Camp ground was very clean and bathrooms were perfect. Only problem was very tight sites and neighbors sewer hose was literally at your door step. That’s a deal breaker for me.

This koa is far below the standard I have come to expect from your brand. It’s basically a dump. Wifi didn’t work at all. Sites were narrow with no vegetation inbetween, we’ve never been so close to the neighbouring site . There was no fire pit so we had to take one from another site. There were no amenities, camp store was very limited . Staff were great however.

No sewer hook up on pull through site and the dump site exiting was narrow and difficult. Will stay elsewhere when passing through again.

Pros: Easy distance from highway. Clean campground and facilities. Owner is easy to work with. Cons: Not many level campsites. Little shade. Dog park is the one place dogs were allowed on grass. Owner will go running after your car yelling at you if you go over the 5 mph speed limit. Owner and her friends are smokers and you must go through all the smoke to get to the campground store.

Beautiful setting! Super clean bathrooms. Easy to sign in and get set up after office was closed and we didn’t have a reservation. Quiet campsite.

Honestly we were nervous based on the other reviews which wildly exaggerated problems here IMHO. Yes, the spots are tight in one grouping, but we could certainly extend our slide out and awning. The wi-fi is worthless, but there is a 5G signal on my phone (Verizon) and 30MB download. If you want to stream video, learn to hotspot your phone and connect your TV to your phone. NIce basic trails.

This is a really nice campground. The only downside is that there are no trees in the bottom row so it can get hot! We loved playing bingo during our visit, playing at the dog park and playground, meeting some really great people and using the store for some ice. I would highly recommend!

$80 for sites stacked on top of each other. If every park was like this I would sell my RV and stay home.

Great Stay. Very efficient check-in. Park is very clean and well maintained. Spaces are a bit close with neighbors, but they work well to get acquainted. Sunsets are a real treasure! Sunday morning Fresh Donuts are a Real Treat Too. Thanx, Harry Parant

I called to cancel my reservation prior to the 48 hours notice required and did not receive a refund. The number listed goes to voicemail. I tried multiple calls, left a voicemail, and did not receive a refund or a return call.

Disappointed to not have any internet or cable although both were included in the price. Unable to receive any assistance with replacing the missing connection for cable at our site.

What a nice campground. We stayed in a tent on the southeast side. It meant for a hot sunny evening. The northwestern side would have been nicer with a shaded evening and early sunlight. But overall, a great stay!

Spaces are very, very narrow; however the view is nice. Had issues with packages saying they were delivered, but staff didn't know about them.

Enjoyed the "staircase" way of sites - felt more open and just about everyone had a view of the valley and sunsets. Bathrooms were wonderfully clean, grounds are very well kept.

Packed in like sardines. So close to next door camp fire awning on my camper was burnt small holes. Place needs to be cleaned up lots of refuse laying around.

The grounds were very clean and well maintained. It's also very quiet with the exception of the occasional motor vehicle driving down the highway. The only problem we had was our last night when there was no hot water for our showers. After a long hot day of hiking in the nearby parks, a shower was greatly needed so we were very disappointed when there was only cold water available.

No shade in our space, and it was hot. Space was narrow and person next to us must be living there, it looked junky. Only one person working in the office, no one to help us back into our space. Park is on a large hill, so each row is at least 10 feet up. I would be worried if I had small kids.

We enjoyed our visit and will likely stay again in the future. The office staff was very welcoming and the park is well kept. We particularly appreciated the dog run area, and so did our pups...

Ice cold showers, spots so close you needed a shoe horn to get in, the neighbor’s septic dump was under our picnic table, their pop out was so close we could not open our awning, and Wi-Fi don’t work.

Quiet and clean. We did not have a picnic table, so arrange to bring a table or make sure they have one for you.

We loved The staff and owner! We could not have asked for a better experience! Will tell everyone we know to stay here! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. Our girls loved it here and we will be back!

We were supposed to be in a full hookups site. We were very surprised to see a "rule" stating that gray water was not supposed to be dumped at our site, but rather put in a portable dump tank & rolled some distance to a dump site. We had no portable dump tank with us, nor did several of our neighboring campers. Sites are tight, slanted to rear on a hill, with no shade; could not put out awning!

The staff were great. However, the sites were so narrow that we barely had room for a picnic table. No shade. The children's "playground" was extremely small. The indoor rec area was great. Looked in the bathroom - very clean and cute. Laundry room was sufficient and cheaper than most. Hosts need to give more info on nearest towns - found stores/shopping on our own. Internet not too good.

We stayed 2 nights. It's clean and loved. Road noise was more than we anticipated but not terrible. Stairs to dog park are in need of repair. Not much to do there. Spaces appear level but aren't as they appear. Difficult if you have walking issues. Lots of sloped areas.

I'm disabled and need assistance with hookups etc. Mgr was grumbly about that--short-staffed, too busy--but eventually sent someone to plug me in. We then had NO wifi and NO phone access! When I left, I had to shout for a neighbor to come rescue me. Horrible experience. Which is the exact OPPOSITE of what I generally get from KOA, so you're not blamed for this!

Ok, so many things were right and wrong. No quarter LD for the laundry, office closed at 5, was there at 5:30…why wasn’t this checked? Also, ice cold shower stall, moved over one unit and was fine. The bathrooms look great and we’re clean! Spend some money on the plumbing! Tent site describe for grass, no grass in site. Mediocre at best. Person checking us in was great.

We liked this KOA because of the trail in the forest. Otherwise, there was no shade in most sites. The owners of the KOA are the workers and they micro managed us. We know 'campground etiquette' and don't need to be told to stay out of other people's camp. But we were yelled at for walking in an unoccupied site. It's not very welcoming.

Sites are without any privacy, and very close together. Our site backed up to a home. Many long term ‘campers’.

There is no wi-fi - no matter what they say. Told it was not good - but it does not exist. Were told there is a hot spot in the office - but everyone should not have to go there to get coverage. Advertising wi-fi means it is good in the sites. Sites are SO close could hand your neighbor a sandwich out the window. Cable did not work - but that got fixed. Overall not a good experience.

The dog park is nice. Pull through spots (3) don't have sewer, but there's a tight dump station. Most spots are back in. Bathrooms need key from office. Nice views. Kids' playground. Tent area. Trail.

We've always stayed at the Castle Rock Campground when passing through. Perfect clean and laid back. Easy access in and out.

Schöner, terrassenförmig angelegter Platz mit viel Grün, ein großer Spielplatz. Alles sehr sauber, Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Von hier bis zum ketzten Ausdichtspunkt auf den Mount St. Helens sind es mit dem Wohnmobil noch über eine Stunde Fahrt. Aber es lohnt sich!
