Lovely campground tucked away from everything. Down a country road but only minutes from Lake Springfield and all things Lincoln. Lovely level sites with plenty of shade .

Nice out of the way campground! Our original site was very tight to next site but we were moved upon request to a bigger spot. The wi-fi available was mostly none existent and Verizon service was moderate.

Very nice campground! Spotless bathrooms and showers. Staff is very friendly. It’s a bit off the interstate but the drive is pretty and worth it. It’s very quiet. No traffic noise!

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The campsite was shaded and close to the pool. The restrooms were super clean and air conditioned. The kids had plenty to do and had a fantastic time. It was just a really great place to camp!

A little out of town, in a nice way! Site location is clean with easy hookups. Teens said shower facilities were top rate! Highly recommend Springfield KOA!!

This is an amazing campground, just far enough away from the city to be quiet and peaceful. Very family friendly, everyone enjoyed the pool and stopping in the store to buy icecream! The cabin was clean and you can tell the staff really care about their grounds and their guests. Close to lots of Abe Lincoln sites, Route 66 stops, and the Frank Lloyd Wright house was so cool to see!

Staff was awesome and it is a beautiful park. Very clean and good sites. But, directions need better signs and the road to park is very narrow and needs improvement. County responsible for roads should do improvements.

Lovely, quiet location. Very tidy, plenty of space and nice pool/children's area. The shower block was spotless and the check in for late arrival was easy.

Stayed in a camping cabin traveling alone...I reported to the front desk that I could not lock the deadbolt...it made me feel unsafe that I could not lock the door...it would have resulted in the highest score if I could have locked my door

The swimmin pool was just the right temperature. Showers were awesome. Pull through and back-in spots roomy with easy access. Water pressure was fine.

Amazing staff and owner. My wife took ill and our overnight stay turned into a month. They bent over backwards to fit me in their campground even during the holiday weekend. They even sent my wife flowers in the hospital.

Great time! Off the beaten path but not too far. Plenty of kid activities to keep busy. Our grandson loved the foam! Staff were mega friendly, without exception.

Had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend at the Springfield KOA. Campsite was spacious and clean. Bathhouse and restrooms were clean and convenient. Hosts were friendly and accommodating. Campground was full and busy but all campers were friendly and observed rules. Great weekend of camping!

Nice people. We had a low hanging branch for our site that scratched the side of my rig. Sites are perpendicular to the campground roads so ingress/egress required extra wide turns. Fortunately, other sites were empty so no obstacles with that. Getting to the campground is down slow and narrow roads. Not a biggie but 2 large rigs in the opposite direction would have been quite dicey.

Roomy sites. Site 38, hookups we’re a bit awkward. Water & electric on passenger side. Desk staff were nice. Loaned us additional cables and 50 amp adapter. Great for kids (I have none).

Clean and quiet. Well set up. Playgrounds and putt putt etc for the kids. Walmart 15 minutes away. Convenience store on property.

Charming campground, Quiet day and night, for a Journey it is away from the interstate / highway noise. We stayed in our fifth wheel however there are several nice cabins and a Family sized Lodge to stay in as well as secluded tent sites in various locations. Bathrooms and Showers were always clean and stocked. The store has a wide variety of items for your camping needs. New improvements are being made all around the campground and several were in process while we were there however the staff ensured the work did not interfere with any guests or activities. There are several new Electric and Water Paved back in sites while the original sites are in a shaded section and it appears all the trees were trimmed properly to prevent from low hanging branches. We met the owners and they are super nice and treat you well as do the rest of the staff we met. One of the workers (Herman) cruised the park and was always friendly. We would stay there again.
