Disappointing. We stayed each summer at KOA in Spokane for many years when owned by former owner, Bill and maintainable, service and the fact that you have many staff members standing around doing nothing but yet the pool is being closed at 7:00 pm is beyond ridiculous. We will not be coming all the way from Calgary, Alberta to stay at your premises again. We will drive to Spokane but not there.

They found us a site when they were allegedly all booked. It was tight but good. Great swimming pool. Bathhouse was clean

The park is clean, delightful, and the people are welcoming, but the 3 am train crossing horns are alarming.

My kids and I very much enjoyed our first experience at a KOA and have decided that this is going to be our "summer cabin" place! They have even asked that I try my hardest to get the same cabin every summer! Thank you!

Stayed in a cabin-arrived hours but check in was easy and i had been advised i advance of how to check in late. I have used this campground many times and it is always organized and clean.It is definitely in the Journey category-good for one or two nights with lots of pull ins to make RV parking easier. Tent sites are small but for one night are okay. Neighborhood is quiet.

Plus's - Site was clean and they are constantly upgrading the campground which was noticed and appreciated. Negative- major disappointment was we arrived at 640 only to find out the pool closed at 7 on a warm summer day. Kids jumped in and were kicked out at 7 (sign says 9 with tape over it saying 7). Honestly that was a major attraction and that left a bad taste in an otherwise very nice KOA.

When we arrived we wanting to use the pool and it was closed for maintenance. When we asked why they didn’t notify people as we had just driven 6 hours to get there- they said it just happened. When we complained and asked about when it would reopen they had no idea nor did they offer any discount or apology even. The pool was closed most of the 3 days we were there. The staff at this campground were wonderful, special thanks to the girls in the office who helped us extend our stay after we purchased a new RV in Spokane. John & his wife, managers are doing a wonderful job making improvements to the property. Nice pool, well kept grounds and very clean restrooms, Thanks

I was very comfortable staying in the small camper cabin. It was great to have air conditioning for sure. Overall I thought Spokane Valley was a great place to stay.

We were disappointed that the only green grass area was for kids and dogs. Every campsite had dead grass. If you sat under your awning and your neighbor hooks up his sewer just steps from where you are sitting…..poor design.

My children and I enjoyed the stay for the 3 days that we were there. It is the comfort of the outdoors with the convenience of a camping resort.

Our tent site was spacious and I liked the shelter provided. The amenities were standard. The location was fine except for the train tracks literally being next to our tent site, and us being jerked awake in the middle of the night from the trains horn as it flew by.

Staff were rude, pool was closed when it was 35 degrees Celsius for maintenance, projector was broken for movie night, grass is all dead and crunchy! Even the reservation system was down for weeks leading up to our stay. All in all we were super unimpressed.

It was nice, everyone was very nice and helpful. Nice pool . The only thing was the dead grass on all the lots. which wouldn't have been so bad if we could have put our matt down in front of our trailer, but there was a sign that it wasn't allowed because it would kill the grass. The dead grass that was getting tracked in my trailer would get killed by my matt?

Stayed in C2, excellent stay / site. Very clean & perfect for our rv. Being Canadian we stay at this resort yearly on our way to Cannon Beach, Oregon. Always friendly/ helpful/ kind. Awesome resort!!!

Small sites but great for a traveling RVers overnight stopover. Lots of things to do for tent families as well with level grassy areas and cute gazebos.

There has been a signicant change from Bill and Heidi ownership. Pool closed too early,grass was dry and 50 Amp didn't work. We have been staying for 17 years and are very sad at the changes.

The staff are very nice and helpful, the spots are a nice size, there are a lot of trees for shade, but it can get hot there, but all in all it’s a nice KOA to hang your hat for a few days.

Our stay as very good. We were down to watch Spokane Indians baseball. We enjoyed the bike trail close by and the river.Also nice and close to shopping.

Clean and quiet, nice pool and play area. Could use a seating bench in the mens restroom in the office building. Pool hours 9-7 Sunday thru Thursday seem a bit short for the summer, Friday and Saturday it’s open till 8 pm, still too short

Our Kamping Cabin was clean and cozy, the bed was comfortable. The laundry was clean, but had to wait an hour to dry the clothes, the 3rd dryer was broken. Only down side is no breakfast here and no coffee until 9am when the office opens.

Spaces are too close together. We had our neighbors dump under our picnic table! Gross! Nasty girl telling everyone to get out of pool at 7:00pm . It was still 97 degrees . Could have stayed open till 9. At other KOA pool stays open until 10pm. Asked for yellow jacket spray nobody helped.

We had a truck camper and stayed 2 nights. On our arrival computer system was down for so the clerk at front desk could not properly check us in. A couple weeks later I received a text and phone call asking to provide my credit card to pay for the nights. Pool was under maintenance so it was closed. Bathrooms were OK. No paper towels. No handle on outside door of entrance to ladies room.

Staff were friendly and courteous. When I booked the date I was in Montana in a thunder storm, so I ended up booking two spots only needed one. The girl that helped me was kind to refund the money, Thank you. We used the swimming pool, but was not satisfied with not having hand rails to get in and out of the pool. Other than that we had a pleasant stay.

The Spokane KOA did not grant the usual discount (10%) for Cruise America’s clients despite our request. This is clear unfair.

The park was nice & clean. Staff very nice. Payment system down at time of check in & entire time we stayed. Per staff, system had been down for 2 weeks. Hard to believe could not get fixed sooner! Would only take cash. Finally called 2 weeks after stay to obtain payment by credit card. Very inconvenient & unprofessional, only taking cash appeared suspicious as they were new owners of park.

We ended up coming in earlier than our expected time, They got us set up and in. The Manager and Staff are Great. And easy access to everything. This will be our spot when we are in town. Thank you KOA.
