We were only there for one night, but I was not impressed! We’re traveling KOA across the country, this one was just OK. The restroom was out of soap and towels to wash hands. We reported that to the office. Response: Housekeeping will be here later and they’ll take care of it. WHAT?!!!

We apologize if there was a miscommunication. Our cleaning staff was clocking in at the time of notification and took care Of the missing supplies first as we go through lots of product over holiday weekends.

We couldnt agree more with the barrier wall. Unfortunately, the city will not build a wall at this time.

Overnight stay only. Sewer cover was missing next to us. That camper was overnight too and not hooking up his sewer so we put our cap on his. A young lady had brought a 2x4 piece of wood to cover it but it didn’t cover it nor the smell. No other issues. Nice campground and staff.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Sioux City North KOA on our way to Montana. The employees are AMAZING! The sites are level and we don’t have to unhook for our 1 night stay. We will be back.

We stayed in a cabin for one night. Nice and clean. Great outdoor space and excellent pizza delivered to our site.

Staff was very helpful and informative. This was the trial run for our new rv and my son and family (who live nearby) had to pay a $20 visitor fee just to come in and see it. Staff said they were welcome to use the pool and playground. It was too cold to swim and playground equipment was so run down (especially mini golf) that it was a waste of $20.

We do have A $5 visiting fee per person that is explained prior to arrival and at check in. We also have many amenities for those visitors to be able to use with you. Heated pool, staffed planned activities, jumping pillow, gem mining, jump pad, Gaga ball. We also discussed the mini golf Reno.

Overall great place - lots of “nice” things. A grill that works, playgrounds, pool - and everything is well maintained and kept up. Everything works - and the people who run the place really care.

The folks that work here are wonderful, helpful and all seem to love their jobs. We liked the fact that the campground has many shade trees. Would have rated it a 5-star if they would have had cable TV available.

I wish the staff had secured firewood for purchase. No wood for both nights. The cabin and pool were very nice and staff was working hard.thabo you for another wonderful stay, we will be back!

We like the campground a lot they had many amenities. The only downfall we saw at the campground is the fact that you have a highway that's very noisy all day long even at the pool you can hear the highway it's very loud. It'd be nice if you had some kind of sound baffles you can put up along the property so we don't have to listen to All of the highway noise. Exception of noise we liked it.

Very thankful for a room with bathroom. This particular cabin didn’t offer a kitchen sink, so have to use a basin to wash up any dishes. The shades in the room all need to be replaced, they are bent up. I did my best to straighten them, to keep out the outside lights. The tub and sink drain very slow. Just some minor things, but should be checked on. Bed was very comfortable, and staff helpful!

Great KOA. Wife and I had a great stay!!! Nice trees and great pull-through spots. Staff was very friendly and the restrooms/showers were very clean. We will be back.

We only stayed one night as we were passing through the area. We were pleasantly surprised by the roomy, well groomed sites. The staff were delightful. We will plan to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. Nice patio spot near the pool, bathroom, and shower. The kids enjoyed the candy bar, mining shack, bounce pillow, heated pool, and play yard. K9 par was grassy and securely fenced, and the laundry area was clean. We enjoyed hot wings for dinner, too! Would have liked to see a dog wash station.

It is unfortunate that our campground did not live up to your expectations. Our campground is right off the interstate. Most guests choose our location due to convenience to the interstate and other amenities. We hope you try us again, we do provide cabin rentals.

Good level gravel spots. Facilities clean. Great to have a pizza place on the grounds. Staff pleasant. Only negative comment, and it only happened one night out of our 2 night stay that our neighbors across from us were quite loud til 1am.

We have stayed here a few times now, always an overnight stay on our way north or south. Nice campground, well maintained, great foolproof system of after hour drop-ins without a reservation. We have never been there at the height of the season, but I'm sure it's beautiful when it greens up.

We stopped here for one night on our way from Maryland to Mount Rushmore. It was perfect for an overnight. Easy access for 40 ft motorhome, right off the highway. It's a small campground but clean with nice sites and adorably decorated cabin. I wish store hours and pool hours were longer. We were there in the summer and didn't expect pool to close that early.
