It was great! The staff were awesome! There were 3 people that went above & beyond was a bald headed man, a young guy that works in office & a young blonde lady that works in the office. Thank you to all! 7

Very nice as usual

No one would return our calls for a reservation in the evening (4 calls) or several the next morning. When we arrived that day nothing was left but a tent site. The wifi and internent was not accessible.

Location was good. Easy in and out. Clean park.

We use the washers and dryers, not enough dryers. Got a camping space with a Oak tree and my truck and RV were covered in sap had to go to car wash for the truck. Acorns dropped all night and day. I have stayed at this KOA about 15 times even in the winter but this was the worst time. But we will be back.

Spaces are very small. Unable to open slide while centered in space, causing parking into road. Many others had same problem. Roads were blocked. WiFi was very weak and unusable. Tried both antennas. Evan tried by the office. Not able to read my mail.

Dirty, big potholes all the way to our spot.

Great location and amenities. Surprised no one has mentioned the train that passes and rattles the campground every 4-5 hours. Excellent spot for a short-term family stay but not ideal for transient travelers looking to get a good rest.

This place is fine for a one night stop over. We stayed at a patio site, which equates to premium price. The patio was dirty as were the table and chairs. There was lots of dog poop in the grass and gravel. If we had planned on staying longer we would have left and found somewhere Elise to stay.

Staff was awesome. Train noisy but that was okay. Pool was very cloudy water which is not good.

Reserved a Premium (larger) site. Unfortunately these sites are the closest to the railroad tracks and get poor wi-fi coverage. Staff response when asked about being unable to connect to the wi-fi was "the signal is pretty good over at the picnic tables near the laundry area". Not what I would expect when paying $65.00 - $70.00 per night for a "premium" site.

I don’t want to diss this KOA, the employees are very nice, but if they’d like some constructive comments, they can contact me.

We were there for 3 nights, and we saw a lot of turn-over. This is a busy park and the employees were busy watering grass and doing maintenance as soon as people left, and the results showed (green grass and nice trees). There is a mildly annoying water pump (running constantly) near the tent sites. I hope the KOA can negotiate with the town to baffle it.

Why was the camp built right next to a train track? Not only were the tent sites closest to the tracks but also the community area where a nightly outdoor movie played until 10:30 at night. Every single truck and RV that comes into the camp ground drive past us until as late as 1am. no official quiet time. The RV campers let their yelling kids play on the playground right next to us at all hours

It's an annual thing for us and have always enjoyed our stay there.

Very loud all night do to trains being so close. Campground was very nice as were the employees. Location is close to the freeway but far enough to not hear the traffic. To bad about the trains running so close maybe a sound barrier would help.

It was a nice time, loved the camp ground. Need to focus on movies to be played.

In the back row there were too many campers causing congestion and noise. Lots of people walking around very late. The small houses have an unshielded front porch light which if left on shines right into our windows.

We stayed 3 nights at the KOA. It’s a nice campground in a good location to use as a home base for activities in the area.

Very nice KOA! Sites are spacious, clean, and well kept. Great dog park. Nice laundry room. But, the KOA staff here are the BEST. Friendly, helpful, and pleasant to stay with.

Grass was pretty dry but otherwise great stay

Was lucky to get last available spot which was level, had available shade and grass complete with picnic table. The sites are quite small and very close together which made for too much confusion and too loud on holiday weekend. Was difficult to make sure to be out of the way with the toad. Utilities were good, cable worked well with a lot of channels and the shower supplied a constant hot wate

Hello... we were a bit disappointed... 40 feet towing a car and the site was not big enough we booked in March and we are customers coming every year seems that we were just put anywhere.. lots of sites for big rigs if they had to shuffle that would work ...pricing has gone up ... we don’t mind paying if we don’t have to unhook ...

This was a most excellent KOA! Many beautiful statues, fountains, and an agility dog park. We had a corner, deluxe spot which was very well done, with a swing and patio and nice table and chairs. The grounds were well kept and the staff very friendly. The WiFi is also worth mentioning as it was very good! All in all one of our favorite stays!

We stopped here on our trip out of state and on our return home. Both times the staff was friendly, pool clean, the bathrooms were clean, and the park was clean. The dog park was one of the nicer ones I’ve seen in a while also! It is near a train track so you will hear train whistles and them traveling by. It didn’t bother us and we would stay again!

Great campground! My 3rd time staying there. Traveled with three other women and stayed in the deluxe cabin. Our only issue was that the water heater was very small so not quite enough hot water for 4 women to shower. Otherwise everything was wonderful!

Stay was good would be nice to have an adult swim time maybe 1-2 hours

An old favourite stop of ours when travelling from our home in Canada to the US coast! Clean, quiet and the swimming pool was a welcome treat in 90F ! The dogs always enjoy the K9 park!

Great KOA location to stay especially if you're planning on going to Silverwood. Pool, dog agility course and playgrounds. Only downside I found was it is near train tracks which trains go by nightly we counted 3 the first night each of which blared thier loud horn waking us up. Each tent camp site had a picnic bench tho which was nice. Not far walk to showers and bathrooms

Cute campground with all sorts of activities the only downside is that it's right next to busy train tracks we counted 3 trains go by in the middle of the night.
