i WENT TO CHECK IN AND THERE WERE 2 LADIES IN THE OFFICE, VERY COLD. DIDN'T EVEN GREET US.. THAT WAS ABSOLUTELY THE WHOLE STAFF ALL WEEK. PEOPLE RIDING IN GOLF CART NEVER LOOKED UP OR WAIVED OR WELCOME ANYONE. NEVER BEEN TO A KOA WITH THE STAFF WAS SO STANDOFFISH!!! ALSO CAMP GROUND DOES NOT ACCOMADATE A CAMPER OUR SIZE AND TOWING. THE SITES AREN;T BIG ENOUGH TO ENJOY YOUR STAY. FIRE RINGS

I love it here! We’re camping while looking for a house and are totally enjoying the great staff, manicured grounds, sparkling clean restrooms, pool and daily curbside trash pickup. At our lakeside site, I feel at peace!

Nice area close to historic sites but this KOA needs a make over, the deluxe sites with broke down Big Lot swings and gas grills are not worth paying extra for. Very disappointed

Nice, clean campground. We paid for a deluxe site which really only seemed a little longer than the other sites. It didn't offer much more for the money so I would not recommend the extra cost for it.

Very nice campground and well kept! Staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the bathrooms that are for a single person. Privacy and feel much safer. Very clean! Great area. Looking forward to coming back.

Cabin was clean! The restrooms were clean. The showers in the middle of the park are individual units. The showers by the pool are communal. Both were very clean, but I would opt for the individual units in the summer months. The grounds were clean. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It is a 1 mile straight route to the BEACH! We'll be back, again!

The location is fantastic the park is clean and well maintained. Getting in and out was simple. It is really dog friendly.

Check in was a breeze. The ladies at the front desk were very nice. The facilities were clean. The pool was refreshing. The only little negative thing I have to say is that the site we were on was a little narrow after our slide outs were out. And it was just a smidge short for our 36' rig. But, it fit. So we were okay with that.

Loved the campground. Everyone exemplifies customer service. Bath house must have been cleaned numerous times a day. Everyone went out of their way to ensure your satisfaction. It was the type of customer service you dream about.

Friendly happy helpful customer service. Nice clean site. Close to Historic downtown. Easy parking in town, variety places to eat, found a delicious handmade creamery in St. Augustine beach. Enjoyed our 1 day visit.

VERY PLEASANT & CLEAN CAMPGROUND. CLOSE TO NEARBY ATTRACTIONS AND ALSO HAS A TROLLEY TO TAKE YOU ON A TOUR OF HISTORIC SPOTS AND DOWNTOWN. CHECK-IN PERSON WAS VERY NICE. DEFINITELY WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN.

We enjoyed our stay, it's well maintained and offers nice sized sites. We enjoyed biking and walking around the campground. After staying at many KOA's in many states it's hard not to compare, the one thing that stood out to us was not just the pool's location but how it was uncomfortable right next to the road & the entrance. Adding privacy to the fence line would be a huge plus.

Our stay there was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store was nicely stocked with some of everything. The bathroom were very clean and the showers were extremely nice and must have been just done. Loved the pond and the beautiful trees. Definitely would recommend this KOA. Very close to public beach and two of or favorite restaurants ( like one mail away if them).

Bathrooms are not to code, poor water pressure, super close to the neighbors had to share same picnic tables on concrete pad It's a place to stay and leave to go see st Augustin during the day.

The park is kept clean, many sites with gas bbqs, chairs and patio tables however there is relatively no green space and very few trees. There is a lake however all the green space around it have cabins. A small pool located in front entrance. Convenient location to old town and beach is the only plus.

I would have given this place a 5 if my premium site overlooked the lake. Instead, my pull-through site had me pull in facing the other RVs and trailers instead of the lake. That was disappointing. Otherwise, the place is great! Friendly people and very clean.

Our cabin (K13) had a gross sticky floor, clearly not mopped, no tv and no mini fridge. It cost over $100 per night. Made me sick after I saw the cute hotel downtown for $10 more/night WITH a bathroom. Cabins are overpriced and lacking. No game room here which stinks as ping pong is our tradition at KOAs. Campground is small/road is loud. Upside: staff was nice and helpful and bathrooms were clean

We stayed at this campground for 4 nights in a rv. Check in was easy and the help was very kind to us. The site was clean and had a gas grill to use with propane in it. The location of the campground was close to a free beach. Plenty to do outside the campground will be back.

If you have never stayed at the Saint Augustine Beach Koa holiday in Saint Augustine, Florida, I highly recommend that you check it out because the rooms there are very spacious. One thing that I have to say about the service at the saint Augustine Beach Koa campground is that they are very welcoming to all the guests and willing to answer any questions that you may have regarding your reservation or anything that you may need for your campsite during your stay at this amazing campground. One thing that I have to say about the location is great because you're right across the street from a shopping center with a dollar general and also in the same location there is also a bank. One thing that I have to say about the service that I received there was the last time that I was there. It was amazing, and the people who were working at the check-in were super helpful and willing to answer any questions that we had they answered them for us, and it's a great place to camp at In the saint Augustine Florida area. One thing that I have to say about the cleanliness of the camp ground Is that it's very clean and organized and overall not a lot of trash anywhere and overall it's just a wonderful place to enjoy a great time with your friends and family in the saint Augustine Florida area. In my conclusion, this place, by far, has exceeded my expectations for one of my favorite places to camp in the Saint Augustine Florida area.

KOA in St Augustine was fabulous! The sites were super clean and each provided a gas grill and a set of table and chairs. The staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. Delivered ice to our doorstep 😊. The lake is so peaceful and the paved roads making walking easy. Close to the beach and good restaurants ( Beachcomber).
