The cabin was great and worth the cost. I don’t agree with the fact I was charged $50 for having my service dog in the cabin. For that reason alone, I won’t be staying in a cabin again!!

Very nice campground with friendly service. Hot pizza made fresh and delivered right to your campsite was an added plus.

second time staying at Sioux City North during 6 month period. Like the campgrounds, staff very friendly. the only thing that concerns me is the very low water faucet. Hard to use water set ups with faucet so low near the ground.

The park and even bathrooms were clean! Super friendly folks, the gal even walked us to our site when we checked in. There is some sort of bakery or something nearby and the air smells of baked goods all day long. They had good wi-fi, plenty of space to walk the dogs, a real nice place.

Very nice campground and friendly staff. Site was very easy to get into with our 45ft, 5th wheel toy hauler only stayed on night but would recommend for longer stay.

Stayed in a cabin. Very clean and comfortable. We used the dog park. Unfortunately it was a lot of dirt due to a water leak. It’s a really nice feature for those traveling with dogs. So I’d recommend you do whatever you can to improve it.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We are currently working on that area. We had to unfortunately dig up that are for a water main break. It has been seeded and are currently waiting on a sod company who can get us a delivery.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. This was our first time at a KOA. We knew it would be more expensive than other campgrounds, but enjoyed having the store and playground choices for the price difference. The bathrooms were clean, Our only complaint was how close the campsites were. We were not prepared for them to be so close. Otherwise, great facility.

First of all the campground was not even 1/2 full and yet we got assigned a space beside what looked like a full time resident. At 2:00 AM we were awakened by all ur ‘neighbor’ revving up his motorcycle. He finally left the park, but returned a while later to further rev up his bike This was a very unpleasant experience. One should be able to sleep, without noises at 2:00 in the morning.

Enjoyed our stay at this great KOA with friendly staff and easy, fast checkin. We had a long, level site with shade.

The campground is really nice, space was a a little short for a 42 ft fifth wheel and my full bed F-350 DRW. The only bad thing was fwy noise which was ongoing day and night. Lots of 18 wheeler make lots of noise. Otherwise a great camp

I personally did not like all of the white gravel. It was so dusty and made everything dirty. Otherwise the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the bathrooms were nice and clean. I also had a problem with the water Spicket and the way the water shot out and made a muddy mess. I guess we don’t camp enough to know that maybe we should have brought a hose with us.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The camp sites were clean. Only issue we had was our guest on the next sight smoked often outside and was a nucience to us.

Great layout and great customer service! Love the dog park just wish everyone exercised common courtesy and picked after their pets. We would definitely stay there again if we are in the area!

After hours check in, very easy. We stayed in deluxe cabin. Absolutely spotless. We will definitely stay again. We stayed in Rv site two years ago and a great experience then. staff was over the top..

We love the patios sites in the back. They are large and we like having the extra space. The breakfast on the weekends is awesome as well.

Very clean property, everything is kept updated and in working order, very safe for young and old alike. Managers and staff are the happiest serving campers with smiles all the time even when it is very hot outside. The staff are very informative with updates by text on all emergencies and requests and updates on events.

We love staying here and have many times over this last year. As We live in CO but grew up in Sx City We visit family often and staff is always Great and helpful Jules is the Best!

What a pleasant experience! We pull in, get ready to get out of the truck and we looked up to a young gal with a pretty smile, asked our name, and said follow me! Wow, what special treatment. From then on though, we had the same experience with all of the employees, they were all very knowledgeable and friendly. The park was very clean we thought, and lots to do for the kids. Pizza was great!

Arrived late but they saved the best spot for us. The people next to me we're so nice and gave us dinner before we could even fire up our grille. The staff went out of their way to help us and even suggested a few things we didn't know we even needed. Like a fly swatter and some other fun items. They were so helpful and friendly!

0 customer service wanted to move and she couldn’t do because the computer picked our site!! Then told us it would take a while to see if she could move us. Then 2 minutes later she had Caleb tell they couldn’t move. She couldn’t even tell us herself. It definitely put a damper on our stay. Only koa with terrible customer service

We enjoyed our stay and the close proximity to my mom. Having no kids, KOA has amenities we don't need. We did appreciate how quiet the campground was aside from traffic noise on Interstate 29. Thumbs up for the pizza, laundry facilities, friendly staff.

We have stayed here a few times now, always an overnight stay on our way north or south. Nice campground, well maintained, great foolproof system of after hour drop-ins without a reservation. We have never been there at the height of the season, but I'm sure it's beautiful when it greens up.

We stopped here for one night on our way from Maryland to Mount Rushmore. It was perfect for an overnight. Easy access for 40 ft motorhome, right off the highway. It's a small campground but clean with nice sites and adorably decorated cabin. I wish store hours and pool hours were longer. We were there in the summer and didn't expect pool to close that early.
