The 2 people working the office lacked in compassion. My husband and I are moving from Az to MI, he is driving truck and trailer, I’m driving the car. It was a conveniently located location, however I was not aware that there were ALOT of long term campers there, which made it very uncomfortable to stay. The camper next to me smelled of marijuana the whole time and the place seemed more like a trailer park than a campground. Its too bad that they allow long term rentals there, as people have trashed the place. Otherwise, the facilities were nice

Great hospitality! Staff was very kind and helpful. Very nice private bathrooms that are well maintained. Just stayed one night but I will definitely be back again.

The full time RV’s should be in another area away from the short stays. We were a little put off by the old dilapidated rv that was boarded up from the inside with dogs barking all day long and we never saw anyone come or go. The other issue (which is sorta out of the camps control) was the VERY loud train passing through all hours day and night blasting its horn. Staff was top notch and very ni

Clean and nice staff. The train noise was unbelievable. Unguarded crossing about what seemed 50 yards away with numerous high speed freight trains throughout the night. Horn sounded like it was in my camper. If noise bothers you go somewhere else.

Just overnighted but they had a nice clean bath house. Spot was nice just a bit wet and muddy—had a lot of rain that day. Was able to order chicken wings and little donuts from the club house. Nice, friendly people that checked us in and escorted us to our spot.

My 6 month stay was incredible! The owners and staff went out of their way to make sure that all of my camping needs were met. The amenities were adequate, and my dog, Jake, loved his daily walks in the dedicated pet park! My comfort food was the homemade donuts and pizza from the on site general store. I think that this is the best campground in the Springfield area!

Perfect location for us, we plan to return often to visit Great Grandchild! A few may want to know, this is close to airport & Railroad intersection, but it didn’t bother us, In fact we ENJOYED IT! Will see you again soon!

The park setting has lots of trees kept very clean and by a train that is active at night. The mangers are very responsive and nice. The store/office has a variety of things including little pizzas. We stayed in site #41 towards the back of the park. That site doesn’t have grass so when walking to your rv, it’s muddy when it rains. We bought some runners…. We would definitely stay again.

Extremely well kept property with a few different fenced dog areas. There's a pool and lawn games as well as a store with pizza delivery. We appreciate the convenient location. We love the train that goes by too.

Clean park, nice clean bathhouse (the newer one). Of course close to Hwy 44 and a train track, noise is manageable and not too bad. Nice stay!!

This is a nice camp. Very friendly staff. Helpful and accommodating for us. They allowed us to extend our stay with problems. Camp is very clean and well maintained. Also regular maintenance is done to keep the camp nice. Very close to local attractions in Springfield

Always love to stay on the way down to Arizona. Clean restrooms and campground. Very helpful giving us information when we needed a repairman for our trailer. Very friendly staff!

We stayed 1 night on 11/18/23 & then again for 1 night on 11/26/23. We have stayed here several times going down and back to Texas. It is well kept campground, easy to get to and the staff is always friendly & helpful. After driving all day, it's very convenient to order pizza & wings upon arrival so that we don't have to fix supper.

Beautiful campground!!!!!! The managers are a hoot and really, really helpful. This would be agreat place to stay longer. It was the last day of our trip, and we were ready to get home, but I will go back to this campground to visit all of the great things arond and the campground itself.

Friendly staff, always accessible. Beautiful park...not too big but big enough for large RV's and parking them. Very clean and the amenities were awesome! We will definitely go there again.

Very clean park. Beautiful in all Seasons. We have stayed here in the past, but I don’t remember the train going as many times and blowing the whistle as long as they did during this stay.

We love staying here we feel safe more importantly our granddaughter feels safe. She loves riding her bike and going to visit the office staff to order pizza in her words no one makes sausage pizza like they do.

Very nice cabin! We had a problem with the TV and the proprietor came right away in the rain and quickly fixed it. Very friendly and accommodating.
