Wow, the Cabin was clean, near restrooms, accessible to the K9 club, and cool. We loved the ice cream social after we set up camp and our girls enjoyed a dip in the pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. The campground had many new facilities including restrooms, patios and camp kitchens. We as a family was satisfied were the services and accommodations for our one night stay!

It was wonderful but since we arrived late, we couldn't swim. That was one reason why we stayed there. The bugs were a tad much. The light on the front porch of the cabin wouldn't go off and the air conditioner was not cold! However we made the most of it and the people in the office were very nice.

We have been staying at this Springfield location over several years on our way to Chicago. The cabins are affordable, communal restroom is clean, amenities are incredible. Always enjoyed kicking back in the pool after a day of driving, and it’s so convenient to have pizza and chicken wings on site. The staff is courteous and helpful.

I really liked this KOA! The amenities were really nice and the cabins were clean and bright, as were the restrooms.

The cabin was better than expected. It was very well appointed, well lit, and comfortable. I could not have asked for better shower facilities. The staff was very friendly, too

Nice people. I enjoyed it so did the kids. Only thing that went wrong on our vacation was there was bed bugs in our cabin but they fixed that problem.

Cabin was in need of some repair and very low stock/supplies for our scheduled stay compared to other KOA we have stayed at.

Stayed two nights. I stayed at 6 KOA's on my vacation and this was the best. Staff knowledgeable about events in the area. Clearly they enjoy their jobs and go out of their way to make it a positive experience staying here. I appreciated having the mini fridge in the cabin. Will attempt to return in the future.

We stayed here 1 night on a Route 66 road trip. We booked a tent platform, but it was raining when we got to town. The lady at check in was so helpful. She was able to transfer our reservation over to their last available cabin. I think we probably would have ended up sleeping in our truck parked at the tent site otherwise with as much rain as was coming down. Saved our night. Thank you!!

This is one of the best KOA campgrounds we’ve stayed at. Staff was super friendly and the cabin we stayed in was very clean and very nice. I would highly recommend this Koa!

I have stayed here 3 times. I would make this a long stay location. The staff is excellent, and the location and park itself is great. However on my last stay in a deluxe cabin there was food left in the refrigerator and many ants in the room. This will not deter me from staying here again. The friendliness of the staff supersedes anything else.

Cabin could have been cleaner. Bathroom floor was sticky. Stool stopper didn’t work all the time. We do like the camp ground and will be back.

Very nice cabin! We had a problem with the TV and the proprietor came right away in the rain and quickly fixed it. Very friendly and accommodating.
