Everything was very good. Staff pleasant and facility neat and clean. Only negative was that we were too close to neighbors.

Very friendly staff. I love their new addition of some washer and dryers that use credit cards or app to pay. We are reserving for 3 months in 2025.

We always enjoy our stay here. Friendly and helpful staff. My only complaint is the pool and pool area needs some major TLC. Looks like they are making improvements can’t wait to see the changes!

Very nice. Staff is exceptional! They had just brought on a new activities person about a week prior to our departure. Lots of great things going on . Thank you it was great!!

staff is Friendly, helpful/approachable.The campground needs lots of improvements/updates - we are told working on. The LOUD, OBNOXIOUS,BANGING disruption from Sea ranch marina is inexcusable & unfair! Texas must have nuisance laws! Early! Am/all day! Kristi GM protective of Marina rights-seemed non-empathetic to patrons. People need to know upfront about this disruption. Unit 96 abuts to Marina

very expensive for old showers rooms and a tent for activities, been a year now and new construction has not started on new grand buildings

Staff extremely friendly. Bathrooms clean. Jacuzzi could use some upgrading. Lost cable for 2 days. Unfortunately during bad weather and stuck inside. But certainly not KOA’s fault of weather. Sites were very close together. Trash pickup prompt

very nice park. People are absolutely wonderful. they do a great job keeping park in tip top shape. Spaces are a little tight, but they do a great job helping get your rig in your site. And by the way i will return.

This campground does not meet the KOA standards that I am accustomed to. They intend to bring it back to those standards by later this year. We have many friends who have camped there and have discussed this with the new management. We feel the same way. If there are price increases, provide the minimum KOA standards we receive at other KOA's. We look forward to the improvements.

Very nice stay. Check in was easy the staff was friendly and always available and willing to assist. Only issue was the pool water was very cloudy.

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. We don’t like the fact that there were so many loud compressors running almost continuously during the day while washing the big rig RV’s. Very annoying when you get away for peace & quiet

RV sites way too close together. Unruly/obnoxious and loud group of people violating quiet time rules (partying all night) were behind us and made for a miserable stay. Kids of every size/shape/age in groups all over the place from dawn until midnight or beyond with no parental controls. Been coming for years but we won't be coming back.

Beautiful campground close to everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The free island bus shuttle was very convenient and picked up right in front of the campground. My only complaint is that we weren't able to stay longer. We will be back. Thank you!

Clean park with nice rock driveways to keep out the dirt. One of the best KOA’s we’ve stayed at. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice level space with great neighbors and near the marina and restaurants on the pier. Town is only a 5 mile long strip accessible by free metro bus if you take a short walk to the Visitor Center to pick it up. South Padre had just had rain so the mosquitos at dusk were vicious. We had a very nice visit. The temporary bathrooms worked well too for nice hot showers.

The park is old and the spots are tights. The pool and hot tub area needs major help. There were many days during our stay that both were very dirty. Someone needs to learn proper pool maintenance. There are plenty of work campers driving around in golf cart but not much work getting done. We heard alot of complaining among the staff. I expected more, especially for the price we paid.

The additional restrooms are a great improvement. I hope that they will be a permanent fixture even after the new facility is built.

We stayed for 4 weeks and noticed a lot of small trash throughout the park. The dog park is on the small side and the dog walk has a large fire ant mound. The park felt small with the area by the bay blocked off due to the construction. This area was opened up for the Space X launch giving a great view.
