Most sites looked nice, mine was near the strip mall adjacent to camp and was mostly dirt. Bath and laundry were excellent. Pool looked nice. WiFi was almost non-existent in the middle of the property. Location is excellent, staff were nice. Lots of amenities nearby and just far away from the touristy areas.

Internet is very slow. There were power surges and eventually it went out during the night. It’s a great location and the spots are nice. I loved the gas grills at each spot too.

Our campsite was terrible , the concrete pad was very small and at the back of camper it was all cracked up and unlevel, the ground was all bumpy when u stepped outside the door. Very small site. It was #54, and over priced for was it was.

Again the KOA staff was friendly and very helpful. The bathrooms were awesome! The sites were close and we felt a bit “packed”in but that is to be expected in an area like St. Augustine!! Our trailer was backed up to a pub - their ice machine kept working all night!!

Was surprised at how quite the park was at night even though it was full, staff was friendly and helpful, park was nice and clean, site was just big enough for our rig, nice view of the lake

Great RV park, perfect location for site seeing and beach a 10 minute walk. Sites are a nice size and ones by the lake are perfect . Maintenance & facilities have been improved over the past few years. Staff very helpful, only negative is the parking by the office make road very narrow and vehicles asking to be hit. Wish they had a monthly rate for returning guests. Already booked for next year

From the second we got here, we felt very uncomfortable. The man at the front desk was very overbearing and didn’t let us get a word in. There were homeless people staying in a tent behind us. 5 adults and one pitbull in one tent. The spaces are very tight. Staff doesn’t wave or acknowledge guests except one young guy with a beard. Loved the location. Beautiful setting around the water. Spaces are a little tight but still felt very private. So close to the beach and restaurants. We wanted to stay longer but they were completely booked.

Stayed for four nights but received one of the worst sites in the campground. Located under an illuminated billboard backing onto a strip plaza. Those sites are more appropriate for single night transient campers.

We had a very tight site that backed up to a fence on the other side of the fence was a car wash and detailed that was open all night. The site was all dirt and was very soft so that the support began sink into the ground. The road to the site was extremely narrow with very little room to back the trail or into the site. Laundry areas had both washer and dryers out of order.

The lady I spoke with on the phone prior to our arrival was very nice, and accommodating. However, the site we had #73 was not good.. there was no divider between the bathrooms and showers. People cut through our site to fish. People were in/out of the bathrooms/showers. It was very bright with the lighting into our camper at night. It really needs some privacy on this site. Tall landscaping etc.

Easy peezy pull through sites. I liked the fact that the office was open until 9pm. The site escort was skid very nice. However, it did feel like the sites were too close together.

If you have never stayed at the Saint Augustine Beach Koa holiday in Saint Augustine, Florida, I highly recommend that you check it out because the rooms there are very spacious. One thing that I have to say about the service at the saint Augustine Beach Koa campground is that they are very welcoming to all the guests and willing to answer any questions that you may have regarding your reservation or anything that you may need for your campsite during your stay at this amazing campground. One thing that I have to say about the location is great because you're right across the street from a shopping center with a dollar general and also in the same location there is also a bank. One thing that I have to say about the service that I received there was the last time that I was there. It was amazing, and the people who were working at the check-in were super helpful and willing to answer any questions that we had they answered them for us, and it's a great place to camp at In the saint Augustine Florida area. One thing that I have to say about the cleanliness of the camp ground Is that it's very clean and organized and overall not a lot of trash anywhere and overall it's just a wonderful place to enjoy a great time with your friends and family in the saint Augustine Florida area. In my conclusion, this place, by far, has exceeded my expectations for one of my favorite places to camp in the Saint Augustine Florida area.

KOA in St Augustine was fabulous! The sites were super clean and each provided a gas grill and a set of table and chairs. The staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. Delivered ice to our doorstep 😊. The lake is so peaceful and the paved roads making walking easy. Close to the beach and good restaurants ( Beachcomber).
