Overnight at this park on the way back to California. Facility is close to shopping (particularly Camping World) which makes it convenient. The park is well off the I-90, so no noise, but is close to the railroad tracks which makes sleeping interesting. We had a nice shady spot.

They assisted us with a difficult situation and made changes as they were required. Very professional and friendly and helpful.

Great location and Grounds are nicely sized

used as a waypoint many times. Great staff, clean facilities, easy access but not on the highway.

Beautiful, clean campground with excellent sites! Very easy access to I90. The noisy trains might be an issue for light sleepers especially if you like the windows open.
Sep 11, 2019
Friendly staff and good facilities but the trains were troubling.

Rather quick and short stay but staff was accommodating in letting us upgrade the site.

Great KAO, nice facility and Pet area for exercising your pooches. Next time we'll pick the upgrade spot with patio and fire pit. Only downside, trains....they go by throughout the night and its a little noisy.

We were only there for one night as a stop over from Idaho Falls to Seattle. But, the staff was very friendly and the dog park was set up nice (we have a German Shepherd and a Shih Tzu) for our dogs.

We loved it!! The cabins stayed really warm. Already planning our next trip!!

Clean, comfortable, and well maintained

It took 3 phone calls for them to answer the phone. This was done over 3 days. I left messages on the voicemail but they never returned my calls. Even after I was in the park and called them they never returned my call and I know there were 2 people in the office at that time. I won't stay there again.

Friendly staff, easy to find, clean bathroom and nice setting. The train going past every couple of hours honking it’s horn through the night was a bit annoying.

Very nice and well maintained site with spacey sites.

Bathrooms were good, staff very friendly. Grass clippings piled up; would be better to bag them; no sewer hookup on our site :|

Nice site, plenty of room to get in and out. Location is great for a stop over. Internet was basically useless!

We have always enjoyed staying here. Staff are excellent and accommodating. I was frustrated because I use the internet for work and not once would the internet connect. I had to go to the main building and work from there. As well the frequency of trains has increased making for noisy nights. Too bad!

At check in the girl was rude, abrupt and defensive unnessasarily. She was bossy with her coworker, he was managing checkin very well. First time we’ve ever been treated in this way at a KOA

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

As his supervisor at the time, we always make sure we are giving you the best available site, as we were trying to offer you an upgrade. We were offering you a tent site with water and electricity for no extra charge.

Did not lead us to campsite. Old park, small spaces, narrow roads. Did not give us long enough space as booked/promised. Some mold in restrooms/showers.

Litter in our campsite, some obviously not blown in by the wind (beer bottle caps). Train noise is unbelievable, although we understand that is not their fault. Not likely to return to this particular KOA and probably one of the least favorite we have stayed in. :-(

Friendly staff, clean, well cared for park.

Beautiful, clean, well maintained RV park. Downside is the train right next to the camp that comes through about every 1-2 hours. Other than the train, it was a wonderful campground.

A good place to stay—close to shopping.

Level sites but not long enough to unhitch and have room to park except at an angle. Mostly treed sites. Train track close and Camping World within a mile. Pool, playground, dog park. Premium patio sites included table, chairs and self contained fire pit. Older area of town. Couer D'Arlene lake east of Campground.

The facility is great and the staff very pleasant. The only negative was WiFi which was only intermittently connected to internet even though you could log on to KOA 1. A dependable WiFi connection is important to have when travelling.

We were only here for one quick overnight. The campground hosts were friendly and helpful. All the sites were clean and well kept. The sites were a little narrow but with only staying one night, that was okay. It was good to have trees on the sites.

The park is conveniently located in the Spokane Valley, well maintained with very friendly hosts. The only drawback was the proximity to the railroad. Apart from that, we enjoyed our stay there.

We spent 2 weeks here, visiting Family and site-seeing the area for Labor Day - great site! Awesome staff (they helped extend our stay through busy holiday weekend!) Being in a motorhome the frequent Train horns were drowned by the a/c. Only thing missed was an escort to the site (your place is kinda tight)- this touch at other KOAs was always appreciated. Loved the Sasquatch theme!!!

Spent four nights over Labor Day weekend. Great location in Spokane Valley w very close trailhead access to Centennial Trail. Walked west on the trail one day, then walked east on the trail over to the state line and back. Our RV site was shady and nice grass. Staff very friendly. Found some good wine at the camp store. Enjoyed hearing trains passing by as grew up near train tracks

First time in Washington. Campground was close to everything we wanted. Friendly staff and service.

They have made many improvements to the campground and are continuing to do more. I think that the sites are to close together. You shouldn't walk out of your camper to the neighbors sewer line being right there. The train which they can't do anything with but otherwise the place has improved very much

Very friendly staff. Great cabin. Had maintenance out fairly quick when AC quit in middle of the night. Next day had it up and running within no time. I wish they had more stuff for kids like the Concrete KOA. But otherwise it was a ok stay.

This was an excellent stay and Spokane is a beautiful city. Plus the campground is close to the Idaho border.

Dig park was great!!

Nice, but noisy. Trains frequently going by, blowing whistles.

This park is well located near I90. It is very well groomed with very clean facilities. The office staff was friendly and helpful.

Very clean and nice! Shower was clean and huge! Cabin was spotless!
Sep 02, 2019
Staff were informed of a vehicle illegally parked that would be in the way of us pulling out. It was never moved. Never been to a KOA where staff were so eh about everything.
Sep 02, 2019
You should consider repairing the waste drain at site A07.
Sep 02, 2019
We stay at this KOA several times a year in our motorhome on our way to and from various places. The staff is always great and we always get a good site. What more could we ask for?
Sep 02, 2019
Nice location - just off the interstate. Clean campground - Too many trains passing by through the night.
Sep 02, 2019
Very accommodating. Clean bathrooms, pool, etc. Only negative, campsites are very close together.

Great KOA location to stay especially if you're planning on going to Silverwood. Pool, dog agility course and playgrounds. Only downside I found was it is near train tracks which trains go by nightly we counted 3 the first night each of which blared thier loud horn waking us up. Each tent camp site had a picnic bench tho which was nice. Not far walk to showers and bathrooms

Cute campground with all sorts of activities the only downside is that it's right next to busy train tracks we counted 3 trains go by in the middle of the night.
