Cabin was not clean had to ask for toilet paper and trash bags, could not cook on grill on first night there which was the 4th of July due to the grill was so dirty inside and out. Talked to the staff they said they could clean the grill after they close the office, I had a nice BBQ meal all planed for the 4th. Had to run out for dinner. Very Disappointed with our stay.

KOA property was in poor condition. Prices were much too high for the site. Laundry facilities were disgusting.

Nice newborn. But the cabin down at end of drive had their light on all night reflecting on cars and alot of light. Helpful people in the office. I would stay again.the train didn't bother us at all. I have a train go by my house 3 times a day. Thank you have a great day.

Arrived without reservations. Pleasantly assisted and checked in. Decided to stay longer and they assisted in letting us extend our stay thru the holiday. Nice pool, friendly staff pleasant stay would return again.

A lot of campgrounds pack you in on top of each other to maximize space. I had plenty of room here and trees for shade. Facility was clean and staff was super helpful.

We were placed in a site that had a large tree over hanging which damaged the fiberglass on the roof of our motorhome. Based on previous scarring on the tree this has happened to many others. BEWARE!

Cabin not clean. Hot water shower is like setting up a rocket, and it wont be hot as you which. Bath was dirty. Nothing included other than a microwave and a frig....for the price, not recommending, go to the hotel instead

Visiting Spokane for a basketball tournament. Appreciate how quiet in the evening despite a very full campground on a holiday weekend!! Clean bathrooms/showers. Stayed in a deluxe tent site. Tent site needed a bit of pickup and picnic table some maintenance. However, excellent value overall and I'd stay again!

We got in at 7:30. Our site reservation was listed which was good. However, the store and pool were closed and didn’t open until 10 the next morning (check out is 11am). We couldn’t find the game room, pickle ball or volleyball so we were not able to utilize any of the amenities. It was a bit of a bummer after a long day on the road.

All dirt no green grass all burnt. No firepit after told it was ok. And very close to other campers. Had to have blinds closed the whole time. Due to others so close looking in.

The pool was awesome and the employees were all chipper and happy to be there. The kids loved the ice cream treats. There was a little debris/trash left in our sight, and I noticed that no one came to check or clean up after campers left there sites. We understand that the sites are small, but some considerations should be made with the larger vehicles and the slides, as I had to close my awning .

Folks at the front desk were helpful when we ran into an issue with other campers. Front desk stated that they were aware of the group camping close to us as they had issues with them before. Camper showed up on camp site about 10am swinging an axe that hit one of the other campers in the head. We left,the only other issue was not knowing there was a large train that went by early in the morning.

Just staying for one night so I selected a back-in site. Water connection was damaged so I did not use it although it may have worked. Quite a bit of noise from road and trains going by. Otherwise, bathrooms and dump station were very clean. A reasonable KOA of the Journey type...

Site is very small, no room to enjoy the outside. Giant tree with protruding branch made it difficult to push out slide. Very awkward setup. Cost was high compared to other campgrounds, stayed here as recommended. Will shop around next time, I drove by nicer looking RV parks in the area.

All was well! One of our neighbors had a bug zapper that's was annoying, and your bathrooms need better ventilation. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Spot they had for us was not big enough to get into. It had tree that hit our roof. I explained when we made reservations, I explained how big we were but it seems that they did not listen. They did let us move to another spot. Not as nice as the other KOA parks on our trip.

My family stays here almost every year, and unfortunately this year was a little disappointing. It seemed unorganized, less amenities, limited office hours, and a less-welcoming feel.

Awkward location gives the one night quick stay vibe. Some of the amenities not on or available like community fire pit. Bought a premium large space which was nice but neighbors behind so close could hear their basic conversation trying to go to sleep. All in all typical clean friendly Koa just tight spaces and weird location in town. Will probably stay again.

I liked the pool and my camp site. Bur i feel that the laundry room and bathrooms could be cleaner and some maintenance done. I wish the young employees would not zip around so much making noise and dust. Maybe they can pickup trash and do some cleaning and not ride around every 5 minute. Other then that it was ok. I liked the covers over the tent sites.

The lack of food supplies was very disappointing. The shelves were bare. I was told by a staff person they get wiped out on the weekends. We stayed on a Wednesday.

The pool closes at 6pm. Tent sites are so small you must mix with your neighbors and share the area. The most disappointing thing is that the pool closes at 6pm. I traveled over 300 miles that day in the heat on a motorcycle sweating all day only to get there and not be able to use the pool. I regret everything about this reservation. Next time I'll just get a hotel with a pool.

We chose KOA Spokane because it was close to family living in the area. We found the KOA to be clean, quiet (even with the train tracks next door), and had great amenities. Our space was large, affording parking and room for family to visit. The young man who checked us in could not be nicer or more helpful. We will be back.

On our way to Alaska we stayed at the Spokane, WA KOA and was so happy with everything. Staff were great and the site was perfect. Completely fulfilled our needs for the night. Will be back if ever in the area again.

We had a very nice stay in a deluxe cabin at your KOA, it had everything we needed. We even took a dip in the pool one hot evening. What a great campground in a great location with easy access from Highway 91.

We ended up coming in earlier than our expected time, They got us set up and in. The Manager and Staff are Great. And easy access to everything. This will be our spot when we are in town. Thank you KOA.
