Stayed 2 weeks. Staff are very nice and friendly. Would be a 5 star but had water issues and had to keep tanks filled because of needed repair.

We absolutely LOVED this KOA! Sadie and her staff were absolutely wonderful and took such good care of us during our stay. The rec room was awesome!! 2 pool tables, shuffle board, bowling, TV’s with couches to watch a family movie, scrabble, Jenga and more! Pool was clean and perfect temp, staff did excellent cleaning and maintaining everything onsite. We will definitely stay again!

Nice for an RV, but rough for tent camping. Thank goodness we arrived early because the first site they gave us we would have had to pitch our tent over a sewer clean out. Tents are next to stagnant water and the mosquitoes were terrible.

The pull-though site was a bit short for our motorhome and car. The showers were nice. The internet connection was crappy and should be upgraded to high speed. If I wanted no internet, I would have stayed at a state park.

Okay for an overnight stay. KOA's are expensive and we felt it wasn't worth the cost. Our internet did not work; the water hook up leaked so we had to keep our water pressure low; our site was filled with tree roots which made sitting outside difficult (no level space) and we did not have a picnic table.

Campsites are incredibly small. Smallest I’ve ever seen as in you have maybe a foot of grass in front of your camper with HALF of a picnic table!! Many toilets are out of order. The shower water comes out into the main hallway. I slipped on someone’s nasty shower water. How gross is that!?! The laundry area is tight and has NO AC so it feels to be 200 degrees inside. Save your money!

The Springville KOA is just for overnights closer to Payson where I run the Clan Cameron booth at the Payson Highland Games annually. Better than driving home to SLC every night. The Springville KOA is always clean, well run, and convenient. However, the WiFi signal was usually too weak to use at our site 213 this trip. More WiFi antennas might be a good thing!

The bathroom were dirty only 1/2 of them worked The employee were very rude the ladies at the front desk were very pleasant The camping spots were small felt like you were on top of each other

Location good. Staff was helpful as our assigned spot was taken and they moved us and were very apologetic. However, the spots are on top of each other with no room between you and the sites next to you. Also, no space to park your for your vehicle either. Good for an overnight but not a holiday.

Several broken showers. Bathrooms flooded with water. Small planes less then 500 feet overhead. Heavy traffic noise. Other campers blocking exits to work on there TV.

People at camp ground were great. Clean and nice. Easy access to I15. Only thing I could say negative is they're bathrooms/showers.showers drain out and all over floors as well as shower drains. Always water standing in bathrooms and at times in hall. No paper towels, some have hand driers, some of them work. I like the individual bathroom/showers, just need some maint. Nice place great stay.

It was nice, they put me in a spot next to a tree for shade without even asking. The spots are level, well-maintained, and clean with grass in every slip. The pool was nice and the comfort centers and arcade room were a nice addition we don't normally see. So if you were feeling like stretching your legs and watching something on a big screen or playing a game of pool they had a nice AC'd spot

Spaces are very short for pull throughs and difficult to get in and out of. We had no table at our site.

It was a quick overnight stay and didn't have any issues. However, the spaces are kind of small. I couldn't pop out one of my slides because there was a tree in the way. Looked like a fellow camper was swapping his transmission in one of the spaces. I feel bad for them, but it did look bad.

Sites are too tightly spaced. The Springville/Provo KOA would greatly benefit by eliminating between 15% to 20% of the current sites.

Had to move three time to get a space with good water connection. Wash room and toilet floor flooded. Not even room for full size pick-nic table.

Stay was adequate-office closed at 5pm and didn’t open the next morning at 10. We needed ice and no chance … also the Wi-Fi was pitiful

There was dead trees all over the park. They said that the trees still gave shade. It wasn’t a well kept park. There were dead grass and weeds everywhere.

Rented a deluxe site, very nice, perfectly level but small. 32’ 5th wheel with truck parking parallel to the front fit barely. Overall pleasant stay.

The cabins are getting old. They need a refresh of the following: 1) The main AC needs to be recharged - it didn't cool very well 2) the window blinds are broken, and 3) the skirting of the trailers is falling apart -- makes the whole thing look undesirable. The lady at the front desk was wonderful!!!!!! Best asset ever!

The spots are way too small and the bathrooms are like showering in a Port A Potty, disgusting. It is close to the freeway and nice and quiet. There's a Maverick gas station within walking distance but that doesn't make up for the tiny spot � The staff was friendly and helpful.

Didn't get the camp spot that we reserved and paid for. Spot they put us in was too small for the equipment we had. No refund for difference in price. Bathroom and Showers were very dirty. Laundry machines were not working.

Wonderful campground with all the amenities needed to keep the entire family happy. Bathrooms get pretty dirty through the day. I am not sure why people need to make such a mess? They clean them in the mornings so that is the best time to get freshened up. Roads are narrow so drive slow. The kids loved the pool! Staff was efficient and courteous. Super easy check in.

Internet was poor. Several bathrooms out of order. One bathhouse has a funky sewer smell. Shower water temperature Luke warm. Staff is friendly and helpful

UNFORTUNATELY, WE HAD LEAKING WATER RIGHT OUTSIDE OUR FRONT DOOR, FROM THE SPICKET IN THE NEXT CAMPSITE. BESIDES WASTING GALLONS OF WATER, IT CREATED A HAVEN FOR MOSQUITOS. AS WE WALKED THROUGH THE GRASSY MOSQUITO HAVEN IT STIRRED THEM UP AND THEY QUICKLY FOLLWED US INTO OUR 5TH WHEEL. MY HUSBAND WAS FIGHTING OFF MOSQUITOS FOR HOURS AND THEN STILL ENDED UP WITH BITES EVERYWHERE.

The sites are small which crowds the roads. The common grilling area near the front of the park allows use of charcoal. We had a bad experience with the fumes from a grill being used that permeated our Airstream terribly. The fumes smelled horribly of lighter fluid, as if gasoline was being poured inside and outside our trailer. The grills should be converted to propane only.

This KOA is a great place to stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We had a family emergency and they worked with us through out our stay. The park is right off the freeway. This park has a lot of amenities plus washers and dryer s. Very nice place to stay.
