This was just an overnight stay while traveling. The Spokane KOA was perfect. Easy to find, even though my GPS couldn't find it. Quiet and comfortable.

The pool was glorious on a hot, summer day. Facilities were generally adequate - perhaps with large turnover of guests they could be cleaned - restocked more often. As international travellers, scannable washing machines may be a goal as we didn't have US cash, and were not able to access any onsite.

Nice campground ovetall. Pleasant staff. Pretty well maintained. Our water shut off dripped and the restrooms need more ventilation when it is 90 plus outside but that is it.

It was convenient and clean. Pretty quiet too. We will stay again in the future. Not a 5 because would be nice to have a second dog park area, More treed options for full hook-up and either nice grass or nice “fake” grass. Think Boise had this option with high fenced/partial cement private area. Great option for people with large dogs - like us

Our stay was fantastic. We have been given full custody of our 2 grandsons and this was the 1st vacation that either one has had. You gave us a spot by the playground and the pool and they both had a ball. Thank you.

This park is clean and fairly quiet. We only ran into 2 issues. 1st, there were wasps at our original site. We were moved to a non-patio site after some discussion and got a refund. The other issue involved the bathrooms. They were nice and clean. But, apparently don’t check the TP daily. Needless to say, there were a few tense moments.

Nice campground, unfortunately the Wi-Fi isn’t the best, half the time it wouldn’t work at all. Wanted to use the pool but it was closed for maintenance for half the day.

The park is beautiful. However, it’s like the park was not designed from a driver’s point of view. There are a lot of lots that are so hard or impossible to leave without backing up to leave or asking a neighbor to move their vehicle. Also, the tent lots are so very close. I don’t even tent camp that close with some of my closest friends. Wouldn’t recommend without stressing all the issues

Sites were close together and not really very clean. Trash in the grass, could be atleast raked. Needs updating.

Went to do laundry and out of 7 washers and only 2 were working, then there is the person who leaves their dryer and dose not come back for their close for 3 hours, patio furniture needed to be updated old with splinters. The positive side is the people at the front desk were great, so nice, the pool was wonderful and the trains were not that close so you can sleep at night.

The supposedly grassy “deluxe” sites were dirt and dried dead grass. The bathrooms and showers were dirty and you could tell the window hadn’t been cleaned in months if ever. The Wi-Fi was really poor. The pictures we viewed were nothing like the site itself. The ratings did not reflect the actual camp.

Pop Music blasting on the speakers at the pool. So had to leave after a few minutes. Couldnt sit outside very long at our campsite with the sewage smell coming from the next camper not hooking their line up correctly.

We loved the photo ops, and our tent site with gazebo was perfect for our stay. Bathrooms could use some love though.

Very nice staff. Some of the sites in the back F row are a little tight. I requested to move and the staff was very helpful and switched us to a roomier site.

Last minute one night stay, but felt service was lacking because of that. Used to being provided info on cable channels available and services in the area, ie grocery, fuel etc. Got the feeling that because we were one nighters, it wasn't important. Just check us in and move on to the next one.

We do t have much experience with KOA. The overhead helicopters, train tracks and highway resulted in a pretty meagre experience. The campers next to us were pretty political and we try to stay out of it. Just sweltering hot and noisy.

Nice, comfortable, loved the large diameter tree trunks making up the campground perimeter privacy fence. Strong enough to keep a tank out.

Dusty and dirty. Bathrooms were old and not clean, although in their defense, they get heavy use. Not very helpful in the office. Not what I expect from KOA

In all fairness, we didn’t stick around the campsite much during the day, so my review is based on the cleanliness of the bathrooms and showers. I feel like due to the condition of the park the nightly rates are high. I’ve stayed in nicer places for less.

The pull through site assigned to us was too short for our trailer/truck. We were staying one night on our way to Glacier National Park. We were supposed to have a premium site, longer and wider. Not the case, and of course there were no other sites available. There was no spot to park our truck as the people on both sides of us took the spots. No KOA staff would come and look at our situation.

This campground is very hit and miss. Some sites are very, very nice, and others really aren't. The further the site is from the office, the worse shape they same to be in. I've had good luck here before but the site I had this time was very unlevel, the tree is in serious need of trimming the low branches, and the sewer hookup was missing it's cap and was just covered with a rock.

Their internet pictures are not what you get! Place is dirty, unkept and store is not stocked. Kids/checking in store were efficient but not friendly. Our campsite,B4 was dirty. I had to clean patio furniture of bird droppings prior to using and pursue site & pick up bottle caps, flip tops, cigarette butts before our leased dog could go out. Grass was weeds that needed to be cut. Very $

We were there in July for 3 nights and I really enjoyed it. We did not use the pool or laundry. We tent camped at their gazebo site. Very nice not to have to haul chairs. They have 3 showers in the women’s room but only two worked. I didn’t feel the floor in the shower was clean enough but I’ve seen worse. Quaint little campground.

we arrived very late and left early the next morning, we didn't meet any staffs, but check in instruction was very clear. washroom and shower room were clean and the whole facility was well organized

We have stayed at this KOA for several years. This year, it was very disappointing. The upkeep of the KOA is very poor. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting, the sites are full of weeds and the grass, if you call it that, is brown, looks like hay! Very disappointing!

Swim pool has no hand rail to enter and exit pool. Swim pool has no ladder with which to get out of pool. There are large sites there, but unclear where to park tow vehicle. Our neighbor was upset w/ where we parked. Sewer connection way, way back on our site. Inconvenient to hookup. Staff is friendly.

The front desk people were phenomenal. The pool was amazing but the only thing to do. We were told one thing and got none of it. No shade no grass the manager left a intimidating message on my phone. I am disabled trying to tent camp with my grandkids and swimming was the only activity for them. But the front desk people were amazing.

Don't know what happened since we stayed there last July 2022 but it was a weed, dirty dusty spot we got stuck in this year. Probably never return and we couldn't get in early which I'm not used to either.

KOA property was in poor condition. Prices were much too high for the site. Laundry facilities were disgusting.

Nice newborn. But the cabin down at end of drive had their light on all night reflecting on cars and alot of light. Helpful people in the office. I would stay again.the train didn't bother us at all. I have a train go by my house 3 times a day. Thank you have a great day.

We ended up coming in earlier than our expected time, They got us set up and in. The Manager and Staff are Great. And easy access to everything. This will be our spot when we are in town. Thank you KOA.
