Nice, quiet park. It was 100 degrees and mid-August so the grass was dry but I'm sure in the nicer months it is a beautiful park. The dog park was nice and I appreciated the centrally located grassy "pet area." The road was under construction but the park sent us specific directions on how to navigate to the park and we had no issues. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Great location!

Spokane KOA Journey campground doesn’t measure up to my expectations or the good reputation of KOA. My opinion is primarily based on the sad state of the bathrooms. They were in fact disgraceful, disgusting and unsanitary without being too graphic. They were in that state when we arrived and only got worse while we were there. There was no cleaning done during the stay. KOA, you can do better.

Since we were just traveling through and had friends in northern Idaho, I wouldn’t know nobody else to recommend this campground to. The text messages we received on the way in telling us of reduced office hours due to staffing. Short staffing was evident, seeing broken items around and lack of mowing or trimming. It is OK for an overnight stay, but I would not recommend multiple nights.

Campground was having problems with staffing closed office and pool early. The place needs a little sprucing up no one check’s on sites when people leave a little litter in the sites. Was ok for an overnight stop.

Stay was great. Need to water the grass, so it is greener. And need to pick up all of the dead leaves. It would really help the appearance of the park!

Great place. Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short due to part of our roof on our 5th wheel had come off a few days before we got there so we had been praying for sun and of course the first time its rained in quite some time was when we were there. But they really needed the rain due to the fires. Thank you

Actually, a 4.5. Good location. Helpful staff. Only suggestions are that they repair damaged structures and put a clear sign on the laundry!

Office hours were until 6 and we arrived at 5:40 and no one in the office. They did leave instructions. Overall location was clean, but the electrical service was so poor that we could not run an AC unit and a microwave simultaneously. We are a big coach and requested 50amp service and likely got less than 30 amps. Overall bad experience. No service number to call.

The pool and store were closed for our one-night stay (which was the part the kids were really looking forward to on our trip east). The grounds had garbage, and the bathrooms were terrible. The women’s bathrooms were very dirty. Toilet paper and waste on the ground, 3 out of 6 stalls had no toilet paper and no soap. The showers were so dirty it was disturbing and we did not use.

The erection of the Great Wall of KOA helped somewhat with train noise. The A-frame structures over the picnic tables in the tent areas are dangerous. I get that it's meant to keep rain off the tables or provide some sun shade. Cool. But the lower cross frame is head-height. Yup, hit it 4 times. Outside edge is worse as it has metal roofing which extends past the 2x cross member. Should raise them

The site was adequately long for our motorhome and trailer. What was impressive was the fact that they had an additional parking space at the site had we decided to unload our travel vehicle. The site was very wide and long. Their fencing around the park was designed with old tree trunks blended with the slats. Very visually appealing.

People in office were very polite and helpful. My spot was perfect and I got lucky enough to be by the entertainment of the evening. Very enjoyable. Thank you.

A drop box for rented equipment for after hours would be nice. We had to stay until the office opened to return a basketball. The wash bin area for dishes and such is unsafe. The nails were not secured and a few boards were really loose. The washer and dryers we used were sub par and the laundry room had a foul odor. The toilet paper dispenser in ladies restroom was not properly locked.

The site was a deluxe pull through with a patio. It was a nice, and plenty big for our 37' travel trailer and truck. This KOA is located near train tracks and they do come through in the middle of the night, it didn't bother us and didn't affect my rating, but thought I would mention it. The bathrooms located in the rear of the park did not seem to be cleaned during our week long stay.

Not the quality of campground for a KOA that we expected. Way overpriced! Big rig friendly site could only fit a 35 ft RV with small tow vehicle disconnected and parked sideways. Dog park small and mostly mud and weeds. Few amenities blamed on staff shortage. Rates should be decreased to compensate for that.

We were only there 1 night, reservation 2months ago made thru app. Our site was way too short to keep our tow vehicle hooked. We were not pleased. Park had a cool property fence but otherwise seemed neglected in upkeep.

Good and uneventful. Pretty smokey due to the Medical Lake fire, but that's not your fault. Fantastic bike ride on the Centennial trail. Pool was not the cleanest.

This is our 2nd summer to visit this KOA & wow, I didn’t know a campground could go this downhill so quickly. Last minute notification of limited resources, poorly maintained/cleaned bathrooms, stayed next to long-term (cluttered) residents, never saw a KOA cart patrolling the area and both weekends we stayed, we paid extra for pull through, but had to back out due to drives being filled with ca

Beautiful, quiet campground. Loved the chainsaw wood carvings all over the campground. Very kid friendly, plus family ineractive activities. Yes, we would return to this campground.

Love this campground. Clean and well organized. Too bad we couldn't use the pool as much but we understand limited staff. We stayed in the cabin and it's our 2nd time staying here (last time was 2019). The beds are pretty noisy when moving at all while trying to sleep. Thanks for a clean cabin though!!

No issues. Close to silverwood. Pool closed too early for us to take advantage of it, but we arrived late due to the wildfires in the area.

We ended up coming in earlier than our expected time, They got us set up and in. The Manager and Staff are Great. And easy access to everything. This will be our spot when we are in town. Thank you KOA.
