Spent an 18 day trip at a number of koa’s. After a 13 hour day of driving arrived at Springfield koa where we were not able to hook up to the sewage (paid for full hook ups) unable to give granddaughter a bath or take showers before leaving early in the morning. I expect much more from koa.

Excellent campground. Only complaint is the sites are really cramped. Not much room from one site to the next.

Easy access, site long enough for our 45’ and tow vehicle, great staff. We enjoyed the pool with the grandkids. Some tree trimming would be nice for larger rigs.

Very nice property. Pool is very clean. Well maintained. Employees are helpful and very friendly. Our campsite was a little too close to our neighbor. The restroom is listed on the app as being recently updated but that is definitely not the case for the ladies restroom. It was clean enough but needs new showers.

Easy access from and egress back to I-44. Only negative is railway which is east of the campground.

Nice park way over priced. Dost more than double what most parks charge. Westayed because we were tired.

Clean. Distance from highway and city very convenient. Downside is campground is located by a railroad track. Trains come through blowing horns during night/early morning. Campground was crowded and noisy during the day but got fairly quiet at night (except the trains). LOTS of dogs.

i would say this park ranks in the top 3 that i have ever stayed at. 1. Mount Rushmore 2. Nashville and a very close 2.5 Springfield MO if you are in the area it is a must stay.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at the Springfield KOA and rained a little but that was no problem. There was plenty to do inside of Springfield. I play semi pro football and stay at alot of KOAs the staff was so amazing here in comparison and facilities were great.

Beautiful shaded sites. Friendly and helpful staff. All facilities were clean and in good repair. The internet was very fast and stable.

The camp ground is very nice we ordered a pizza and chicken wings from the store it was very good and they delivered it right to our site.They have a very friendly and accommodating staff.

The check-in was tops, friendly owner. Off of 44E use his posted Exit 88 inbound route; but, the GPS alternatives are also fine. It was the first time we've ever seen a pedestrian nun -- that was kind of fun -- and take your time on the narrow road leading to the spacious entrance. Special thanks to the owner for tipping us about big rigs: "Motorhome Towing" automatically adds trailer length.

Everything was great! Very accommodating! We were in town for my sons baseball tournament and our schedule just kept changing due to rain. They allowed us a late checkout and even allowed us to park our camper on their property after we checked out and finished up our tournament! Would definitely stay here again! Kids also loved the pool and indoor and outdoor games!

This is a great campground. Plenty of trees, the workers are friendly and it is very clean. We will be back next year!

The couple that worked the store and pizza shop were incredibly friendly and amazing! They made the check in process very easy. The pull through site was clean and shady which was perfect for the heat. Only cons are the close train tracks with trains that go by at 230am blowing the horns and the pool is small freezing and over crowded even with a small amount of people.

Spent two nights there and was very pleased. The staff were great, as nice as you could ask for. The sites were shaded and the grounds were very well kept.

Very clean and three nice sized fenced dog parks and a large field for them to run. Pool was wonderful and the store employees were very kind. Looking forward to staying here again next month on our return trip!!

The best KOA we have ever stayed at …. Pizza and hot wings delivered to our site from the KOA office perfect after a long day of driving… cute lawn decor everywhere… great gift shop…Route 66 items …

Ok sites, not level or easy to get in for overnight pull through, 50 amp did not work, but they came out & fixed it immediately! EWS, no cable, but lots of over the air channels. Most expensive of our trip so far, for a Holiday KoA could have been nicer

Very nice facility, pool was clean and nice after a hot day of driving. Bathrooms and showers are very clean and well kept up.

Nice staff. Sites were a little close together. Some staff were not knowledgeable about area attractions. Otherwise we had a nice stay. Always a shame when visitors don't pick up after their dogs - please people pick up after your own dog it's not fair to other folks.

We came in the dark, there isn’t any lighting, not many signs to guide your way. Site very small for our size camper and truck. It wasn’t a very restful sleep with the loud traffic and the trains going by. Your place is beautiful. But needs some lighting for campers coming in at night. And better signs coming in and exits. Thank you

Super nice people that work there. ALWAYS had a smile on their faces. We had a little problem with our truck and they helped us get it up and going. Hope to stay again. I'm now a KOA member because of the great service we got. Thank you.

Y son and his family stayed there in their motor coach. It is a nice place. But...there are train tracks VERY close, so you have to be prepared for train horns to sound as they go by.

We stopped here for a night on our drive. We didn't have a reservation because we weren't sure how far we'd make it and so we arrived late after the office had closed. The night checkin process was very easy. We got to checkout the amenities the next morning- enjoyed the off leash dog park and nice bathrooms. Our spot came with a little patio that we wished we had the time to enjoy. Would stay here again!
