We stayed in the teepee! It was a FUN different experience for the children! They loved it! The family that runs this park are EXTRAORDINARY!! We decided to stay a 2nd night but needed to move to a cabin...they took our things to the cabin in golf carts for us!! VERY ENJOYABLE STAY!! Quiet campground!! Clean bathrooms and hot showers!

We had a WONDERFUL stay! VERY nice cabin! CLEAN bathroom! Hot showers! FUN children's activities...painting ceramics...barrel rides...ice cream! Mini Golf! Jumping Pillow! Playground! Pool! Delicious Pizza!! But most of all...VERY KIND and HELPFUL staff!!

This KOA is nice-very clean and not crowded at all. Our only problem-we stayed in a cabin and air freshener had been sprayed before we arrived. We had to open the windows and leave for awhile til it aired out. I’m not sure if the previous occupants did this or the clean up people. The cabin was clean and we had no other issues. We would definitely stay again!

Had a one night stay. Staff was excellent and very friendly. Lodge was great. Campground was in great condition and very clean.

Too many errors in the reservation process. Communication issues followed at the campground. There was a “loud” and unfortunate incident with our 12 year old granddaughter. Lots of loud, angry words…but eventually apologies and tears? The KOA staff called the police. They were satisfied it was nothing more than a difficult kid and left. To return minutes later-staff kicked us out!!! We left.

Multiple episode of disruptive behavior is not tolerated at our campground.

We had a great time! I love that you're dog friendly, offer crafts/activities, and have a cute store with fun souvenirs. I wish the pizza place offered a gluten-free crust option. I love that you've added a breakfast gathering at the activity center on Saturday mornings. Again, a gluten-free option (like oatmeal, a fruit cup, GF waffles) would be nice too! We will be back. Thanks!

We have contacted Hunt Brothers about the additional to a gluten free crust. Hopefully, in the future this may be an option!

My wife and I stayed one night at this campground. We LOVED the Deluxe Cabin. The owners attention to detail is excellent! The cabin was super clean, smelled wonderful, and had little touches that you’d expect to find at a high price hotel! Our only complaint is that we didn’t stay for a few days and enjoy the other great amenities that this classy campground has!

Staff was amazing. Always cheerfully and quick to help if needed. The only thing I would upgrade in this KOA is the cabin bunk bed mattress. They were very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.

We only stayed 1 night. We are koa committed. Love staying at them. We always rent cabin. I will say this time we felt bed was more hard on our back. But in all 5 star.

Charged cleaning fee for both cabin’s when I’m in a wheelchair and I cleaned out all the trash

We stayed in the Teepee and had a great time. We really enjoyed swimming with our family, and taking part in the other amenities on the grounds! The staff was super friendly and helpful the whole time!

We have stayed here a few times now, always an overnight stay on our way north or south. Nice campground, well maintained, great foolproof system of after hour drop-ins without a reservation. We have never been there at the height of the season, but I'm sure it's beautiful when it greens up.

We stopped here for one night on our way from Maryland to Mount Rushmore. It was perfect for an overnight. Easy access for 40 ft motorhome, right off the highway. It's a small campground but clean with nice sites and adorably decorated cabin. I wish store hours and pool hours were longer. We were there in the summer and didn't expect pool to close that early.
