It was amazing I loved it. I wish we could have stayed longer but there was not lots available for June and July. I am hoping I can book for next year in June and July but I already booked for May and we can’t wait!

Absolutely loved it! The staff is very friendly. They were constantly checking everything was ok. We felt safe! We spent a very relaxing weekend. Can't wait to be back.

K1 building has a hole in the floor that was covered by a broken floor tile, foot almost went through the floor. The toilet had a leak in the tank and consistently and loudly ran day and night. Unpleasant stay for a pricey fee. Security does a good job telling you what you can’t do

All the employees at this park are so friendly and helpful. The park has new upgrades and it is also always clean.

Fantastic location, Very friendly and helpful staff. 10 minute walk to the beach. We had our 2 dogs and they enjoyed the K9 play area. Wish we could have stayed longer.

When we first got there we were greeted by the friendly staff. Our cabin was nice and clean. I liked that there were employees constantly driving around and checking up on the tenants. The pool was nice but may need some extra chairs or high tables. We enjoyed our stay and definitely come back. Thank you KOA!!

I was sold on coming back when the workers guided me on backing up my trailer. They were patient and even came back to to check that I was all hooked up with no issues. Super friendly and helpful. Park is clean and felt safe. I will definitely be returning later in the summer

Was disappointed that kOA did not update their website. Remodeling exercise rooms , fishing dock gone several things . Should have lowered price .

We really enjoyed our stay there. The campgrounds were well maintained and pleasant to walk around. Would *really* like the WIFI to be better. We will definitely come back.

The cable TV connection at my site and my neighbor's site did not work. The showers/restrooms by my site were very clean. The pool & hot tub were well maintained but some motor noise where the pumps was too loud and hard on my ears.

We enjoyed our stay, clean campsites and nice people. The only drawback is the lack of WiFi. So many RVs come with smart technology. It would be nice if WiFi was available. Please consider upgrading to accommodate.

We LOVE the property and definitely would stay again. The only negatives were the mosquitos!!! You could not be outside without getting swarmed.

The staff were very attentive and kind. The check-in was simple, they have staff readily available to guide you to your RV space, they offer trash pick-up and the added checkpoint security at the entrance makes them standout from all other RV locations I have been too. A feeling of ease to know that no one can just come through the park. The amenities and events are a plus too.

This was a family group trip total of 3 campers. I got site #70 and requested to be moved closer to my other family sites specifically on site #150 for Friday and Saturday and the person at the office told me no because they were full. After spending the weekend we learned nobody actually parked at the spot I was requesting (#150). Very disappointing!

Sitting on the porch watching the dolphins in the bay and seeing spaceX made our stay perfect. The staff were always cheerful and very helpful. We can hardly wait for a return trip. The only negative thing I can say is, stainless steel pans don't work on induction stove top. Otherwise our stay was perfect.

As usual, the staff at the SPI KOA leave us impressed. They cared when the wind took my swimming noodle and brought it back to me. They say hello and are so friendly without being intrusive. From the front desk (Dottie�ϋ�) to the bright, friendly workers using the golf carts, they never disappoint. I am grateful for their help in making our month long stay feel as if we are with family. Lots of power outages for several hours at a time cost us a lot of groceries. The Wi-Fi didn’t work most of the time. K camp flooded and muddy. Bathroom showers so small my butt stuck to shower curtain. Men workers were rude.

The common facilities were closed and the host did not inform that. The pier has also been removed. The sand playground was full of Southern sandbur.

Spots are so close together that you’re setting on top of the neighbors sewer if you try to eat or do anything else outside. We were there 7 days and had no power for 3 of them. I understand they are not in control of bad weather but zero communication is super frustrating!

We had a wonderful stay at KOA! It was too bad there were severe thunderstorms knocking out power and flooding our campsite. It's not KOA's fault. We still had a lovely time and laughed at all the chaos. I will definitely come back (and maybe research the weather ahead of time). Thank you!

Stayed in a deluxe cabin KL2, fry pan was stained, rear door was hard to open, rails dirty. Patio and outside furniture were very dirty. The cleanliness of the cabin just made us feel uncomfortable and we left a day early.

Paid for a "premium" with a deck. The price was high for what we got. The decks all look like they are falling apart, and all the premium spots need leveling. Seemed like a lot of maintenance stuff was lacking or over looked. The pool and hot tub were good. The laundry and restrooms were under construction but I never saw anyonworking on them. Great staff but just not what I expected. Disappointed

This is a nice park with an attentive staff. Overall quite well kept. Our complaints are that 2 years in a row many of the facilities were closed. Last year the pool was closed for a portion of our stay. This year the gym and one laundry and restroom were closed. We book at KOA for the amenities and would not have done so if we’d known of the closures. We believe a partial refund is due us.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The sites were very nice and spacious. Pool and hot tub were great. It would have been nice if they provided umbrellas for the round tables on the patio

We really enjoyed our stay at South Padre. The camping location is awesome, close to beaches. Service and staff have been super good and general cleanness is excellent despite the strong wind that was making the life little bit harder. Our spot was tight (like more or less all spots) but we've been lucky because for the whole stay (almost 20 days) nobody occupied the spot in front of us so we have space for the car and also free view.
