This is a smaller KOA and sites are very tight together. Our awning could only extend 4' due to the trees next to us. The site was also not level, so dumping tanks was a bit of a challenge. They are openly telling campers that wearing a mask in this COVID-19 pandemic is not going to be enforced. The good news is that all the staff members in the office were masked up. It's an average KOA.

This is the worst KOA we stayed at. Customer service is terrible, spots are so narrow and poorly leveled, and campground is not well maintained. We had a very difficult time leveling our trailer (site D15). Would never come back.

We enjoyed the nature trail. Thank you for making it.

Felt like I was staying in a trailer park! Looks like a lot of permanent residents in this trailer park. We had one permanent resident smoking weed most of the evening, smell and smoke was blowing into our site. If your in a tent ,plan on sleeping next to a noisy road with cars going by all night. This is my first stay in a KOA, not sure I will stay again if this is what its like. Rather trash

This is not a campground this is a mobile home park with trailers. They don’t want you here and they let you know. It’s wayyyyy over priced, tight spaced and all on hills with no room to be outside your rv. And if you are the neighbors sewer hookup is right outside your door. Owners and staff are rude and do not comply to any covid rules. I would never go back!

very narrow sties, cant fit the picnic table between spots. So many full time live aboards you feel like you shouldn't be there and you are invading their space. Not inviting, there's a halloween skeleton with broken neck saying "this will happen to you if you drive over 5miles an hour. The site was on a steep hill making it hard to stay at 5 hauling a 40ft 5th wheel. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Friendly and accommodating staff.... clean and well equipped sites

We enjoyed our visit

It was okay but we would have preferred a site with some trees since it was very warm days. The park however was very clean and friendly.

Very friendly staff ,nice dog park

The staff we spoke to on the phone was helpful regarding our late check-in. The campground is nothing special - teeny sites stacked one right next to another. It was acceptable for a stopover, which was what we were doing, but it would not be a destination for us.

What a peaceful place to rest. We thank you for the inspiration you give all of us on the walls from 1 Corinthians 13. Also I am a proud American USAF veteran and it is nice to see your support of veterans as well. The staff was friendly and your location is certainly centrally located. Thanks again

Sites are tiiiiiight and most don't have shade. Definitely people living long term in their campers here. Lots of junk and a trashy vibe. Top it off with a lovely scent of sewage our first night, we couldn't even stand being outside. Not at all what I expect from the KOA brand.

Nothing fancy, why charge extra for kids? With Covid, they can't do anything.

Sites right on TOP OF EACH OTHER! People cooking outside and sitting at picnic tables right outside your bedroom window. Neighbor and friends sat outside late watching TV and talking/drinking. Children screaming under windows. Too close! Dogs not on leash come into campsite. We have 3 well-behaved dogs who stayed in. Dogs across way barking always out on long leads into next site. Ridiculous.

Pretty decent campground with good access to Mt St Helens. Staff was friendly and helpful. Internet was a bit slow, but sounded like a general problem with the area.

An overnight or two facility. Nice playground for children. If the weather cooperates, great views of the sunset.

The park is very clean and fresh. The hosts were very friendly. My dog loved the dog walk park as did I. I marked it down one point because there was no shade for the site.

I understand it’s not a KOA owned but the store and office needs an upgrade. Campsites are tight and fire pits are portable. Friendly staff but needs some cosmetic touches to their work area and calm down on the many many Posted or painted reminders to slow down to 5 mph. Most campers have kids or dogs and know to watch.

The tent spots are too near the back highway. The car noise is loud and continues throughout the night. I would not recommend if someone is tent camping.

Our family had so much fun, the bathrooms were very well-kept, grounds were neat and clean. Our kids love the play area the golf cart was super cute. The clubhouse was closed while we were there because of corona, but it looks like a fun place. And we did borrow a fire pit to use which was very convenient! We will definitely be visiting her again.

Amazing spot! Will be coming back.

I have stayed at more than a dozen KOAs and this location was beyond the worst RV park or camp ground I have ever seen. The staff was filthy, crass, and rude. We were told we had a spot with trees and bushes during reservations and when we arrived we were placed in a gravel overflow area. The staff is going against the state mask policies and encouraging others to do the same. We will not be back!

I understand COVID May have required some changes, but locking the bathrooms to truck campers and then locating us next to the bathroom where all the tent campers walk through our site to use the bathrooms was wrong, WiFi was not working...what exactly did we even pay for??? No access to bathrooms, showers, no WiFi, $35 is high price to pay for plugging in for 8 hours.

The tent sites made it difficult to put stakes in given how rocky the ground was. The staff wasn't wearing masks and had signs posted about how its your right to wear them or not based on the 4th amendment and such(not true). Doing 5 mph through the parking lot and yelled at yo slow down even though I was already going the posted limit. No shade which left us feeling super hot in our spot.

Campground was nice overall but it was disconcerting to arrive and find out that we could not use the bathrooms or showers. That is definitely something to advise people about as soon as that decision is made. It would also be nice to have had a spot that did not require backing in.

Terrace RV sites are small they could be wider and not so cramped .

Customer service at the KOA Longview N. Mount St. Helens was a 10/10. The site was great with full service hook ups and a great view. My only small complaint, sites were way too close to each other.

What a dump! I stay at KOAs when traveling to new places so I never end up in a place like this. We were there for maybe 30 minutes and left and went home. I can say without a doubt i will never stay at a KOA ever again due to this experience

Disappointing compared to other KOAs. Had to pee in the woods the first night because posted instructions were unclear for late arrivals; had no restroom code. Tent site was very small and did not include a fire pit. Wi-fi rarely worked. Employees in the store did not wear masks in violation of state law. Nice location, luckily close enough to freeway to have good cell service given spotty Wi-fi.

I'll start by saying the Kampground was nice, and very well maintained. I felt that the sites were too close together compared to other KOAs that I've visited. I had reservations for w days, but only stayed for 1.

Friendly staff and a clean campgrounds. We'll be back!

It was fine. The staff were nice, but it was a turnoff to see some of them driving the carts around while smoking. The campground appeared cluttered & my campsite view was of a very messy house/yard. Upsetting to see the "this is what happens when you drive over 5mph" skeleton as it's insensitive. We couldn't have our shades open as we were so close to neighbors & people would look in at us a lot.

Our site was very small, and given the current pandemic, much too close to the one next to it. We have a small teardrop and when a camper van pulled into the next site, there was no room for social distancing as we came and went about our daily routine. Otherwise, a nice stay. Well maintained. Clean. Quiet.
Aug 04, 2020
We stayed during the pandemic so things were closed. overall our stay was fine. We arrived early and were able to check in. Sites are VERY close together and the trees have been cut down between sites but the stumps have not been removed. We were on a gravel pad with a significant slant. When sitting on the picnic table things would slide off and it felt like I would fall backwards.

For tent camping its a noisy site as there is a lot of road traffic and our pitch was less than 2 meters from the road. Extremely clean toilets and showers!

We had a great time here in our RV. Called them five minutes before the office closed and they were super nice and accommodating. We got there late in the evening but it was easy to find our spot with the map that they had provided. In the morning it was great to walk around with the kids and check the place out. We had decided to stay here on a whim but I would highly recommend it.
