Very nice campground. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our family stayed in a cabin, it was nice and cozy. We borrowed a game to play for the night and rented a 4-wheeled bike the next day. The campground is very close to six flags! Great place to stay with family!

Restrooms need to be CLEANED once a day or more when extremely busy! Disgusting restrooms! Also the handicapped restroom needs to be marked as such and NO one should use unless you are handicapped!!!! There are several other restrooms to use when there is only ONE handicapped !! The campground is not up to par, too many workers just riding golf carts around doing Nothing!!!!

Has great tent sites with electric- in the extreme heat the electric was a big help. Lots to see & do in the area. We Recommend this campground!

Excellent KOA ! Pool was very clean with plenty of chairs. Bounce pillow was clean and in a good location with covered tables nearby. Bathrooms were updated and very clean. The only things we would improve would be one or two more umbrellas around the pool and resurfacing the 3 foot section of the pool. It was very rough and all my grandchildren had blisters on the bottom of their feet.

Came late, left early. Didn't get to meet the staff but the other campers were friendly. Clean dog park and clean first rate bathroom.

Three days in our class c with towed car. Super nice staff. Nicely wooded if slightly undeveloped sites. Quiet despite being right over the hill from I44. Clean showers and bathrooms. Perfect for those with kids.

Campground was fine, people friendly at check in. The basic cabin had not been swept out, Gatorade bottle left on bed post and trash in the yard. Relayed all thos to employee at checkout.

Excellent customer service from all the staff but Kaiaya was especially helpful and kind. The restrooms were very clean and the KOA was easily accessible to all the activities on site and in the local area!!

This may be my favorite KOA site so far! My family LOVED it here. There were so many activities. The bathrooms were nice and clean. The whole site had such a peaceful vibe. The people were so sweet and kind. The pool and playground were clean. Everything was perfect. My only complaint was that we didn't stay long enough. But we will be back, OFTEN!

Our time at St. Louis West/ Historic Route 66 KOA was fantastic! The park was extremely clean and all the workers were as polite as can be. Obviously we are hoping to stay there again in the future.

Great! Stay here a lot. Huge sites, nice pool, great staff, perfect location from campground down I-44 to downtown and all the tourist stuff...Zoo, Missouri Botanical Gardens, Arch, Science Center, Art Museum, Grant's Farm, great Italian restaurants. Our motor home needed servicing so we were delayed leaving. Staff so helpful fitting us in for extra nights. Six Flags a half mile away.

Staff was friendly and the campground was easy to find. Lots of variety tents, campers and cabins. We had pull-thru with full hookups. I would recommend.

We have stayed here several times previously and this time was the most disappointing. We typically stay at KOA for their clean bathrooms, but these bathrooms were dirty and at 8:00 AM 75% of the women’s stalls had no toilet paper. Our cabin was in a terrible spot across from the dog park and basketball court with a bright light from the pavilion so the cabin doesn’t get dark. Not our best

This was my very first KOA experience. I arrived after dark. Not only was I provided a map to my tent site, but as soon as they saw me struggle with grounds orientation they got into their gulf cart and actually directed me to my camp site, and made sure I knew where lights and bathroom were located. Staff was super warm and welcoming. I can't see myself camping anything but KOA's from here on.

Stayed here as few nights for the April 2024 eclipse. The staff was very friendly and the camp store well stocked. I got a patio pull through site that was not level. I checked other sites around me and it appeared to be 50/50 as far as being level. The campground is well maintained and a nice place for evening walks. The river is a nice addition for the atmosphere of this campground. I will say be prepared for traffic noise and the train running at night. I literally thought there was a boeing 737 flying 200 feet over my campsite. Six Flags is very close and I imagine this campsite is going to be full in the summer. All of that aside, I would stay at this campground again and would recommend it.
