We loved our stay! Ilena is wonderful! The views are beautiful and the grounds are very well maintained. Your office/gift shop has New Mexico artists and last December I did alot if Christmas shopping as well. We met some great guests and learned alot from them. Thank you and we'll see you next time!

Campground is very clean and very quiet. Host is super nice and helpful. It is in a great location, just outside Silver City. It is close to The City of Rocks State Park, The Catwalk and the Gila Ruins.

Ileana was an awesome host. Friendly, kind and caring from the first minute we arrived. We chose our tent site and went off to explore silver city while the day was still hot. We returned after 500pm ready to set up our tent. Unfortunately a very large colony of ants were in both sites of 71 and 72. We called the after hours number for help and Ileana was at our site with some stuff that got rid o

Our first KOA stay and we were impressed. Communication and check-in was so easy and professional. The cabins, facilities and grounds were clean. No complaints - great first time! I hope all the others are just as great as the Silver City KOA. We will be back.

I have a small business that performs work regularly in the Silver City area. We don't think of staying anywhere else while in town. Sometimes we use our RV on longer projects and use their cabins on shorter stays. This visit was in a cabin. The cabins are clean, well maintained and equipped with everything we need to feel like home. Much better than any hotel. Thank you once again.

A well organized site attended by some of the nicest people you’ll meet in New Mexico. A well stocked store and site with lots of room to move a large RV around. We shall return. While breakfast on Saturday is donated by the owners, it’s not free. Donations are important and support a very worthy children’s charity. The pancakes are world class!

Great atmosphere. Friendly helpful staff. Clean well managed campground with abundant wildlife. They have Jack rabbits, cotton tails, mule deer, Gibbons Quail, mourning dove, white wing dove, harmless Sonoran Gopher snakes, squirrels, lizzards, humming birds and Mexican Jays. If your there in May they have a Mulberry trees with good berries.

I was impressed. This was our first time at a KOA. We saw employees all the time, they were so friendly. The free breakfast on Saturday was a bonus, I was super excited about that. The only hiccup was the water pressure in the RV but that’s nobody’s fault.

I bounced around to a few different accommodations at the Silver City KOA, being a bit stranded with a broken Jeep, all had their charm. All of the staff, the "J" Crew and the rest of the letters ;o), where very understanding and helpful lugging my camping gear from camping site. I stayed at four different accommodations and all were clean and each had their unique charm. Thanks again KOA SC!

The campground is maintained, the staff is very friendly and efficient. My grandchildren loved the pool and playground. We will definitely stay again!

Check in was easy and the staff very warm and courteous. Cabins were clean and comfortable. Fairly priced as well. Only issue was almost no hot water for the shower. If we are in the area again, we would stay here.

Bed was worst ever we both couldn't sleep in it without rolling into the middle, I had to sleep on the futon, stove didn't work, shower would change temperature and scald you, floor vents were nasty dirty. I called and asked what was in the cabin, they said fully stocked, had 1 teaspoon and 1 tablespoon 4 forks and 3 knives. I asked for fire wood, never got it. Definitely not worth $145 a night!

Very clean and kept park. Has nice playground, volleyball and basketball court. Staff was friendly and provides free cookies upon check in. I’d recommend staying here when visiting Silver City. Must have a tow vehicle. There are a few hiking trails from the site, but nothing compared to what you can do when you leave. 4 stars bc sites are close together and on gravel.

Bathroom, rec room, and laundry facilities were adequate. Pool was closed for “maintenance”—despite having water in it and no signs of maintenance being performed during our two day stay. We weren’t told anything about the closure, which would’ve impacted our decision to stay, since it’s summer and we are tent campers. Despite being off the road, highway noise is quite loud especially

This was my first trip setting up and disconnecting my trailer by myself. The employees were very helpful assisting me with complete set up & explained how to disconnect. When I was leaving, I stopped at the front to ask for assistance. I wanted to make sure I had my trailor hooked up to my truck correctly. They verified everything was correct before I left. I felt safe when leaving!

This KOA was very clean. The staff was friendly and attentive. We would recommend this KOA to anyone staying in the Silver City area.

Nice KOA with super friendly employees. Inexpensive laundry machines. Clean restrooms. Store had good selection and reasonably priced. Nice playground and entertainment room. Close to hiking and town with restaurants and groceries.

The cabins were awesome. Since when did Koa get tvs and small fridges? Awesome!!! We took our granddaughter camping for Grandpa birthday. She had a blast! We explored all around the campground. We had so much fun. Close to town and plenty of things to do and explore! Great place and nice people! 👍
