Beautiful campground with a lot of shade trees. The site was almost level, with gravel and lots of shade. Lots of activities for the kids, and a friendly staff. The wifi was fantastic.

There was discarded items and trash all over the site. If there is a check out time then hours before you can check in, use that time to clean sites.

Our stay was very nice. Campground had a nice store with very pleasant staff (the chocolate cookies were delicious!). We would stay there again, for sure.

The campground was fantastic. Had a little finding the KOA sign which way to turn, when I got off the Interstate.

Family reunion 2023 - total success in part because of all the fun things to do at this KOA. From the pool to the windy train to the bouncy thing - a great time was had by everyone from 11 years old to 72!

Campers were extremely close to each other. Once our awning was out we had about a foot to walk around our chairs to miss the neighbors slide-out.

As always, the staff was very helpful and the sites were clean. We were tent camping. When the tent camp area is full with large groups as it was this weekend, the bathroom and shower facilities are totally inadequate. Minimally, clean them more often. The Women's was out of TP. There were nests of wasps around the Men's facilities.

Enjoyed the caboose, though it presented better online than in person. Still it was unique even though too expensive for what it was. My granddaughter and I enjoyed the bounce pillow and the pool. Insulated windows in the caboose might block the noise of the passing trains which disrupted sleep. And my granddaughter woke up with spider bites after sleeping in the caboose bunk.

My granddaughters were estactic over how quiet. the neighbors were and the historic views was breathtaking.

We stayed here while our house was being built. We had some delays during construction and needed to extend our stay. The staff was very accommodating and we were able to remain at our original site. Super staff!!

Loved our stay here. The kids always had something to do when we weren’t going into the city for all the exciting things to do there. Everything was clean, the workers were friendly and helpful.

Cabin was clean. Bathrooms were clean. Our cabin faced the pavilion and the light was on the entire night very bright. We only stayed one night so didn't get to use the huge pool or watch the outdoor movie.

Overall, this is a nice campground with lots of trees and shade. The sites are a bit close together (your picnic table is basically right next to your neighbors dump station, which isn't the most appealing), and there is some noise from trains...but the staff is all really friendly and there are plenty of activities. Location is convenient to Six Flags and not too far from St. Louis attractions.

Absolutely fantastic! We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was so clean, and well kept. Our tent site was perfect and well shaded. I've been staying in KOA campgrounds off and on my whole life. My father started the tradition when I was a kid and would take us kids on road trips. This one was among the best I've stayed at. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to the St Louis area.

Great pull through site in a very clean and well maintained park. We dont have kids, but there is so much for them to do (pool, playground, jumping pillow, barrel rides, movies in the pavilion, bike rentals) that we wanted to be kids! Laundry room is clean and open 24 hours. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Great location - minutes from Six Flags! Facility is super clean, nice swimming pool and plenty of activities to keep the kids busy. Sites are well spaced with easy access. The staff makes your stay exceptional! One of the most professional and customer friendly staff I have encountered in a long time. My second stay here and plan to return!

Stayed here as few nights for the April 2024 eclipse. The staff was very friendly and the camp store well stocked. I got a patio pull through site that was not level. I checked other sites around me and it appeared to be 50/50 as far as being level. The campground is well maintained and a nice place for evening walks. The river is a nice addition for the atmosphere of this campground. I will say be prepared for traffic noise and the train running at night. I literally thought there was a boeing 737 flying 200 feet over my campsite. Six Flags is very close and I imagine this campsite is going to be full in the summer. All of that aside, I would stay at this campground again and would recommend it.
