Our spot had dead grass. So our dogs aius tracked it in the trailer each time we went in. Also we didn’t have a full picnic table. Hard to entertain.

My site had no table or chairs. The water spigot continued to run even when shut off. Site 409 is a poor site with no amenities. You should be charging much less for a very basic site

It was a very nice RV park. The pool was really nice. Wi-Fi didn’t work good.

Staff was friendly. We did not use any of the facilities. Space would have been tight if there was a trailer next to us.

Very quick overnight stay. Campground is great for that. It's got paved sites, fairly close together, but enough room to do what you need to do for an overnight stay. Water pressure is impressively high, so use a regulator. Hook ups all in good shape and worked fine.

The bathroom/shower facilities required maintenance. Water pooled on the floor in one. Shower head missing in one. Faucets missing in one and floors were dirty in most every shower.

The park looks a little run down. Several permanent residents on some sites. Nice staff, great pool & clubhouse. The first site they sent us to had no power. Moved to another site, very unlevel due to tree roofs under the pad, we should’ve asked to move again. Water hose covered in duct tape. Cabins looked unkept, blinds torn in windows & siding was torn on several cabins. Needs maintenance work

The camping is noisy, unfortunately too close from the highway but the real problem was the toilets and showers which are not clean enough. They are clean once a day, therefore at the end of the day, with the swimming pool nearby it is all muddy. And in the morning, it is worst. Toilets should be clean twice a day. Otherwise the caretaker was really nice and campsite were nice too.

Sites very tight, neighbor had awning out - we had to pull all the way forward to clear the power box and the awning. Trees needs to be trimmed a little higher. Dog park overgrown, bathrooms out of order, camper deposited hot coals in dumpster and started a fire. Only contact for office was text message. Good thing fellow camper had a fire extinguisher and a hose.

The store hours are too short!!! Opening at 10 am is crazy!! People camp all day, why is the store only open 8 hours?

It was easy to get to this campground, but there was significant road noise (nothing the staff could do). The campground was clean and well groomed, but the sites were narrow. It was a good place to stop and I would recommend it to others.

The bathrooms at this KOA were nasty, They looked like they were never cleaned. Second they had 2 out of the 6 showers that were out of service with broken shower handles. Their staff were more worried about sweeping up little leaves than making sure the bathrooms were cleaned. Second is when their sprinklers came on they completely soaked my truck and trailer. We left a day early gross bathrooms.

Would not stay there again. The staff were friendly although not knowledgeable about the area. The sites are too close and too short. I couldn’t even put my awning out. Apparently there are a lot of permanent residents who put their living room furniture out beside and behind their RV’s along with the junkie looking cabins make the place look like a trailer park. This is no Holiday KOA park.

Campsites are on top of each other. Smells like sewage. Tons of long term camps with junk out everywhere. Took my small daughter into the community bathroom when she urgently needed it and didn’t notice that there was a closed sign. When leaving a staff member yelled at us that we shouldn’t be there. Our mistake for sure but terrible customer service. Would not recommend.

We were there for one night and it was a very pleasant stay. The children enjoyed the pool and we liked the camp site near the playground and a view of grassland and mountains.

I pulled in & out due to 319 parking two trucks in my paid spot 320, they then gave me attitude when I said this is my spot. They were angry they had to stop working on trucks and move. I decided this vibe did not feel safe. I did not stay. I called the office 3x soon after leaving & another 3x the next morning. I left a detailed voicemail asking for a refund. I was ignored.

When I made my reservation I reserved a deluxe patio site. I had to change my reservation changing my arrival date. So, instead of getting a deluxe patio site or even a nice site in the front of the park I was put on a small site in the back that barely enough room to put out my awning and slide out. I have stayed at many KOAs and have never been given such a poor site. Will never stay here again!

Spaces are very very small we had no table outside. People next to us was very loud til late…thank goodness it rained so they moved their party inside:(. Appeared they were semi permanent residents that were noisy We will Never stay at this koa again���

Crammed us in like sardines. Water leaked like crazy. Couldn't find a level place to put the chair. Not going back. Have a return trip planned. Gonna cancel.

I was not happy I needed to transfer my reservation to a different KOA and no one called me back from Springville/Provo KOA

Had reservations for 4 days, deluxe premium site, pull through. Had to unhook, sewer cap was cross threaded and unable to be removed, hose bib was leaking, tree branches into our bedroom slide. No room for awning. Sites are really narrow and roads are tight. Neighbor had their keep smashed in rear as someone was leaving park. We left after one night. Still trying to get a refund. Will not be back.

It’s a nice campground with a great games room area. The check-in/sore closes at 6 so if you arrive after that, they text you code for the washrooms/laundry. We asked other guests for the games room code. The washrooms are the main reason for a low rating. They were very dirty and smelled like sewer. Of the six showers, only 2 worked which meant you waited or skipped showering.

Sites were to close together, freeway was very noisy, only had half picnic tables that sat two people. The water faucet on our lot ran continuously. We couldn’t shut it off. There were no garbage cans near the camp sites.

Water hook-up was leaking. Sewer cover was a paper plate. We had no picnic table. Code on laundry bathroom only worked half of the time. Several showes were out of order. Not at all what we expect from a KOA.

Check in was kind of weird- gal wasn't at desk. Left list of campers in late check in box but did not list the two of us though we had reservations and paid for. Nice up front- many water faucets seemed to be leaking and kids SCREAMING in pool area and late check in next to me (11 PM) who talked loud ( not campgrounds fault) made it just a place to try to sleep but not a return to destination.

The whole place smelled like sewage. Spot right next to a field of cows, but also a general sewage smell around the bathrooms. I assume the bathrroms get cleaned at some point, but with that many campers packed into a small space with only 2 bathroom houses they need to get cleaned more and were filthy by evening. Sprinklers went off and ruined the stuff we had out on bench. I won't go back.

The park was nice. Spaces were a nice. But the roads were way too tight. The space next to us had several vehicles in front of their space leaving us to back out of our pull thru spot. The bathrooms were very nice! They also had laundry nut I did not find the dryers. I also didn't look very hard as we were in a hurry to hit the road. Over all a nice park.

Everything went well for the most part. The first site we were assigned had a very bad leak at the hydrant. Staff moved us to a 'deluxe' site and that hydrant leaked as well but not as bad. Otherwise, we were pleased. The 'comfort' center was clean and accessible. Nice place.

Location is good, infrastructure is good, the staff is super nice. However, the bad: there are several bathrooms, but literally half of them were non functioning, with no shower capability due broken faucets. Bathrooms were extremely dirty, with pieces of used toilet paper and floating on puddled water, extremely gross. Upon exiting, sewer connection completely clogged, unable to empty tanks.

The off leash dog area is a joke, in the worst place on the property.....how about fencing in the grassy area on the west end and make it a real dog run?....rows 1 & 2 are like living near a freeway as it is the preferred in and out for all the permanent trailer dwellers at the east end of the property.....Ok place for an overnighter at best.....

Lots were very small, we couldn’t even put our awning out all the way. So many lots weren’t usable for different reasons but our neighbor had to move because of electricity shooting out of the breaker!!!

This KOA is a great place to stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We had a family emergency and they worked with us through out our stay. The park is right off the freeway. This park has a lot of amenities plus washers and dryer s. Very nice place to stay.
