Nice area but the park is falling apart. Many thing were not working or in serious disrepair. Hopefully the owners will invest some money into the park and bring it back up to KOA standards

Bathrooms were dark, dirty and had little room for keeping clothes dry and to dress. Was the most expensive rv park and not worth the money. I expected better since the rates were so high. Have to stay there for our return trip, because it’s too late to cancel and find another park. We will avoid booking with KOA in the future.

The sites are very narrow, our fifth wheel with slides on both sides barely fit. Several of the bathrooms were broken or had broken hand dryers in them.

The staff was very nice however the park is extremely outdated small rv spots. We only had a 35 ' trailer and truck. You must unhook and squeeze the vehicle sideways in front of RV. Spots need to be redone and expanded.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately do you hear the highway and the train very loud. It is very clean everywhere.

This campground booked and checked someone in under my name. I have tried all weekend to call them to let them know and request to have this corrected. No one answers and no one has returned my call from the voicemails I have left. Corporate is now involved.

The park is well maintained, clean and green. We enjoyed the personal locking bathrooms with large showers and the laundry room, both were very clean. We enjoyed our stay and would come back if we are in the area.

It was a such a great place to stay the staff was really friendly and helpful. If I could give some advice it would be to put something in the bathroom so clothes don’t get wet while using the restroom.

Clean, not depressing at all. You can't tell who lives there full time or just in for the night. I didn't feel like I was being "watched" during my stay (2 months). The park was patrolled but not overly. The other park in the provo/ springville area was patrolled hourly....it got old. I'm a traveling nurse and spingville KOA worked hard to get me a space I was comfortable in for my stay. thanks!

We really like this park. The bathrooms are clean and updated. The spaces aren’t huge but nice size. We really liked the spot we got this year. And the park is close to our family so it makes traveling a lot nicer.

It was quiet and well taken care of. The park manager needs to smile a little more often. She had to approve a reimbursement and apparently wasn’t happy about that. Not my problem

Wifi was terrible. Couldn't even use it. Our 1st spot they put us in didn't have water. The neighbor that lives there knew it wasn't working but we were put there anyway. We got moved to another spot. Couldn't use the pool on Sunday because an employee had a family reunion and it was full of kids and no seats. The showers were fine. The new spot was fine. Not alot of space in spots for canopy.

Very tight sites with lots of vehicles! People and vehicles everywhere! Good for an overnight in a pull through without unhitching. Bathrooms were filthy but that was due to the sheer number of people using them. Just too crowded!

Great location and layout. Although we didn't take advantage of it due to time contraints, they had a bowling alley. Would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was very accommodating to our family! When weather had changed, we was able to host a family reunion at the KOA facilities and enjoyed all the amnesties the KOA had to offer. The awesome large club house, with large kitchen, game area, pool tables, kid park, pool, basketball court, outdoor shade trees, picnic area. Our local family of 80 was impressed with the facility and grateful!

Like most KOA campgrounds, the sites are very tight. This one does have some fantastic views of the mountains regardless of your site number. Easy on/ off from highway and gas station that will accommodate. Friendly staff , would stay again

Friendly and helpful staff. Site was adequate for trailer size (gravel). Bathhouse clean and laundry area was nice to have. The pool looked nice but did not use. The game room had a variety including bowling and pinball but looked like they cost extra, good for kids. I have to say the sites seemed close together, not very private or quiet especially on the weekend but it worked for our short stay

The good stuff includes friendly staff, lots of grass for the dogs and no problem with water, electric and sewer. The bad stuff: wifi does not work at all, lots of road noise, sites very small and problem parking tow vehicle at campsite and long term residents sprinkled all around the park. And finally this facility is over priced and I say this as a loyal KOA camper.

Nice Property Overall. One area definitely needs improvement. Bathroom floors ranged from dirty/slippery to full on standing in a puddle. Needs staff attention every couple of hours, not just during the once a day cleaning. Thanks

Staff was friendly. Easy to pull in and out of. For a quick layover it was great. But to actually stay and use as camping? Not good for me.To close to others and very small spaces.

We were just there one night, passing through on our way from Seattle to Zion. Our site was supposed to be full hookups, but there was no water and we needed to connect to the empty site next door's water. Also, the back in sites should be set up on the diagonal instead of perpendicular for easier access. The club room, rest rooms & showers were very nice and the location convenient.

sprinkler flooding on our site. contacted late night text and was ignored all night. next morning no one contacted me, still haven’t receive a refund. stay away.

Really enjoyed our stay in site 222 . We've stayed a number of times over the years and this was our best site. we look forward to staying there again in the near future. Enjoyed venturing out to explore the PROVO river trail and Bridal Vail falls and Hobble Creek area.

Staff was awesome, just to crowded for us. Bathroom cleanliness needs much more attention. Consider cleaning them more than 1 time per day on Holiday weekends.

It is a pity that a potential nice campground is hindered by bad maintenance. Out of six showers only two were working. Pool was also out of order. All sanitary buildings were dirty and were not cleaned while we were there. Next to our site, that looked more like a parking space than a campground other campers parked their cars and caused a lot of disturbance. Will certainly not come again.

This KOA is a great place to stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We had a family emergency and they worked with us through out our stay. The park is right off the freeway. This park has a lot of amenities plus washers and dryer s. Very nice place to stay.
