Staff was super friendly and responsive, but the long term stay residents kind of have their own ideas about camping. Quiet rules, cleanliness and parking on the grass are much more enforced at any other KOA.

The customer service was great and very accommodating but the sites here are very close together and very hard to get trucks with 30 foot campers in and out of any site. Sites are very close together not leaving any privacy.

Told them when i made the reservation,that i had a 40 ft fifth wheel and 25 ft of truck . They told me no problem .Tried atleast 3 times to fit in my spot,with no luck.The big tree branch hanging over my spot and the guy a couple spots down would not allow us to fit in .You could tell with all the bark missing on the trees we wasnt the first ones to tell them .Out of space to finish their survey

For a KOA Holiday, we were VERY disappointed. We arrived on a Sunday and left on Monday, the office was closed both days. We went to use the clubhouse, but found it was only open Thursday to Saturday. On Monday morning from 8-10:15 the nearest restroom and laundry room were closed for cleaning (a very in opportune time for cleaning as people are preparing to set out for their day). One +, nice pad

Sadie was very accommodating and helped me through the check in even though something happened and I did not have a reservation. Much needed assistance after a long day of travel.

Well maintained with helpful staff. Very fun to enjoy exploring the canyon nearby with the ancient art and dinosaur prints in the mud rock. As an added bonus, it was amazing water pressure.

It was very nice and clean, but spots were pretty narrow. We were pulling a 40 ft. Toy hauler and the trees were too close to pull in.

This location has great potential but actually feels more like a trailer park than a KOA campground. While setting up our rig, I had to be careful where I was stepping due to all the dog poop in the grass. I pointed this out to management who said they would address the issue and have the area cleaned up but nothing happened. Way too many long term residents with clutter-sites and cabins.

We came in late night and everything was in the night box as promised. The site was very easy to get our 34 foot trailer parked and settled.

Great location but rarely office open or had anyone there. The water pipe two over from us leaked out of the lady’s hose terribly. No one ever did anything about it. A lot of water wasted. Clubhouse only open Thursday thru Saturday and too cold for pool yet so the price was really high for no amenities. Laundry was good. And bathroom was clean.

Used a couple times in past; it was a mediocre quick overnight. We noticed more full time residents, it was very crowded, made for hard maneuvering on their cramped tight spaces and tight turning angles. Rigs are bigger today! Need update cracked and potholed spaces. Our sewer hookup did not work. Ugh. The laundry allows the horrific over scented pods!! UGH!! UGH!! Last stay for us…

Great place to stop and meet the neighbors. Full hookups, paved roads and parking spaces are in good condition. Pet friendly. We arrived on Sunday so office was closed but check-in packet was readily available outside office door. Well organized!

Kind of crowded in the middle sites. Was very disappointed to see a very tattered/torn/weathered and unserviceable American Flag flying from the main flag pole (probably several months). Please take care of our national flag as much as you keep the grounds cleaned.

We arrived at 4 pm, building was closed and no info for our spot was there. Needed to call. The site they put is in was muddy and we couldn’t sit outside. Noisy train track. Obvious long term sites there with trailers in disrepair. Then a rep from KOA Provo contacted us the next day about a reservation coming up…..We already had stayed there the night before.Very poor representation of the KO

Location was easy to find, and easy to communicate with the staff even though they were closed Sun/Mon for my arrival. The 2 star loss was because the bathrooms were so very dirty. Not just a "few days" of dirt, but a visible waist height ring in the shower of the iconic dark earthen color. One shower had the handle ripped off entirely. I was so repulsed I didn't wash my hair.

It was disappointing. we were placed on the back side in a in location that was near a flooded field and had several junk trailers parked closeby. looked like the overwintering crowd. One had dogs that barked and no one nearby. There were no staff the entire time we were there which was on a Monday and leaving Tuesday morning. Office was closed Sunday and Monday. Everything was fine , but the view from our site included several trailers in various stages of disrepair an junk piles. I’m not sure on the reason for this, but it is unusual for a KOA Campground in our experience.

It is OK for an overnight stop but I wouldn't want to stay more than that. Too many long term guests with too much stuff. Porches on the cabins are full of personal belongings and signage. Had to walk past most of it to get to the dog park in the back corner of the park. Clean restrooms.

Easy access to freeway. A lot of old vehicles, boats and junk around, multiple people living onsite.

Lots of permanent residents spread throughout park. Act like they own the place. Guy next to us came around his RV to watch us set up. Didn’t speak, just stared. His slideouts covered half of 5 ft area. We moved table to get in car. He moved it back. Perm campers dogs everywhere barking! Poop everywhere. Closed Sun-Mon. Nobody there. Bathrooms left unlocked. Large puddle in BR hall for 3 days.

Quick trip was fine to pull in and rest for a few days however, park is extremely run down with dumpy trailers throughout. Almost looks/feels like people are permanent residents on the grounds. Just not what we expected for such a beautiful part of Utah.

My wife did the check in. She's was very impressed with the kindness of the office staff. We were given site 204, but no matter how I maneuvered my 5th wheel, I was going to it a big branch on the door side. My wife ran up to the office and asked for 203 next to it. They were a little stressed, but made it happen. Had a good night stay and left for home early in the morning. 2nd time staying there

Just one night stay. We found the Stalls are quite narrow. Lots of traffic in park during the night. Some of the units look like they are storage units, also vehicles & boats are stored in back row, takes away from campground. We wouldn’t stay here for more than a night.

Koa has gone downhill. There are some pretty run down and junky places in your park. Questionable people in them too.

This KOA is a great place to stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We had a family emergency and they worked with us through out our stay. The park is right off the freeway. This park has a lot of amenities plus washers and dryer s. Very nice place to stay.
