We have been staying in the deluxe cabins for a span of 6 years. Each year the cabins and stay is getting extensively worse. This last visit, we were not told there was no wi-fi and there was going to be constant construction noise for our stay. The cabins NEED TO BE DEEP CLEANED AND UPDATED ASAP.

I was disappointed there was not places for visitors to park. I was also disappointed that there were no dishes or silverware in the unit that I stayed in after I had asked that question before booking and was told they were completely furnished. I encountered a large bug in my unit going up and down the wall by the tv. When I went to use the hairdryer it didn't work. The pool was closed early

Cabin needs a lot of differed maintenance. The floor in the bathroom was loose and felt like you may break through the floor with your foot. There was also no WiFi or hot water. However, they were able to fix the hot water. Other than that, it served its purpose.

Staff was amazing! Every single person I interacted with from SPI KOA was absolutely incredible! However, I booked my stay there for a relaxing vacation, and the much needed pool and hot tub being closed for the entirety of my stay, and the AC going out in our cabin in the middle of the night, really put a damper on having a Relaxing trip that I drove 12hrs for.

I have always had good stays with the KOA brand, but that was not the case this time. Upon arrival I had to sweep and mop the floors myself and run to the store for multipurpose cleaner to clean the counters and bathroom and fridge. The cabin needs a lot of things replaced. I spent $1000 to listen to a construction zone right next to the K1 cabin, the workers were walking through my site all week.

pool is closed all weekend and i would not recommend KOA not for the price I had for 2 nights. Paid over $400 and cabin needs alot of work. Very outdated and patio and bbq pit is nasty. never again and i will never recommend this place. very disappointing.

No dogs out and about , every one minding their own business. Ladies at check in very pleasant thank you for that experience . Hope to make it next year.

The only two issues were no air in the bunk bed room and the shower head in LL33 was not working properly. Little disappointed that the restaurant was gone.

It was beautiful!! We are are even planning our next summer vacation with you all. I will forever highly recommend you all. Trust me if you want to forget the outside world, stay at one of the cabins, I stayed at the waterfront cabin. Waking up to the smell of the ocean. Every one was so sweet and helpful. I really loved the availability of communication with you by text. See you all soon!!!

My only concerns was the air conditioning is not good..and no wi fi...The remodeling made the pool really dirty...It took like to 2 hours to bring clean towels...i have to call twice for them..I stayed before and love the experiences...I hope next year is better...Thank you �

This was our first time staying at KOA.The waterfront cabins were cozy w/ a beautiful view of the bay.We were a bit disappointed with quite a few things.1)Dirty linen on sofa bed.2)lots of pet hair on floor.3) No WiFi connection. Best to book ahead a cabin that is not pet friendly to avoid dog hair.So it’s just like everything else.Be prepared with your own cleaning supplies&linens.Still recomme

We really enjoyed our stay , the water front cabins were very nice , the ciew was beautiful it was very calming every morning and evening to sit and enjoy the view. The laundry area was very nice and easy to use .. the cabins were very comfortable and spacious. Will definitely go back ..

very unaccommodating for people with a boat. We were very disappointed to find out that we had to leave our $85,000.00 boat parked in an unsecured parking lot down the street during our entire stay... We have stayed numerous times and never had this problem before, but i guess the rules have changed...Looking forward to a return trip, but with place that allows boats...

We have come here for years. Ebbs and flows. This time the cabin 32 was not up to par. Terrible time w power . Sockets not working , refrig stop running and food ruined. Address w office and repaid were quick but the stress, time and inconvenience was not appreciate in the short time there

Our stay was great. Grounds well kept. We only had one issue with the shower running hot water. Cold water never kicked in through the weekend. It was an inconvenience. We had to use cold water from the sink to fill up a pot. Sofa bed needs to be replaced. Springs could be felt through the mattress. Too bad these cabins by the water won't be around much longer. We'd love to come again.

Few of the employees on golf carts are rude and very unwelcoming. They parked and stared at our cabin. They would speed thru and harassed us over our golf carts everytime we come back from the beach and cooking. A older employee stopped me and my daughter asked were we stayed and told us that's where we need to stay! A guy was looking into peoples coolers and they knew him and brushed it off.

We absolutely loved staying at the waterfront cabins! Honestly- I was gutted to hear your getting rid of them! We just found out about them and were already planning our sept and December visits!!! We would love to at the same cabin! Thank you to your wonderful friendly staff... also having the activities for the kids was great as well! We hope to be back soon!

K1 building has a hole in the floor that was covered by a broken floor tile, foot almost went through the floor. The toilet had a leak in the tank and consistently and loudly ran day and night. Unpleasant stay for a pricey fee. Security does a good job telling you what you can’t do

When we first got there we were greeted by the friendly staff. Our cabin was nice and clean. I liked that there were employees constantly driving around and checking up on the tenants. The pool was nice but may need some extra chairs or high tables. We enjoyed our stay and definitely come back. Thank you KOA!!

We LOVE the property and definitely would stay again. The only negatives were the mosquitos!!! You could not be outside without getting swarmed.

Sitting on the porch watching the dolphins in the bay and seeing spaceX made our stay perfect. The staff were always cheerful and very helpful. We can hardly wait for a return trip. The only negative thing I can say is, stainless steel pans don't work on induction stove top. Otherwise our stay was perfect.

The common facilities were closed and the host did not inform that. The pier has also been removed. The sand playground was full of Southern sandbur.
