Site was nice. Water pressure great. Campground was quiet. Would have like a little more grass on the site. It was mostly dirt and we had to wash our dogs before moving on. Not fond of the train being so close and blowing its horn at 2am. But it is what it is. Discovered that with the XL site, the tenters cut through your site to get to the bathrooms which is rude. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Tanya was great - we had planned to stay 3 nights but had severe wind damage at our house & weren’t able to leave on time. Ended up staying 2 nights & she was very understanding. The facility had some remodeling on the building happening, but we weren’t inconvenienced at all. It was all very neat & clean. Will return for sure!

They are making lots of improvements to an already nice park. Nice dog park but would recommend a second one as this one was always being used.

First time at KOA , not what I expected from KOA Pool ice cold, too cold for even the kids to stay in. All the grass was dead, very (extremely) dusty!!!!! Bathrooms and showers in poor shape. Game room closed, goat shop/store closed. Paid for 3 days left on second day. All this for twice the price

Great facility, felt safe and loved the gazebos! Appreciate construction and improvements underway. Suggest more attention to bathrooms - particularly shower stalls daily.

Our issue started at check-in. We booked our site online via the app - wasn’t given the opportunity to pick our site. We called and spoke to the office and were told we were reserved in a certain spot. Not the case. Lots of dog feces around, site had no grass. Power breaker kept tripping was told maintenance would be there in 45 min - never showed. Had to go ask again in the morning.

It was ok. Nothing really bad. Our site had a lot of dog poop I had to clean up. Restrooms were ok but not as clean as I would like. Staff were nice. Well stocked store. Not hard to get there. You did get a lot of road noise. It’s fine for an overnight but I wouldn’t recommend for longer stays. They did have a lot of long term campers.

This is the only KOA out of many that we have stayed at that charges extra for children. I don’t get it. We are a family of 4. Just increase the price and include kids.

We paid for a "Premium EXTRA-LARGE sites have more space to relax and spread out than standard 50/30 pull thru sites! Enough room for all your slide-outs and more space to spread out, relax and enjoy yourself. Big Rig friendly, long and wide, grassy sites complete with picnic table!" We were given a site that barely had enough room for our 35' motorhome. We had to unhook our car. Very deceptive!

This KOA is a below average location (I've stayed at about 20 KOA's). The sites are close together, rather parking-lot-ish. Our site smelled, we did not open a window during our stay. Maybe some long-termers here? We only stayed overnight, traveling home. It was okay for that purpose, but I would not stay longer. One plus - it's close enough to town / retail that we had a pizza delivered.

I provided a letter to [email protected]. Two issues. First was a restroom failure. The only women’s restroom in the campground was completely down for a full half day starting around bedtime and opened just before lunch. The second restroom was closed for renovations. Second, staff were not seen patrolling the campground making sure things were satisfactory. Fix these and get more stars.

This is not a KOA where you come for a ‘camping experience’. Although they charge like it is, there are no family activities available. The pool is open, but there is no bathroom nearby. The sites are small and tight, it’s exceptionally dusty, the bathrooms have a serious ventilation problem, and people speed excessively through the camp.

Excellent park. Beautiful, clean, friendly staff. Only complaint that is not the fault of the KOA is the train that runs past the park and its whistle at midnight.

Very disappointing for the price. This KOA is under major renovations and we were not aware of that when booking or would have went elsewhere. The saving grace was their outdoor pool which was a blessing with the 110 F weather we had the past week. Otherwise the amenities were much less than previous KOAs we’ve stayed at. Very spacious the day we stayed. This location was undergoing construction and renovation and did not have the pool available. Showers and bathrooms are clean and safe.

Spaces were too small. Only a few feet between rigs and all our neighbors complained too… had to park our car elsewhere and guy in the next row ran over his septic cap to get his rig in. Laundry rooms were filthy. Bathroom and laundry codes didn’t work… neighbors complained about that too.

All sorts of problems. Women's bathroom door code failed. Lawns had not been watered and lots of dust. Pool hours were short. Bathrooms in admin building were locked to guests. Pool lacked ladder. Very limited amenities during construction. Manager was very nice and friendly but faces huge challenge in getting these types of repairs made at the height of the summer season. Very limited staff.

No bathrooms due to construction, but no one told me. They still gave me the codes so I walked into a construction room. A lot of campers looked old and run down. Definitely not the nicest KOA we’ve been to.

Was unable to use women’s restroom and unable to shower in morning before leaving code would not work and no number or way to get ahold of attendant. Very disappointed we stay at a lot of Koa.

Our tent spot was close to the bathrooms, the grass needs improvement. The bathrooms were nice, but need more ventilation. Close to the train tracks which has trains passing by all the time.

Peak season and construction going on. Grounds need water and work. Tighten control over campers, especially coming in after hours. I expect it to be a nicer park when the construction if finished. In any case we like it there.

Awful!! Pool not heated, no store, no on sight maintenance (even with all renovations), only one set of bathrooms, (the women’s keyed door knob broke on sat eve and wasn’t fixed until almost check out Sunday) meaning there was literally 1 bathroom for the ENTIRE KOA CAMPGROUND!! And nobody would answer the emergency maintenance line until after 8 am sun. I will NEVER be back to this loc.

We only stayed for one night in a standard pull through. The space between sites was generous and long enough for our rig, as promised. They are under construction for improvements, but everything looked well managed. We would return.

We were not informed that it is under construction and was slated to be finished quite some time ago. The campsites need rock and grading, bathrooms are in so-so condition. You have to walk all the way around the pool enclosure to get to the one entrance to the pool. The office was closed and a desk in the previous store area was in use. No information on what to do or where to go in the area.

The Spokane KOA was very run down and poorly maintained. The bathrooms were disgustingly filthy! If your looking for a place to stay in Spokane look elsewhere The owners should be ashamed of themselves!

A working exhaust fan in the ladies restroom would greatly help. FAR too humid and hot inside. I understand remodeling is sometimes necessary but in high season? Was hoping you'd have a store. Easy access to I90.

Very small spots and right on top of each other. Our spot was too small for us so we had to park sideways and stick out on both ends. Staff was on their phone making a personal call and had no intention of helping just said they’re fully booked and walked away. However, there were several other empty sites that we could have fit in more easily. Will not be staying here again.

We stay here every year. In the past we have had a large camper and booked a Deluxe site. We love those sites. This year, we used a cabin for the first time. The AC was not working in the cabin and it was extremely hot. The staff took care of it as soon as they found out and gave us a discount for the inconvenience. Thank you Spokane KOA. Update on the situation of when I first moved in. Melissa did great in listening to me and handled the problem there was in the unit. I am thankful that they did what was best to accommodate me and made sure I was happy to be here.
