Trains were so loud all night. The campground is so well kept and clean, but the train noise was terrible.

The proximity to the train was awful. I was unimpressed by the site itself--pad was uneven and caused us to have to search for a level location for our trailer. The hook ups were very far forward in the spot, causing us to have to park the trailer at the front of the spot in order for our cord and hose to reach so then when we had to hook up the next morning, our truck was blocking the driveway.

Not the best for big rigs towing, however we managed. We were parked next to railroad tracks and a crossing so when the trains came through they blew their horns and they came through all night. Staff was extremely friendly. This is a good park for an overnight stay but not for destination camping.

We did not use all the amenities of the park, but what we did use was clean and in good repair.

I was disappointed that when I spoke with the office on Saturday that I was not informed about the office was closed on Sunday when I arrived. The notes that were left helped. But it would have been nice to know what the plan was. When making the reservation on line I had to call to receive my KOA discount Ugh! I understand that its the end of the season but the grass mostly was dead. Overall good

Sites are narrow. Dump sewers should have been placed toward rear of sites. Sewer dump from neighbors located right outside our RV door less than 8 feet away. Clean toilets and multi machine laundry very nice.

The campground is fine--have always enjoyed being there. Your process for getting a site is BAD!!! Like many others, I do not text. My flip phone makes calls and nothing else. I called and left a message. It was almost 24 hours when I finally got a response message. I tried again immediately to call. No answer and no call back . Other places responded within 10 minutes. What's wrong??.

Would of been nice to have someone there in the office building to tell you where you are supposed to park. There’s no paperwork in the box to tell you where to go like all the other KOA we have been to

I arrived early to check in, and was told by a maintenance gentleman that check in wasn't until 2:00 p.m. Ouch! I was going to a conference, which might not get over until 7:00 p.m., which means that I would have to setup my tent in the dark probably. The maintenance guy called someone, and they gave me a spot early. I was very grateful for the extra effort! Train noises were low all night!:^(

Helpful staff, clean bathrooms, and not too far from the downtown Spokane area. We are accustomed to train noises, so the daily trains using the nearby tracks was not an issue for us. Would definitely stay here again!

I don't like to leave negative reviews. This Campground is very nice, clean, well maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The site we had was large and level enough. BEWARE!! There is a reason the store offers EAR PLUGS! TRAINS!! ALL NIGHT LONG!!! CONSTANT HORNS BLARING WHAT SEEMS TO BE MORSE CODE BETWEEN THE TRAINS. If you sleep soundly, ok, otherwise get the plugs!

Good location for overnighter. Problem is that big rigs cannot make the turn into pull thrus because the roads and the curbs on the sites are too narrow. This is a common problem with old KOAs. They try to fit todays into sites that we designed for 20 foot travel trailers from 50 years ago.

Love the fence and the carved sculptures, very fun!!! You need green grass, rather than dead grass. It can be done, the front is all green, the dog walk is green and one RV site has beautiful green grass. With the loudest train horn, we have encountered in the 100+ campgrounds we have visited in 2+ years, you need to do some extra things to counter that. Also, a few more dryers.

Friendly staff, some train noise but they provide earplugs if you need them. I did not. Best donut store around is just down the street. Bathrooms were kept spotless. Maybe the smallest shower ever. Stay in the back of the park if you want the newer bath house closer.

Stayed here because it was a central location for various activities we wanted to do. Nice quiet campground. Will definitely consider staying again.

Someone was in our spot when we arrived and wouldn't move. Thank goodness the manager came out at 10pm to resolve the matter. I had called the help line and texted the help line but no response on either. very disappointing. The park itself was very nice, well kept.

Arrived at 715 pm. Office closed at 600pm. All other KOAs were open until 800pm that I stayed at on this trip. WiFi code did not work. Washrooms were extremely clean. No recycling that I could find. Great location as far as a stop to make my Montana to BC trip more manageable and avoiding any night time travel.

We booked late Saturday afternoon and arrived Sunday so the office was closed and our information wasn’t outside for late arrivals (due to booking late). Fortunately, the groundskeeper/maintenance gentleman arrived and was VERY helpful, got us to a site, found us a place to park our car (didn’t fit in our site) and made sure we were all set - he was very courteous and helpful and much appreci

Friday was very noise at night early morning with drunks close by to our tent. Definitely would have been a huge convenience for the office to be open earlier like 8 am.

Very nice but sites are a bit small for 36+ rigs. Close to town so easy to fuel up and grab dinner, if you need. Would come back again for a 1-2 night stay without hesitation

Learning the hard way. Will check for railroad tracks on maps of area at campgrounds. Also as owner stated work needs to be done. Electrical hook up 30 amp breaker was bad. Was given a converter to borrow by owner which we appreciated very much.

This was our 4th stop in two years. It’s a favorite of ours. The check in as smooth as glass. The girls are always fast efficient and courteous. Keep up the good work.

We ended up coming in earlier than our expected time, They got us set up and in. The Manager and Staff are Great. And easy access to everything. This will be our spot when we are in town. Thank you KOA.
