The gal at te front desk was GREAT! Super helpful and plleasant! But, seriously, the front bathrooms are still out of service? Its been at least two months! And you choose to remodel the office in the middle of the busiest season? And you need to get better construction help...the head guy just sat around on his phone while the two grunts slowly worked in the new pavilion.

If you need a place to stop for the night, this KOA will do. Decent playground for the kids. Pool is being renovated. Campground was packed full and spaces were tight. Bathrooms were average and as expected for the number of people camping / using them. Customer service was good.

Our site was nice, however, this office should have informed incoming campers about the disarray of the office. No ice, no cold beverages, etc... in 100° weather. We were told when we checked in. There was ample opportunity to inform us ahead of time. VERY inconvenient for us, we would have stopped on our way and provisioned. A bit of preemptive action would go along way.

Many amenities were closed due to renovations with little to no notice. No discount was offered even after asking. Left our name and number, like multiple other guests, for the manager to contact and no phone call was received. Disappointing

Fully understanding the building is under renovations, the campground itself needs a lot of work. Sites not groomed before new guests, found dog excrement on our grass before our dog even got out off the coach. Too many rules around where to tie dog and protect the grass so made it impossible to adhere to all. Could be an amazing place as the site itself is beautiful. Just needs “ cleanin up”.

DUSTY! No matter how slow vehicles moved there was a cloud of dust. Site are close together.

Workers were friendly and helpful, but the pool wasn't working, the store was under construction and the sites were so close together that sitting at your picnic table put you right under your neighbors windows. I had to ask people to move vehicles the morning i left so I could get my trailer out. Not enough space in pull thrus for car and trailer.

We found this location understaffed and in general not very clean. Services were cut back partially due to construction yet there was no forgiveness in the rates charged. There was a total disregard of campground etiquette by other campers which was not KOA’s fault but was very annoying.

Perfectly adequate for a one night stay. Sites are small as anticipated. My only real complaint is that there are numerous trees that are dripping copious amounts of sticky sap from the leaves. So leaves and debris stuck to shoes, awning, dog paws, etc. So, if you stay there, request a site away from the sticky trees!

It was awful. The bathroom (only 1 bathroom for the whole KOA) was not cleaned the entire time we were there (5 days; 4 nights). No camp store. No one to get a picnic table to our campsite. We were told to just get one ourselves. No security. No front gates. Anyone could come in.

Campground is nice. Staff is great. Bathrooms need an upgrade and some cleaning. Still far better than an outhouse. Hard to maintain bathrooms with that many people and kids running in and out all day :)

Every amenity was out of order. Our site was tiny with a million bugs. The sites were so close together we had the neighbors slide over top of our picnic table. And the neighbors septic hookup was literally touching our picnic table. How is anyone expected to eat with someone else's turds floating past your feet. Disgusting site. I will recommending others to NEVER stay here.

The sites are spacious and well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful. The restrooms and showers are okay, but there is room for improvement. The pool was closed for most of our stay, but it was opened the day we checked out. We were permitted to stay and enjoy the pool that afternoon. The renovated pool is very nice! Much appreciated.

Tiny spots, picnic table on top of neighbors sewer cap, dirty bathrooms, overflowing garbage. We stayed 4th of July weekend, which could contribute to some of the mess.

I've visited most of the KOAs in this state and I gotta say this place SUCKS! Overcrowded and overpriced and the restrooms were disgusting. Need to be cleaned more often. I reserved a site for 3 nights, I left after 2 nights. I will NOT be back to this KOA.

I understand this KOA was under construction but without a pool, store, and half the bathrooms/shower houses not open, I find it insane that full price was charged for absolutely nothing opened. Not to mention the sites are very close together and there was a stink to the whole place. By far the worst KOA I have stayed at.

Keep on driving! Total dump! We literally left in 15 min and decided to drive another 4 hours to another KOA. We have left multiple messages for the manager Sadie and have never been contacted back. I expect more professionalism from a KOA franchise.

It might have been bad timing since they were in the process of a remodel but everything about our stay fell well below our expectations. There was only one set of bathrooms available and they were both filthy. The site was small - sitting outside we were right on the neighbor’s sewer dump. We have spent less money at other KOA’s in WAY better condition - overpriced for what was offered… tr

Very disappointed. The only reason I booked at the KOA is because I knew they all have pools. I was on the phone several times and not once did anyone mention the pool being closed. Very unhappy

My reservation was messed up, somehow they changed the dates from what I booked. I had a hard time getting ahold of anyone and the person I spoke to said there was nothing they could do to help me. We did spend one night and the pool was closed. It was the whole reason we picked it. There was no warning. The park itself isn’t very exciting and there’s a train that runs nearby all night.

We only stayed at this KOA for one night however it met all our expectations for this time. It is centrally located in Spokane which made it easy to get around. The staff was friendly and helpful, it is currently under a bit of construction but nothing that affects your stay. We would recommend this KOA to our family and friends.

Cramped spaces near trains that run all night and blow their horns. Gravel taxiways were hard on the Coach! Trees were not trimmed to keep them from hitting the RVs passing below! Should not be to KOA standards!

Update on the situation of when I first moved in. Melissa did great in listening to me and handled the problem there was in the unit. I am thankful that they did what was best to accommodate me and made sure I was happy to be here.
