We booked at Spokane KOA specifically because they had a pool that would be nice to unwind in after a long day of travel, only to be texted the day of our arrival that the pool closes early at 6pm due to staff shortages. Even though we rushed to get there in time to use it, the staff closed it at 5:45pm, so we couldn't even use it until 6 as indicated. There are far better campgrounds than here!

It was extremely hot and the pool was closed… no mention of that in the numerous text updates leading up to our arrival. Very disappointing. Also, the shower was in need a serious cleaning. When I ran over to the KOA store at 5:50 to see if they had ice, they had already closed (even though there were numerous signs with the hours posted of 10am-6pm. This is not up to the typical KOA standards.

There is only one reason I gave this campground only 4 stars. The regular shower in the men's room was broken, the water pressure was almost non-existent and the shower itself was falling apart, the handle even came off in my husband's hand when trying to change the temperature of the water. He didn't want too but used the handicapped shower the next day and it was great. Very friendly staff.

It would have been nice to have the pool open later than 6pm. It was 42 degrees one day and when we came back to the campground we couldn't go into the pool.

The campground was quiet/well maintained and the pool was nice. The spots were fairly close together. The bathroom doors need to be adjusted and the toilet paper dispensers fell open often when trying to pull the paper out. The showers were decent.

Grounds unkept-didn’t see any grounds keepers out the entire time we were there. We had to wash off the brick deck when we arrived as it was dirty and stained with spilled beverages. We reserved a premium site. There was a table and chairs there-chairs didnt match. Overall unhappy with the grounds and upkeep. We may over night there at some point but this will not be a destination.

The guys bathroom was disguting, the pool was dirty, thr tent site had trash on it and 3 trains went by overnight complete with whistles……

Just an overnight stay on our way to Montana. Site was OK but I had a difficult time removing the concrete plug from the sewer connection. Had to lever it out with a large screwdriver! Handle on the shower valve in the men's shower is worryingly loose. Earlier opening time for the office would be helpful, 10:00 a.m seems a little late.

Site was easy to access with 35ft trailer. Great area for dogs at agility park. Quiet and clean.

The guy at the check in counter was friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. You can have Propane bottles filled here, which is great! A couple of issues with this stay was there was road construction right outside the campground, and the train that blows its whistle several times as it goes by. The pool and bathrooms could have had more attention to cleaning however. 4/5 stars.

I have nothing but good things to say about your KOA we had an awesome stay the place was nice it was clean the people that were in the office and the gift shop were Beyond friendly I would highly recommend anyone to stay there and I will stay there again thank you for making part of our vacation so nice

The Spokane Staff was nice but they closed everything down early. The pool closing at 6 is just way too early for families traveling. They even kicked us out at 5:50pm both days. For the amount we pay for this campground, we should get better amenities. The camp site was dirty with old trash, the standing BBQ was full of debri. Way too expensive for what we get in return.

Arrived at our site that was dirty with cigarette butts, trash and of course dog poop! Dogs are a real problem for KOA campgrounds. Even though you have all kinds of published rules - few people follow them. Dogs barking early in the morning, dogs barking at dogs being walked and dogs left in trailers barking..... Then you have the people who let their dogs pee & poop where ever they please.

Everything fun listed online to do while at Spokane KOA, was no available. The bathrooms were extremely filthy and neglected, there was not even toilet paper available in most of the stalls. Really disappointed with everything regarding KOA. I will not be staying at this KOA again. I highly recommend you spend your time and money elsewhere.

Great location as close to major shopping yet far enough away from the I-State. The trains are a bit of an annoyance however very infrequent. Nice clean park overall.

Clean, convenient. However, we were hooking up after dark and the water spigots in the 30-amp back-in area are a safety hazard. Most parks have a chest-high 4x4 post with the water spigot. Your park has just the shin-high pipe. In the dark it is almost impossible to see, and I raked my shin very severely on the threads of the spigot. You should fix this safety hazard.

Women’s bathroom was constantly out of toilet paper. Camp site were very close to ea other. Our picnic table was literally on the neighbors sewer. Could not move it due to uneven site. Train ran all night blowing whistle

Seemed to very short staffed. Garbage was overflowing in pet sections, pool was closed, and rules were not being followed. Very disappointing compared to other KOA experiences.

We were unable to use the picnic table that was on the door side of our trailer because the slide out for our neighbor blocked it. We did ask for assistance moving it but got no response - not even a "no". This made our spot just a place to park our trailer. We are sure you had no control over the pool becoming non-useable, but it was it was greatly disappointing.

The desk help was great, laundry was clean. I was disappointed to see the sites, they were SO close to each other, our sewer hookup was RIGHT NEXT to the neighbors picnic table (gross) and the sites were all dirt and dead grass. I think you can do better.

Sites along back fence are just dirty..... dirt. If it rains they will be mud pits. At least put down a cleaner smooth gravel.

We ended up coming in earlier than our expected time, They got us set up and in. The Manager and Staff are Great. And easy access to everything. This will be our spot when we are in town. Thank you KOA.
