Nice sites. Bathrooms ok. Not the friendliest of staff. Had challenges getting our reservation modified.nice little store. Good k9 camp. Nice playground. Near coeur d’alene which is beautiful.

Our site was at the back of the property and the train sounds were regular. The campground is clean; however, the gravel areas are overgrown with grass and there was a very bright light directly above us. Otherwise it was quiet and comfortable and the staff was very polite.

Our delux cabin was very nice. Clean and all we thought it would be. We have been recommending cabin stays to our friends and family if they do not feel like pulling their campers with the price if gas, it is easier and cheaper to rent a cabin.

Very nice c/g. Good service in office, especially on September 11 when there was a very pleasant young man working - very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We stayed there on Sept 11 and Oct 3. Some of the rates at KOA c/gs are much too high for our budget. KOA in Astoria, OR started at $80 and up to $200! Outrageous for a campsite. We rarely stay at KOA.

It was very dark when we arrived. The lighting was horrible. The site backed up to a trailer park that was sketchy and train tracks that blew the horn all night.

I was assigned to a site with fresh gravel applied. Truck/trailer wheels sunk in with no traction to use my Anderson Levelers. In my 8+ years of pulling my trailer all over I have never had a tilted trailer. Disarming to walk around inside. I passed my comments/frustration at checkout I was told they are still working on it. Why was I then assigned that site? Office closed at 5 so couldn’t switc

It's amazing how peaceful it is with 150 other rv's in the camp ground. We feel safe while camping and enjoy the facilities provided. It's a really good deal!

It's off season but the facilities are clean and very well cared for. Did check in ahead of time so the attendant wasted no time in getting the map drawn out to me site. Had large full hookup site that included cable TV which is very convenient. As others have said there is a freight train that rolled right by in the afternoon and then early in the morning. Other than that it is peaceful.

Grounds could be better kept, sites not level, noise from the trains. It's good for an overnight stop for some rest.

Nice grounds and very nice , helpful staff. The road being closed and small deviation to go around the road closed signs was not a problem- easy! Wish the store had stayed stocked longer though with must have items like milk, bread, peanut butter.

We had a very pleasant stay. All the expectations of very good camping were met (clean restrooms, quiet neighbors, clean organized and functioning sites. Every thing was good!

We had our tow vehicle brake down after we parked and set up camp. They were very helpful with extending our stay while our vehicle was repaired.

Mid-Sept. Greeted by two pleasant young adults. Office hours were a little strange for a campsite. 10am-6pm. Travelers leave well before 10 and arrive after 6. Campsite, bathrooms, and my cabin were clean. The window in my cabin was previously broken, but I couldn’t find a member of staff to report the damage. I left at 9am - one hour before the office opened. Only one loud train all night.

Great location but maintenance was definitely lacking. I advised the front desk that the bathroom and shower in the office building were filthy and nothing was done about it. The next morning there was no toilet paper in any of the stalls, very disappointing.

rude man in the office ,site didnt have proper tv connection, when I asked about he said, " thats the way they are, I explained both ends were the male ends, another employee said another guest must have taken the adapter , again he said " its the way all.parks are and I should have an my own adapter" I let him know we have stayed at several.KOAs and never had an isdue, he rudely handed me one

Paid for a premium site at it was not level at all! Patrons did not pick up their dog poo (bag container was empty …. But that’s not an excuse) so the dog park has piles of poop. Trains, trains, trains ….. you should put guests as far from that useless wooden fence as possible - to lessen the train noise. Closing the office at 6pm is too early. Perhaps stock the store with some essentials!

Not a whole lot at this location, and it was expensive for what we got. During our trips, we have paid 40% less for much better cabins that included a toaster, and refrigerator. Spokane KOA had none of this, the cabins are older with that annoying loud 2 x 4 door lever. Lastly, the cabin was dirty with a lot of animal hair and dust under the beds and the trashcan was stuffed full and not emptied.

We ended up coming in earlier than our expected time, They got us set up and in. The Manager and Staff are Great. And easy access to everything. This will be our spot when we are in town. Thank you KOA.
