We were there for a week. The staff was very pleasant and the grounds were well kept. They were remodeling so some things were unavailable. I wish they would have placed us a little further into the campground (we were placed in the outer row at the front of the campground) since we were there for 8 night.

This was one of the quieter KOAs I have stayed at which was great. The only thing I could possibly think that is a negative is there wasn't much ventilation in the restroom so it was very muggy in there with the showers.

Just an overnight stay, so I wasn't able to use all the facilities (pool, laundry, showers, etc.). Ground were well kept up but our specific spot was treeless and pretty much grassless. Given the temps were very warm, some amount of shade or grass would have been great.

Great camp. Even with a huge remodel the staff was awesome. Very helpful and courteous.

Dirty bathrooms, no room to drive thru with larger RV, (we couldn't leave till others left)they cramped so many sites in your door is 5 feet from neighbors sewer line. Everything is under construction but still charge full amount. Will never stay her again, due to fact layout of campsites an space issues

Way over priced for a third world campground. Spaces were extremely tight, so much so that we had about 6 inches left when pulling in because the neighbor had their canopy out. The grounds were very dumpy. Was glad it was just one night.

Construction made things a little tough. I'd recommend at least having basic goods available for purchase during construction. I'd also recommend modifying AC settings in men's bathroom/shower to make it substantially cooler inside.

I was disappointed the deluxe cabins didn't come with TP, hand soup, dish soap, cups, plates or any basic supplies. I thought it was like a Residence INN but I needed to bring bed sheets and pans but I was wrong. The cabins need work and I see they are updating the campground but your deluxe cabins need updating ASAP.

The park has a lot of construction going on and therefore not many things available for use. I would wait until construction is finished before I would go back.

The second day there was no hand soap in the ladies washroom and not all the stalls had toilet paper. Also the shower curtains had been removed so it was difficult to keep my items from getting wet. There didn't seem to be a good reason for this.

Although many repairs were in progress the pool was delightful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the big shady trees!

The sites are too small and crowded. There was zero shade. Construction had bathrooms closed.

Site office is in the process of remodeling which may be a needed upgrade but I never stayed here before so I do not know. The men's room needs some repairs. No answer as to why they close the pool at 8PM, apparently several people asked same question just today.

Needs work to bring it back up to the level of other KOA campgrounds. Very accommodating staff took care of all our needs. Gave it a three star as I understand they under new management and renovations. Cost was a little high for the value in the park at this time.

Very nice sites. Patio & swing were a nice touch, & they were remodeling the store! Obviously well kept and maintained.

The gal at te front desk was GREAT! Super helpful and plleasant! But, seriously, the front bathrooms are still out of service? Its been at least two months! And you choose to remodel the office in the middle of the busiest season? And you need to get better construction help...the head guy just sat around on his phone while the two grunts slowly worked in the new pavilion.

If you need a place to stop for the night, this KOA will do. Decent playground for the kids. Pool is being renovated. Campground was packed full and spaces were tight. Bathrooms were average and as expected for the number of people camping / using them. Customer service was good.

Our site was nice, however, this office should have informed incoming campers about the disarray of the office. No ice, no cold beverages, etc... in 100° weather. We were told when we checked in. There was ample opportunity to inform us ahead of time. VERY inconvenient for us, we would have stopped on our way and provisioned. A bit of preemptive action would go along way.

Many amenities were closed due to renovations with little to no notice. No discount was offered even after asking. Left our name and number, like multiple other guests, for the manager to contact and no phone call was received. Disappointing

Fully understanding the building is under renovations, the campground itself needs a lot of work. Sites not groomed before new guests, found dog excrement on our grass before our dog even got out off the coach. Too many rules around where to tie dog and protect the grass so made it impossible to adhere to all. Could be an amazing place as the site itself is beautiful. Just needs “ cleanin up”.

DUSTY! No matter how slow vehicles moved there was a cloud of dust. Site are close together.

Workers were friendly and helpful, but the pool wasn't working, the store was under construction and the sites were so close together that sitting at your picnic table put you right under your neighbors windows. I had to ask people to move vehicles the morning i left so I could get my trailer out. Not enough space in pull thrus for car and trailer.

We found this location understaffed and in general not very clean. Services were cut back partially due to construction yet there was no forgiveness in the rates charged. There was a total disregard of campground etiquette by other campers which was not KOA’s fault but was very annoying.

Perfectly adequate for a one night stay. Sites are small as anticipated. My only real complaint is that there are numerous trees that are dripping copious amounts of sticky sap from the leaves. So leaves and debris stuck to shoes, awning, dog paws, etc. So, if you stay there, request a site away from the sticky trees!

It was awful. The bathroom (only 1 bathroom for the whole KOA) was not cleaned the entire time we were there (5 days; 4 nights). No camp store. No one to get a picnic table to our campsite. We were told to just get one ourselves. No security. No front gates. Anyone could come in.

Campground is nice. Staff is great. Bathrooms need an upgrade and some cleaning. Still far better than an outhouse. Hard to maintain bathrooms with that many people and kids running in and out all day :)

Park was clean. Minimal interaction with staff. But there was multiple trains at a very close proximity to the park through out the night. Very loud, horns and all, we did not get a full night's sleep.

We have a fifth wheel, the campsites very spacious, staff extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely a KOA we will stay at again and we have stayed at alot across the country.
