Everything went well for the most part. The first site we were assigned had a very bad leak at the hydrant. Staff moved us to a 'deluxe' site and that hydrant leaked as well but not as bad. Otherwise, we were pleased. The 'comfort' center was clean and accessible. Nice place.

Location is good, infrastructure is good, the staff is super nice. However, the bad: there are several bathrooms, but literally half of them were non functioning, with no shower capability due broken faucets. Bathrooms were extremely dirty, with pieces of used toilet paper and floating on puddled water, extremely gross. Upon exiting, sewer connection completely clogged, unable to empty tanks.

The off leash dog area is a joke, in the worst place on the property.....how about fencing in the grassy area on the west end and make it a real dog run?....rows 1 & 2 are like living near a freeway as it is the preferred in and out for all the permanent trailer dwellers at the east end of the property.....Ok place for an overnighter at best.....

Lots were very small, we couldn’t even put our awning out all the way. So many lots weren’t usable for different reasons but our neighbor had to move because of electricity shooting out of the breaker!!!

We had a one night stopover. The pool looked nice, although we didn't use it. Our site was level and long enough that we didn't need to unhook. The only downside it that our picnic table was missing.

This KOA is hard to find. Missed the entrance and didn't even know it. For a Holiday KOA, we weren't impressed. Pool small and crowded and as far as we could see it didn't have a "KOA Holiday" vibe to it.

The comfort stations were filthy and not cleaned in the two days we were there. The rules of the campground were not being iiforced. There were lots of percent campers whose trailers were in bad shape. A lot of trailers that were being worked on in the park by owners. The campers were very loud and so was the whistle in the mornings and the road noise from the high way.

The only thing we liked was the clubhouse. We could play pool biljard (free) and we could even play bowling ($). But the restroom facilities and showers an laundry room were dirty and some facilities were out of order. The ambience was not like other Koa campgrounds.

Awesome amenities; bowling, club house with kitchen, pool tables, tv area, some arcade games, pool, laundry, and showers. Close to fishing, restaurants, shopping too. Overall good experience and would most likely visit again.

The sites are rather close to each other. The 50-amp plug wasn’t attached to the post and the plug pulled out in my hand when disconnecting. The shower/bathrooms were ok.

Parking spot 211 only has a 50 amp connection. Because I did not have the adapter, I was not able to plug into the electrical service.

This KOA is a great place to stop on your way through the greater Salt Lake City area. It's easy off the I15, there's a big Maverick gas station right across the street. And there's a Utah state liquor store right there, too. The people are friendly and helpful. Sites are kinda close together, but there's grass and trees and it's easy in, easy out. We'll definitely stop again.

KOA PROVO Camp ground was a location that we had stayed at 3 years ago. We were confident in making this reservation. Upon our arrival we noticed a sewer smell that did not go away. Additionally, the grounds had dog feces in serval area. Vegetation was stressed and and in applying. Several sites had long time residents with on going maintenance on vehicles. Rating…. Poor!

Parked on dead grass, and had a terrible water leak. Apparently it had been leaking for some time, as the only green grass was around the connection. Mentioned it to some workers, who just shrugged and said, “Ya, we know”. Nice view of the mountains tho.

very busy and crowded....don't believe your GPS but use their instructions on how to get there...close to shopping and food...but quite quiet once the sun went down...we were just passing thru and stayed one night

Grass was dead, water connection was wrapped with a towel and duct tape and was continually leaking which of course meant mosquitoes. Park looked unkempt.

Trashy neighbors. Management posted a notice on their door. The next day was just as bad. At night there was a terrible oder coming from somewhere in the camp. Could not wait to get out of there. Will not stay at Springville KOA again.

Though the staff was friendly and helpful, especially to add a few days to my stay, I didn't find the park particularly "well kept" especially the long-term site and especially the cabins on the back side. The dog park was in the bottom half of the ones I've seen at other KOAs and and other than the pleasant field behind my site and location to I-15, I thought the price per night was high.

Very nice and well kept campground. The game room area was very nice and had AC. We stayed when it was a constant 105°. The pool was refreshing and cold on the hot days. Not a lot of playground toys for a young toddler but plenty to do around the towns. The parking was very close together and tight but it is manageable.

My wife & I stayed 5 nights in mid July while in town on business. While the location of this KOA is very convenient to Hwy 15, its proximity always causes a lot of noise. On the other side is a train yard which adds to the racket. The bathrooms are individual private toilet/shower rooms, but are not cleaned often enough and are almost always out of TP. The RV sites are very close to each other.

Front desk was nice and check in was a breeze. Had to ask for a picnic table and water source was spraying everywhere. When we reported this they said they knew and said not to worry. It appears that several repairs are needed. Not much space between sites but happy to have shade from a tree.

The staff was great but the restrooms were dirty everytime we used them. Hair clumps all over, vomit on the walls and trash cans. Only a few squares of toilet paper in each restroom. Only complaint would be the restroom/shower areas.

This KOA is a great place to stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We had a family emergency and they worked with us through out our stay. The park is right off the freeway. This park has a lot of amenities plus washers and dryer s. Very nice place to stay.
