We had a great time it’s always so peaceful and quiet there at our KOA. My wife and I really enjoyed our weekend getaway. It was my wife’s birthday so we went to celebrated at the KOA in South Padre. Thank You KOA.

We had a wonderful stay! We have stayed in one of the waterfront deluxe cabins at this KOA multiple times and always enjoy the location and amenities.

Very friendly people, nice area, quiet and relaxing. The cabin is nice but can be improved by getting a better mattress, new bath towels and a paint touch up on on the inside.

Great location! Spots are a bit tight and the park itself needs some updates but the workers are fantastic, directing you into your site or with anything you need. Will stay again.

Good: People were friendly. Staff very helpful. Close to water. Dog park. Bad: Park is very, VERY tight to get RV in and out. Sites very close together. Gravel common areas instead of grass. WiFi would not connect to TV. Cable TV sporadically stopped.

The staff was amazing. Kind, fun, and welcoming. The facilities were awesome even in the driving cold rain. Clean bathrooms, Easter egg hunt and tie dying, water pool! You saved our beach weekend. We will be back. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Party all day beside and across from us. KOA employee there. Party went on after quiet hours. Had to call it in. We camp all over US and worst place. Moved to county campground next door.

This was our first trip to South Padre Island and the KOA location was perfect! Great views including SpaceX launch facilities.

The cabin was musty/ moldy smelling. If you want to go stay in a rundown cabin like you did when you went to camp at 10 years old, then this is the place for you. No refunds once you get there. Pictures online were very deceiving . The campground is run down and dated. My Husband said the staff was nice. They did have a nice dog area. Would not recommend to anyone.

We had a great stay. The cabin was cozy and it was very quiet at night. The people were friendly, both the employees and the fellow campers. It was a great stay for our first time at South Padre!

This is a very nice KOA in a great location on South Padre Island. The roads are a little narrow, but are easily navigated. The sites are close, but not overly so. The staff is great. If going to SPI, try this park.

Was only there for 3 days, park is very nice,clean,patio was very nice overlooking the bay!staff was very helpful and friendly.close enough to walk to dolphin watch and mahi nics for dinner!!

This is our favorite KOA. This is our seventh winter spent at SPI. The park is very clean and the staff is outstanding. Everyone is very friendly, and accommodating. They are making some updates to the park that look great and we can’t wait to be back next January 2024 to see more updates! The location is what you go for , the staff is a welcoming and helpful crew. Stacy & Joe

Everyone was so nice and very helpful. This is the only campground we have stayed in that not only picks up your trash but will pick up and fill your propane tanks. Excellent service. Minor complaint is the sites are gravel which required some extra leveling.

Campground is well maintained and clean. Our cabin, waterfront #4 had a musty/mildewy smell. I went and bought some frabreeze spray to help. Was able to deal with odor because of awesome location of this cabin. Great water view to watch dolphins and boats go by. Bed in cabin is very comfortable and cabin is well stocked.

Enjoyed the convenience to beach, restaurants, and shopping. Commons area needs a restroom. Hopefully that will be considered during the upcoming renovations.

4 stars instead of 5 because they are in the middle of several renovations. Should not be taking this long but it is. Still like the place. SPI has the best beaches in Texas and this KOA is close to everything. Staff is polite and helpful. We are coming back next year for two months.

Beautiful campground. Friendly staff. Nice pool and playground for the kids. Level sites. Clean bathroom and showers There is a free bus that picks you up right outside the campground and takes you throughout Padre Island. There is also three restaurants you can walk to which will all very good. Would definitely recommend
