Most of the showers in both bath houses were broken, flooded, or out of order. There are other signs of neglect. We were there twice in two weeks. Nothing seemed to be improving.

Sites were nice. Bathrooms maintenance could be better. Road noise from freeway and train but turned on fan for white noise and slept fine. Would stay again for short term.

Bottom 10/127 KOAs with 75% permanent trashy trailers & junk piled around site, unleashed dogs and only 1 filthy park, picked up 20 bags of poop but park never cleaned by staff. Dogs locked in cabins all day howling while owners working. Campers washing, rebuilding cars, trailers, horse trailers, etc. Inoperative open WiFi and rarely cell signal. Loose German Shepherd attacked me and my dogs.

Paid extra for a "Deluxe Pull Thru" with "nice long full hookup pull-through sites" because we didn't want to unhook our travel trailer due to an injury my husband had a few days before. Our site was suppose to be 54' long but it was only 36' so we were forced to unhook & park our truck in another location. The patio was on the wrong side & the biting bugs were horrendous. Staff was indifferent.

I specifically requested not being placed in site 403 as it was to small/tight for my RV. However, they put me there anyway? No one in the office upon my arrival to request a larger site but the office was empty at 2:30 PM? What the heck? I'm very disappointed to say the least. This is an older park, lots of water leaks and they're not being addressed? What the heck Who is managing this facility?

Arrived late but everything was ready. The sites are a bit short for a 42 ft RV towing a car.

My 4th stay here as I travel north. Perfect spot for the night. Level spot, didn't even need to level . Great staff, well taken care of campground.

At least three shower/toilet rooms were out of order in some way, no shower spray, and no signs were posted. No toilet paper in at least one room, really disgusted after getting ready for shower and using toilet first ! Bad bad !

I was very disappointed with this KOA...I was told before arrival that if I booked a week I would get 1 Day stay free of my stay...That did not happen and then I was charged extra monies for three days of the stay...Also restroom �2 were dysfunctional as many were out of order! Ground keeper threw wet grass all over my vehicle and the place was extremely noisy! No one answers phone. Never agai

power issue after closing time, employee answered text, helped within 5 min. Other than that its all bad, office closes at 5 pm, "comfort station" (Bathrooms) both had 3 out of order bathrooms out of 6, in one of the working the shower did not the facilities smelled like sewage. In the Morning bathroom cleaning started at 8 and when we left at 1030 the bathrooms were still closed for cleaning.

We paid for the premium back in with a view and got a tiny back in that we barely fit in backing a field. No picnic table or fire area. Just a small patch of grass. The bathrooms were filthy & gross. We stayed about 10 minutes then left and went to a state campground that was beautiful lake view, private sites for less money. We will not be returning. Walmart parking lot would have been better.

The employees were very nice but the facilities were disgusting. The bathrooms have showers in the actual toilet area & there are no mats or drain that’s lower than the floor to ensure drainage so there’s standing water almost always. We stayed for 4 days, bathrooms were cleaned once. And our water pipe was running 24/7 no matter how hard we tried to shut it off. Told office and they did not

We stayed for three nights. Pros:Easy access from the freeway. Friendly staff, nice entertainment room and laundry. Pretty view of the mountains. Cons: Bad internet, sites flooded after rain, comfort station 2 had 3/6 stalls out of order and only one stall had soap and a working hand dryer. Vandalism was rampant.Long term residents were allowed to leave junk laying around. Freeway noise.

Was there for overnight. Had to move sites due to a bad electrical pedestl. Sites are a little narrow but long enough.

we stay here often. nice campground. a few too many spots with trees in the way and not researched before assigning spots. some people are let to part "outside the lines" making it difficult to get through. but good location, and i guess the fun stuff is a great attraction for those without other stuff to do. never used it

The RV park looks pretty rundown, the grass was not well managed, and the spots were very small. no picnic tables, no barbecue pits, no cement pads was very muddy where there should have been grass. Did not care for some of the long timers that were living there that added to the rundown look of the park.

This KOA was very easy to get to and very well maintained. The office personnel and maintenance personnel were very helpful and friendly. Had trouble with our motor home and the staff was very helpful and understanding.

Had a reservation made through the KOA app for one night. A rock from a passing truck shattered my driver's door window. I made several phone calls to extend my stay so I could get the window replaced, leaving messages each time. The phone was never answered and my calls were never returned. Finally booked the additional nights I needed again through the app which required us to move.

The places are so tight you can barely get in and out with the large coach people can park wherever they want blocking you so you can’t get out in the morning seems like all they’re wanting to do is get people in and make money!

A lot of full timers at this park. and there sites have a lot of stuff making it look junkie. Not sure why they label this as a KOA hoilday. When it is more like a regular KOA. Very loud park as well.

There was dog feces in our site when we arrived, site was not suited to our unit. Disappointed as we stayed here in the spring and had a positive experience, that is why we returned this fall. Will not return in the spring or fall next year, will find alternative RV park.

It would be nice if the campground would enforce their own rules. Dog fences everywhere with lots of dogs. Not against dogs have two our own. Change the rules if not going to enforce. Sites are very hard to get out of with a bigger rig due to people parking the side of the one way roads. Otherwise campground nice.

The staff was courteous and helpful. The facility was clean, orderly, and well-maintained. Plus, the mountain views with fresh snow atop were gorgeous!

Perfect place. Peaceful and yet fun for kids. Wonderful clubhouse, pool, bathrooms and laundry. Very fun outdoor spaces. Beautiful setting. Amazing staff.

4 big motorcycles revving up and blasting off from sort of next door at 11pm was a negative. Otherwise another super overnight at Springville� …we like this place! Thank you

Sites way to close together. Restroom #2 was dirty. Out of the 6 shower/restroom 3were out of order and the others were filthy! Did not I force rules regarding cleanliness of sites. Overall appearance of the park was poor!

This KOA is a great place to stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We had a family emergency and they worked with us through out our stay. The park is right off the freeway. This park has a lot of amenities plus washers and dryer s. Very nice place to stay.
