Great communication from management. No problem finding our site. This KOA needs some upgrades. Looks a little run down compared to other KOA’s. Our water thread to a long time to couple with our hose. Would be happy to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was kind and made it a comfortable place to be. Kudos to Melissa the manager. She was very helpful and just a pleasure to get to know.

The finest KOA Campground, or any campground of any source I've had the pleasure to stay for a time. Our stay was an extended stay, so our experience with Journey is a long-term look, not a quick snapshot. High end service, courtesy, and friendliness. Journey of Spokane is already on the calendar as we plan the up coming summer adventures!

We are full time RVers and stay here when visiting our family in the area. We have always had a good experience. It’s also in a convenient location.

1 Night Stay, Watch directions as Apple said park was one (dead end) road over! Park easy to get in with (Prevost with pickup in tow). Park turns a little tight as cars parked on lane ways (all gravel). Site was nice. Internet was dismal though (under 1.5 Mbps). Glad we have Starlink!.

Couldn't sleep due to the loud heater. Dog poop all over the yard. Stepped in it twice. Kids playing and screaming late at night so much so I had to tell them to quite down. So bad we left a day early. I have heard bad stories about KOA and now I know. I will never stay at one again.

Too close to the train tracks. Trains came thru 4 times during the night…it’s the LOUD TRAIN WHISTLE that is the Major annoyance.

We only stayed one night and it was an easy reservation process. The place was clean and well maintained. There is a decent sized dog “pen” with several agility course obstacles in it. It also seemed clean, as though someone was making sure that it didn’t have a lot of dog mess in it. We had to drive around and approach from a different angle. Friendly staff.

Always like a KOA. This one needs some watering to bring back the grassy areas. The store can use restocking.

Made online reservation added a note requesting a particular campsite if available. When we checked in we got the site requested. Friendly staff. Were able to extend stay by a day and remain in same spot. Lots of things around the spokane valley area to see and do. Great side visit to Coeur d'Alene ID downtown area many shops and great restaurants.

We weren’t there very long, just a quick over night. Seems like a nice park. The only downfall is the trains running by, honking their horns, all night. The horns were very loud and startling.

Office staff were personable and very welcoming. It hurts to say this because over the years ee have stayed here many times. Sites, except perhaps for the top priced ones are not well kept. Uneven "pads", vegetation dead or dying, just a general scruffiness. And not related to any renovations. (We didn't use any facilities, speaking of the sites only.) A reliable rv park is no more. Sorry to say

We stayed in the camping cabin which was exactly as expected. Unfortunately, the bathroom nearest our cabin did not seem to be maintained. There was a strong sewer aroma, the floors were wet and dirty and one of the two stalls was missing a door. In contrast, the other bathroom at the KOA seemed to be well maintained.

While it's obvious the new owners are doing upgrades and will look nice, we had trains blowing horns all night. Our first night we heard and felt over 10 trains. Even 3am! It's a quick easy koa right off the highway. Good for a quick stop over. Nothing I would want to be at for a week.

Place looks great. We stayed there last year and ithas changed a lot. Store is beatiful. A lot more campers this year compared to last year.

We loved staying at Spokane KOA. The staff are wonderful and the cabins are comfortable. It’s a great location with lots to do on our long weekend. We shared with the staff the only thing that was an inconvenience for us. KOA campers are a special kind of people and we hope this isn’t changing.

We have visited many Koa Campgrounds. Spokane is the worst. The toilets are dirty, the location is very noisy. Right next to the train. The office was not manned at 2pm. We were very disappointed.

The patio site was awesome and level (so nice). There are two sets of bathrooms and both are clean and well-maintained. The bathrooms near the office are newly remolded but not quite finished. The color of the new bathroom is unusual for a campground - brilliant white. The campground is beautiful with lots of trees.

Came in to inquire about extended stay. They were very helpful. I did not end up staying with them due to availability but they were helpful.

We had a wonderful Memorial weekend! The fire pit and good wood helped us make yummy s'mores. My grandson enjoyed the slip'n slide, playground, basketball and especially the pickleball! Our space was roomy and we had a cement slab for our picnic table. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly! We will be back.
