Restrooms reeked of sewage. No soap, not even a soap dispenser, in 3 of the restrooms. No hot water in 1. No toilet paper in 4 of the restrooms. All of this mid day when they can easily be checked by employees. Koa's have gotten a little pricey lately but this one was definitely not worth the price being chatged.

While our site was a deluxe site, we had a little difficulty getting lined up due to the narrow drive through slot. The folks that greeted us were very friendly and recommended an excellent Mexican restaurant when we inquired. All in all, we had a nice one-night stay.

Rough sidewalks and driveways, dangerous for the handicapped. No soap or seating in restrooms, overpriced.

Unpleasant. Staff extremely unfriendly. Never waved or said Hi when passing. Our site was horrible. Fire hydrant out the door and dirt pile where workers left. Our faucet leaked the 4 days we were there. Told office, no one came to fix. Very unkept, especially long term tenants.

Very clean and well kept. Didn't notice any permanent trailers there which is a bonus as many other RV parks" are filled with run down trailers. It was quiet. Would definitely recommend this KOA to anyone!

Came in late with No reservation. Called # in App and booked a space to rest our weary selves. Pull thru space was long enough for our 35 ft MH and our Mini Cooper tow vehicle. Plugged in only used electric, then got up next morning Great Sleep! Very quiet park. We unplugged electric, Never had to un hitch tow Mini and headed out to hwy, not far at all, and headed for So. CAL!

Friendly staff, easy checking, nice size slots, wifi had no password so didn't use, cable TV very good, next to shopping center easy access. Easy to get to and out of to interstate.

Like most KOA’s you pay a high price for a space,and there is no one to police the activities of guest after the office closes! Blaring music from a camper across from the fenced pet area, then while watching tv someone decided to fire up their race car! The fenced pet area doesn’t even rise to the level of mediocre, then 1/2 the folks don’t pick up their dogs mess. Ok for 1 night.

Spaces are EXTREMELY tight. We have a 40’ fifth wheel and it barely fit. There was no room for our tow vehicle. Really reconsider this campground if you own a large rig. Clubhouse was nice and exactly what the photos show. Games are a bit pricey but that’s your choice so having this option I think is really cool. I’ve never seen another KOA offer something like this. Nice and quiet. Easy access. There is a small issue the will eventually need to be addressed. Some of the lots have a tree root problem pushing up through asphalt in the RV lots creating a tripping hazard. Could be a liability issue. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

Easy to get to it and the view was stunning. Staff very friendly and helpful. The overall condition of the park is mediocre. The internet was horrible. The “dog park” sure could use some love. We enjoyed our stay.

There appeears to be no maintenance for the grounds - tree sticks everywhere. Our site had lots of dog poop as did other grassy areas.Many sites are seasonal and all sites are very close together. Office staff was friendly.

Not a fan of this campground. We had planned to stay two nights, only stayed one. It's hard to pinpoint exactly what it was. I didn't interact with any staff, so it wasn't that. It was more the appearance of some of the campsites I think. Didn't like the "vibe" (lack of a better word) of the campground. Was ready to leave.

Sites are very narrow and short if you have a truck and long trailer. Our water stand pipe leaked badly and there are several in the park like that, so maintenance of park isn't good. Also, rules of park aren't enforced i.e. Lots of dog pens outside trailers (that weren't secure for dogs).

Staff was super friendly and responsive, but the long term stay residents kind of have their own ideas about camping. Quiet rules, cleanliness and parking on the grass are much more enforced at any other KOA.

The customer service was great and very accommodating but the sites here are very close together and very hard to get trucks with 30 foot campers in and out of any site. Sites are very close together not leaving any privacy.

Told them when i made the reservation,that i had a 40 ft fifth wheel and 25 ft of truck . They told me no problem .Tried atleast 3 times to fit in my spot,with no luck.The big tree branch hanging over my spot and the guy a couple spots down would not allow us to fit in .You could tell with all the bark missing on the trees we wasnt the first ones to tell them .Out of space to finish their survey

This KOA is a great place to stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We had a family emergency and they worked with us through out our stay. The park is right off the freeway. This park has a lot of amenities plus washers and dryer s. Very nice place to stay.
