Very nice little campground. It's gated access & the staff do a fine job of directing campers on where to go. It's close to highway, so if road noise bothers you, you might not like this campground. Not a problem for us though. It has a nice clean pool & a fenced in activity area with fun stuff for the kids like a jumping pillow. The dog area is right next to the pool area. We enjoyed our stay.

It would have been ok but they charged $5.00 for my car that I had to drive since we are moving so I had to pay 5.00 to park in the space that I already paid for. I will not stay there again. It is sad everyone has a camper now so you up the price of everything.

Very nice clean well kept campground. Nice level pull through full hook up sites. Great pool, play area, and all kinds of activities. We stayed just one night on our way north to the Badlands. Was a perfect location for us as we were able to keep our vehicle hooked up on the level spot and pull right out quickly this morning.

My only comment ~ we had several “knock” at our camper door Friday (9/1) between 9:45-11:00pm. I tried two different numbers to contact campground staff but got no answer. Did not rise to the need to call 911. On a high note ~ loved breakfast Saturday (9/2). The pancakes were awesome!!

Cabin was very clean, enjoyed a fire one night and a nice little Webber grill ready to be used! The Staff was amazing and very friendly and so helpful! Yep I will stay again and it was very enjoyable stay!! Thank you

Site was very nice and convenient. Staff were very friendly. Very disappointed that as many times and as much money as I spend with KOA that they wanted to charge me $20 to move to a site necxt to the people we were traveling with when the campground was maybe 35% full. Also, they closed the pool at 7:30 when there was another hour and a half of sunlight and temps were still in the 80s.

Caleb was wonderful...he directed us to our site and was seen busy cleaning all the time. What a fine example of a hard worker. A credit to KOA

The campground is top quality. I just wish that during low travel time as was the case the very end of Aug that we could have been put at a site with shade. Three sits next to us were vacant and full shade when we arrived and they stayed vacant. Very Disappointed. I'll have to ask next time.

the campground and facilities are top notch. Has a bike/pedestrian path along the road in front of the place. The only drawback is the Freeway - UGH very loud and 24 hours a day. If you are parked near it - hard to sit outside and talk or listen to music/watch TV. Need a better sound buffer then the trees. The truck traffic never lets up.

We had a group of campers we were placed close together everybody was kind and courteous. It was Willy Wonka weekend it was amazing. What a great place to stay the pool was so refreshing on a warm day the activities were spot on had a great time will definitely be back.

The staff even helped screw back on a piece of plastic fender well that was coming off the camper! Also the bone in chicken wings were great!

The only thing dump station was not real accessible as we were towing. We had site with no sewer. Would definitely rethink before staying again.

My only suggestion is to have lots of mosquito repellent ready. Lots of water around. It was a beautiful place and very relaxing except for the mosquitoes which tried to eat us up. Lol

We arrived late and the process for Checking in late was easy. We were impressed By the cleanliness of the washrooms and the fantastic shower- just what these road travellers needed - thank you!

We have stayed at many KOAs on this journey out west from Maryland. This Sioux City KOA was the best! Everything and then some that you’d expect. Great staff, beautiful campground and an awesome breakfast on Saturday morning. Highly recommend.

We stayed only one night on our trip from MN to CO. Evan was welcoming once we arrived & even delivered our pizza after a long day of travel. Thanks Evan! We were able to walk our dog in the morning on paved sidewalks just outside the campground. Nice location. Great staff!

We have stayed here a few times now, always an overnight stay on our way north or south. Nice campground, well maintained, great foolproof system of after hour drop-ins without a reservation. We have never been there at the height of the season, but I'm sure it's beautiful when it greens up.

We stopped here for one night on our way from Maryland to Mount Rushmore. It was perfect for an overnight. Easy access for 40 ft motorhome, right off the highway. It's a small campground but clean with nice sites and adorably decorated cabin. I wish store hours and pool hours were longer. We were there in the summer and didn't expect pool to close that early.
