The pool was nice, but we stayed here almost completely for the bathrooms and wifi. The wifi cut in and out on us the entire time and we were unable to get any work done. The bathrooms were ok but in my opinion not up the the usual standard of the KOA. I would have like to see a little cleaner and nicer floors. All in all it was a nice campground but at over $100 a night I expected more.

You definitely have the cleanest bathhouses I’ve ever seen. There are a couple of things that I would have liked to seen with the cabin, every site but the cabins had a grill and chimnaya, most campers and rvs have a kitchen so they really don’t need a grill but the cabin’s really could use one. Other than that the floor of the cabin could be mopped. But I laid a rug down and that was no pro

Good mostly, wish it had better shade like where we were. Service office was great! Downside? The only internet in the rear area was too weak. 2MBPS so we could barely do much. But we loved the staff who always did their best and were very friendly and always willing to help

Your ad needs to state - Cable (no TV provide) for cabins. This was not an issue with my one night stay. However, it was more of an issue with my son and family (2 kids) who are staying a week at the same location. Your flyer (you provide at the check-in) needs to incude pool hours for ease and convienece.

I’ll start by saying that the staff were pleasant - always a plus. However, online KOA app says they have Wi-Fi - but it was practically nonexistent on phones (kept getting kicked off) and we were unable to stream any channels on our TV. It rained, and the RV site we had was dirt - so it became a muddy mess w/ants. We were charged ~$80 for this disappointing overnight stay.

Great host, RV park was very well kept up. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean and very functional. The site comes with 4 chairs, table and grill.I was not expecting this. The pool was well-maintained. Easy to get to and conveniently located to everything.

Really liked staying at this KOA. They had a grill, table and chairs, two-person swing, and a chimanea at our pull-through site. Very close to beach, shopping, and eating. Only draw back was slow internet.

Campground very nice and clean. Showers were excellent. Pool was well kept. Nice space between sites. KOA was centered perfectly between everywhere we wanted to go. Felt very safe. Staff friendly and helpful.

We celebrated my husband’s birthday and stayed at the Holiday St Augustine Koa in a cabin by the lake. The cabin was a rustic wooden, cozy cabin with electricity. Camp site has a pool and bathrooms are clean. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable about local restaurants and attractions. Close to St Augustine Old Town and attractions.I would highly recommend this Koa for a family vacation!!!

We were put in a ‘buddy site’ and not aware when we made reservation. Extremely close together. Awnings were touching each other. In grass. Lucky it did not rain. Should not be for RV’s. Playground would be suited better.

Showers and restrooms were clean and well stocked,seen staff clean them several times a day. When asked the office if we could have some additional days they were more than nice and accommodating. Pool was clean . We will be back. Thank you!

A very quiet stay. Clean and everyone was friendly. Close to beach and 10 minutes by car to restaurants and shopping. My second stay at this campground.

Clean restrooms and showers. Pool looked nice. Looked like there would be fun stuff for the kids to do within the campground. The tent camp sites were a little close together with not much privacy. Having just paid close to half the price at Anastasia State Park 2 miles down the road for a completely private tent site with shower access, the KOA felt like less of a value.

The campground was nice. Very clean bathrooms and laundry facilities. Nice staff. Only drawback was the noise behind us at the local pub. Lots of motorcycles at late hours of the night.

Great friendly staff, both in the well appointed camp store, and the campground staff. Especially Gary. He made it feel like we were family. Everyone waved as they went by. Very clean campground, beautiful bathhouse. More shaded sites would help out on hot days, but that’s no fault on staff.

The staff and workers were so great and accommodating. The campgrounds is nicely laid out and well kept for the most part. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is there are some things around the campgrounds that need attention (i.e. shower doors in the main bathouse do not lock) Overall a great stay and great location if you plan on seeing sites in St. Augustine.

The Campground is wonderful, clean, roomy, bathhouse is incredible. Nice store at the office, pool was clean, sparkling and inviting. Wi-Fi was good, had 5 devices logged on with nothing more than the standard free speed, no upgrade. Each site had a gas grill ready to go so we cooked some steaks, when in the area this is a must.

The camp site was super clean. Bathrooms are clean and have ac didn’t feel disgusting when using them. It was one of the best camping trips I had definitely will revisit maybe in a cabin next time. No a lot of rules very laid back workers are kind and polite

Very clean campground with an extremely friendly staff. From check in to check out, we had a blast at this super friendly campground. This is the first campground in over twenty years where every site had a nice glass patio table with 4 nice chairs and a gas grill to use. The gas grill even had a full tank of propane all at no extra charge. Water, sewer and electric all worked as expected.

KOA in St Augustine was fabulous! The sites were super clean and each provided a gas grill and a set of table and chairs. The staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. Delivered ice to our doorstep 😊. The lake is so peaceful and the paved roads making walking easy. Close to the beach and good restaurants ( Beachcomber).

if you have never camped at the ST Augstine Beach KOA Holiday before you should check it out beacuse the sights are clean and overall in my opnion its just a wonderfull place to camp at if you are looking for a place to camp at in the ST Augustine florida area. one thing that i have to say about the service is that they are very helpfull with any questions that you may have when you are booking your camp sight and overall very postive. one thing that i have to say about the location is that it is very quiet and you are right across the street from a shooping center with a dollor general and also a bank and also around the cornor from the camp ground is a few places to eat and the camp ground in my opnion is a great place. im going to reccomend this place to anyone that has not stayed there before to camp the place has to be one of my favorite places to camp in the saint Agustine florida area. will be returning to this place when ever im in the saint Agustine florida area this place is one of my favorite places to camp in saint Agustine florida area.
