Employees were super nice. Park needed some tlc. Lawn and trees at sites. Had to ask twice to have someone wipe down the washers. They were dirty and nasty looking. Should be a daily routine

It is a dust bowl, staff did nothing to control the dust. After one day everything was covered in dust.

The office staff woman was wonderful. Sites were narrow, dusty and crowded. Tenting woman with emaciated, wounded incessantly barking dog was not addressed until we caught the runaway dog and called animal control.

At site G3, the tree limbs are hanging way too low for the larger RVs to tolerate. Please trim back as you can. Thank you!

Never had a problem until this trip. Called to reserve a spot overnight and told the lady we were 42 ft long, which also means we are taller. They put is in the smallest row, and it had a height clearance under 14ft. Yes, that means the tree damaged our rig. I can fix it, but the point is I would have prefered hearing we don't have anything that fits your rig. Not happy this trip!

Pretty standard KOA, nothing really special. Road construction had the road closed to the campground, didn't receive any notification from them until after we arrived.

Overall the campground was fine. Very small camp sites. The girls working in the camp store were not helpful, and seemed annoyed they had to work. When asking about certain activities (movie nights) they would reply that the campground had sold and they were no longer supporting those activities. The bathrooms seemed to not get cleaned often because one stall had no toilet paper for over 24 hours

Our site was very narrow. By the time we got hooked up, a car with a tent came into the next spot. After they set up, their setup was almost up to our table which was just outside our door. Way too close for sitting outside and enjoying the evening. Felt like we were right on top of the neighbors.

Dusty, dirty, no grass, dog poop not picked up, sewer smells daily. My reserved camp spot which originally was a patio site was moved 4 times. We were having a gathering and camping of 20 recumbent trike riders so the patio site would have been great. It was not a pleasant experience. The current staff was friendly and luckily the pool was nice. Will not stay again tho it's close to trailhead!

Better signage and communication on the road closure from each road approaching the KOA would save frustration and misunderstanding of how to get to the entrance during the road closure on the roads surrounding the KOA.

We were in spot d20 Sunday night. There was no Wi-Fi coverage at our site. There didn’t appear to be any handicap showers and showers were antiquated. We were not warned about the midnight train. We will not be returning. Bruce

Front office girls were rude. All four roads leading to entrance were blocked due to construction and office girls treated me like I was stupid when I asked for alternate roads to use to get in park. Some of the trees in park and most of the grass were dead. Spaces are very tight.

Our stay was wonderful and the people we met in the campground were so friendly. One thing though is that you sure could get a whiff of the sewers when you walked by or sat out at your table.

We stayed two nights on a 4,000 mile RV trip. Although the site space was great, the laundry and shower facilities were not well kept but they were usable.

Spot K4. Abundant space and level. Campground very quiet except for maybe 2 trains that went by which I like trains so wasn’t enough. Got off I-90 to barker. 7/20/23. The road is closed north of the campground for construction. Campground is last driveway. Agents inside were very friendly and check in could not have been quicker or smoother. Camp and bathrooms were very clean.

Overall it was nice & quiet. Our site was clean. I only saw the same person at �in & �out. She was really friendly. I only saw someone driving around onc time the 3 nights we stayed. Saw no one make sure sites were clean like other KOA's. Went in RR once and it was a mess. There was items outside the trash can stayed there for days. The trash man came & left w/out items on ground. Short-handed

Wow, what a surprise. Nice and quiet, very well maintained. Sites are covered in grass and roads are gravel but not dusty. You and your rig actually stay clean here. We typically stay in Couer d"Alene when visiting there. This will be our place to stay going forward even though it's about a half hour away. Staff were very friendly and attentive, kudo's to you all, great job.

Staff was amazing! We were treated with such kindness. The upgraded sites had plenty of room and worth the money. We were not informed about the railway that ran within feet of our site and trains through the night.

This was just an overnight stay while traveling. The Spokane KOA was perfect. Easy to find, even though my GPS couldn't find it. Quiet and comfortable.

We ended up coming in earlier than our expected time, They got us set up and in. The Manager and Staff are Great. And easy access to everything. This will be our spot when we are in town. Thank you KOA.
