Everyone was very nice and very helpful. The campground was tidy and in good shape. The main water pipe broke and they got on it right away making the repairs very fast and communicated to all campers via text. It had very little negative impact on us because of their fast response. Thank you for a great experience. We'll be staying again soon!

I think they may have just bought it Work needs done on the picnic tables Water spigots were in a weird spot. We slept good and the train whistle didnt go off until AM around 630.o

The tent sites need some attention. Most of them were dirt with little to no grass. Overall the amenities were standard with showers garbage washrooms etc. Calling the office was unacceptable but they are upgrading the systems.

My rating is primarily due to the fact they were remodeling when we were there. The grounds were in disarray, grass dead, water issues the first night and septic issues the second night. Both were fixed in a timely manner, but it sits right next to railroad tracks with trains throughout the night. The park needs a lot of work to make it comfortable and inviting. Staff very friendly.

Train blowing whistle 5 times. Bathroom and shower not able to use because remodeling. Dirty pool. At Our patio site a small tree lined up with our door making it difficult to get in,out. No grill on our patio site. My dog did like the dog area.

Customer service was excellent! Helped us get a cabin at the last minute while our motor home was being worked on. Very friendly and over the top helpful. We will definitely be back!

It was very wooden! I liked the cabin and the grill. The price was a little steep for only Five days, I could see if it was a five star with the free breakfast, but it was pretty basic not worth the money.

We were only there one night, but our site was nice with a patio and swing. Very quiet which we so appreciate. Employees were friendly and efficient. We will have to go back and stay longer next time.

Our site was ok but other sites had maintenance issues. Ie sewer dump not working. Lingering problems over the entire summer according to reviews. Will only return if I read that issues have been fully resolved.

Very nice campground. Would definitely come back but ask not for the back row. A train track is right behind the fence and is quite loud. But at least it’s not frequent.

This is a lovely campground with lots of amenities and very well cared for. Would definitely stay again! Only issue was they were having issues with the dump sites at so me spits, but did their best to help anyone who needed to dump. Great people

This Campground is set up really nicely. The new owners and staff are working really hard to make it a beautiful place. The staff is absolutely amazing and so helpful. Next time I stay I will get one of the deluxe patio spots. They look like a great spot to hang out with your family and friends. I highly recommend this campground.

Courteous staff, nice pool, front on leash dog walking area and a good sized fenced off leash dog area. Very quiet and clean park. I had site C1, a good sized patio site at the beginning of the row, great patio table with chairs and a comfortable swing chair to enjoy the morning and evening breeze.

We have stayed here before and liked it, but now the park is very rundown, flooding around the pool outside, and all the grass is dead and not being watered, which makes for a very dusty and dirty stay. Faucets for water have been run over and broken. Even the more upscale sights are very rundown. They say that they are doing construction, but not a lot going on. Will not stay here again.

Sadly, it appears drought has struck this KOA, which we stay at whenever in the area. Sites are all like before, just that everything is totally dried out. So sorry.

The campground is currently in transition to new ownership and they are highly energetic and making improvements quickly. Even with the renovation work underway, the day to day operation is functioning well. I have no doubt that this site will be a desirable location for future campers. Very disappointed. The deluxe cabin is very run down, hot water very touchy hard to get work, limited office hrs, can't talk to no one, left email, have yet to get reply, asked for partial refund, not upto KOA standards.

Update on the situation of when I first moved in. Melissa did great in listening to me and handled the problem there was in the unit. I am thankful that they did what was best to accommodate me and made sure I was happy to be here.

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated how flexible the hosts were, especially with our pets. We could not get hot water in the shower of our cabin but the central shower facilities were great.
