minutes wasn't even long enough, talk about wasting water. Lots of comments on tight sites to place your rig, not sure where they were talking about we plenty of room, awning and slide out with room to spare. Nice touch on providing tables and chairs along with a fire pit. Per friendly but unable to take the puppy anyplace. Location: down a commercial street. Not a nice area to walk through to get to outside services. All around I will be back we enjoyed the stay 4 nights.
