The office wasn't open when we got there, called and left a message and got one call back in about an hour and then another call back three hours later.

All were nice and most had new owners and working on upgrades and very reasonable prices. But the Spokane, WA KOA was a slight disappointment. Very expensive and were mowing and weed whacking right next to customers camper/trailers. Our 5th wheel was just a week old and received it's first nick from a thrown rock from the lawn mower. My suggestion is Don't mow next to occupied spaces.

This a very good KOA and we enjoyed our stay. Site was large with lots of grass. Convenient to shopping in area. Only complaint, which I am sure you cannot control, is the train traffic roaring thru at all hours of the day and night.

We had a great time there and will stay again. Very convenient to Spokane Valley. The staff member on duty was very helpful by text message even after office hours.

It was awful. We did not sleep a wink because of the trains coming by the property all night blowing their horns. Such a terribly loud place to try to sleep. It was unkept and felt really run down. I seriously want my money back!

The stay ended up disastrous. When we pulled into the spot it was fine. Way to close to the people to the right of us. New people to the left of us 2 days later. Too close. When we put out our slider it ripped the awning up bad. They cut down the branch for us but the damage was done. Mother's Day I asked for help to get it tied up. Nobody on site. Was very rude. Management never answered my email

Web site says the hours but they weren’t open when e came in at 3:00. Also the showers weren’t working on in building. Fine. Put up a sign saying there was another one available. So many people were wondering around looking for a working shower. A sign is all it would have taken. Grass was very high. Place looked a little run down.

Well after booking we didnt recieve our spot number and no map was left on arrival then the showers were out of order, dumpsters full and grass not cut. Left msg for call back and have yet to recieve it. If can find another place will do next time.

Grounds were not maintained. The grass was bare in large spot and about 10” high. The area where RV doors would be was all dirt and muddy when wet. We had to used our leveling blocks to make a porch in an effort to keep dirt and mud out of the trailer. Staff was very pleasant and showers and restrooms were clean.

DC2 Cabin was comfortable, but the coffee maker didn't work, and leaked all over the counter. Otherwise, it was a nice stay - we usually come in with a camper, or stay in a local hotel, but since it was graduation weekend for Gonzaga and Whitworth, hotel room prices tripled! We needed two rooms, and your cabin really fit the bill. Will do that again when necessary!

Difficult to check in with zero information. First time I have ever seen a campground that the store/office closes on the weekend!! Campground was full but seemed to have a generally unkempt appearance. There only saving grace is a lack of competition in the region.

I do not feel this KOA was up to KOA standards. The bathrooms were dirty, the lawns need to be mowed. Past experience with KOA’S they had paved roads and you didn’t hear people drive in and out late night and early morning. This would not be an KOA we would stop at again.

It was good. There were way more trains though than our other stay. One was so loud and fast it rattled our 34 foot rv. The original site we had was really narrow and the team was great in letting us move so all in all it was a fine stay as usual

this koa in spokane is very disappointing, the lawn or weeds are very tall, garbage overfull, the site g3 very tight, we had dirt not grass, motor home got dirty, the sewer outlet was under the neighbors table, very awkward to dump with young couple and 2 small children next door , koa campgrounds are hit and miss, koa in helena was very nice, well maintained ,

I was very unimpressed with my stay this second time I went. The staff was not there to help me at all. I don't understand how they are even making money. You can't get a hold of anyone and they are never there. You could probably even stay there for free if you were willing to take that risk since they aren't there from Saturday afternoon until Tuesday morning. Probably won't be going back

We had a blast at the KOA campground, for real. The place was stunning, with vibes that were chill and super peaceful. The facilities were on point and the folks there were so friendly, we legit couldn't have asked for a better time.

Spaces need to be remeasured. I was told the space was 50 foot and could only get my 30 foot rv in the space. Several others who were assigned spaces that didn't fit simply parked on grass. Wish I Had as well. Had to park my car which was used daily a significant distance away. Tree was so close that awning could not be used. Noise from trains but not too bad.

Price is to high for what you get Nothing is open. It is just a place to park. Average price 80 a night for electricity and water.

We had a good one night stay in one of the spaces in the back. I do like the front spaces better and will ask for one this fall. It is our "go to" place to stay on the way to the coast. We were there before the "season" really started so did not see any staff on the grounds.

Pleasant stop to visit friends. Shaded pull through site easy to navigate. Nice campground to take a stroll and stretch tired muscles. Staff was pleasant and instructive. Train noise is almost an expected around KOA so no big deal.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. they even went as far as helping my neighbor mover her large camper to a different spot when she was unable too. The grounds were very nicely manicured and my dog really enjoyed the dog park, mainly the agility features. The facilities were well maintained/cleaned and taken care of.

This was a one and done KOA for me. We barely fit in their so called "long pull thru sites" with our 36ft RV with a tow vehicle. Not to mention we were on top of each other and could not even attempt to use our awning.

The park was fine but not being able to receive packages at this campground was a pain. As full time RV people we usually use KOA campgrounds to have our mail/packages catch up with us. We were not aware of the mail restrictions until we had booked the campground.

We’ve stayed at this KOA before and enjoyed a nice park. This time, it’s looking worse for wear. Grass long, campsites with piles beside it. Random vehicles parked in tent sites (not camping, just parked. Maybe long term workers). Office was never open, no signage. Probably won’t stay there again.

Staff is great and all the amenities are what you would expect at KOA. There are train tracks that run close by, but I was used to them after a day or two.

No issues, loved the patio site, only negative is I came in at 3pm on Sunday and left Tuesday at 9am and never saw an employee and store was not open. On this stay I did not need anything, but visiting the store is always something we try to do.

We ended up coming in earlier than our expected time, They got us set up and in. The Manager and Staff are Great. And easy access to everything. This will be our spot when we are in town. Thank you KOA.
