Appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, and convenient access to Gateway Arch National Park -- about 45 min east. Facilities were nice. Store well stocked with toys and Rt. 66 souvenirs. Grandboys appreciated the pool and "bikes." However, near highway and train tracks, noisy to the point of interrupted sleep. We stayed in mid-August, AC running hard, helped to cover some!

We had ants in every room of our deluxe cabin. I asked for some kind of discount, and the manager refused. I spent $440 for a deluxe experience and KOA did not deliver.

Kids really enjoyed the daily rides on the train. Nice camp store!! Wish they had more umbrellas around pool. Pool was very clean.

No issues. It is a very nice campground. The staff was very friendly. My only recommendation is to have a better variety of drinks in the store. Not a big deal at all. The location is great off the highway and near Pacific.

Friendly staff greeted us and showed us to our site. Level gravel pads for our 5th wheel. Nice place to walk. Stayed only one night. Diesel fuel was close by. We needed new tires after a blowout and the staff made an excellent rcommendation of Mohrs Tire Farm in Milton, WVA, just down the road. They fit us in the next day, and put on 4 new Goodyear tires - very friendly and competent staff there.

This park needs upgraded. Nice little park but, kept blowing brakes because electric couldn't keep up. It was extremely hot but. Also had water heater go out in bathrooms. Asked for more shaded lot, not possible although Many empty spots. I will say they refunded my last day... The people were nice and all, definitely needs upgraded. Will Not return

We stayed there twice, to and from our destination. First time perfect, great site, clean, roomy, no complaints. On the way home. Stopped there overnight. Thank goodness it was overnight, the site was cramped. The grass was not cut and a lot of garbage our dog found from the previous campers. Really disappointing.

Campground needs some work. Sites are not level, roads were falling apart and layout was crowded. The first site issued to us had the fire ring on the back side of the camper. Staff was super friendly, but the campground and amenities were not worth the $80 plus a night fee.

We have stayed a few times. Very nice with shade trees most spots. The last time we had “the best patio spot in the park”. Amazing. We totally enjoyed it.

Always enjoy this KOA. We come to the area often to visit family and if we bring our camper we always stay here.

It was great we were able to get in earlier than expected. There was one problem though when we hooked up we had no electric the 30/20 amp area. My husband actually ended up going to the breaker and putting it on. However when we started the AC it was down in the red below green on our electric box. So we believe that you need to get that line checked for the amount of amperage it actually has.

The hot shower made my day after a long ride to the campgrounds. Staff was very friendly. Highly recommend!

We had a beautiful KOA patio site on the end. I liked how the hookups (at least on our site) were back to back so our site felt private when we were sittingaround the fire. The staff (office and maintenance) couldn't have been nicer. We had an issue with the cable and the maintenance gentleman was extremely prompt and helpful to fix it. Our kids loved the pedal bike rentals and basketball court.

Very nice and clean campground. Lots of fun things for the kids to do. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. They were always doing something to keep up the campground. Great place to stay!

Stayed here as few nights for the April 2024 eclipse. The staff was very friendly and the camp store well stocked. I got a patio pull through site that was not level. I checked other sites around me and it appeared to be 50/50 as far as being level. The campground is well maintained and a nice place for evening walks. The river is a nice addition for the atmosphere of this campground. I will say be prepared for traffic noise and the train running at night. I literally thought there was a boeing 737 flying 200 feet over my campsite. Six Flags is very close and I imagine this campsite is going to be full in the summer. All of that aside, I would stay at this campground again and would recommend it.
