Men's bathroom smelled like a fish cleaning station. It smelled bad. More road signs are needed for one way roads. 3rd time in 5 years I've been there and it's still confusing. Post no parking by the bathrooms. Some clueless people in a TT parked there blocking me from leaving.

Easy to get to. Arrived 2 minutes before office closed, along with several others. Staff stayed and helped all of us. Politely and cslmly.

Only KOA that check in lady told us all about points and only one in our travels across US from Pa that we were led to our site. Very impressive with your staff. We will stay there again if we go home that way.

Enjoyed our stay on the way north in early July to see the kids and on the way back at the end of the visit in Montana. Quite a nice park. Thanks.

We went back to our sight 122 at 8:50 pm. To find a motorhome parked in our spot. The man was drunk and said the guy who rides the ranger directed him to that spot.. I called the number on my email the front office an no answer. Stacy manager called left a terrible voicemail said she will not give us money back cause we called front office. Thats the number we had to call. Don't stay here.

We were just driving through and needed a pull thru site for one night. The people were nice and we appreciated the nightly ice cream fund raising for kids with cancer.

We stayed five nights so we could explore Sheridan and the Big Horn foothills area. We also visited Story, Banner and Big Horn. Our daughter and other grandchild joined us for the last night- Matheus rented the cabin nearest our RV spot. The kiddos enjoyed the pool and game room. Great stay!

Overall a good stay. However I must say my site was at least 6” out of level from side to side. There in no excuse for that given the cost for staying at this site.

We loved this park, everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The park is clean, the grounds are well taken care of and everything worked perfectly. The only thing I personally would change would be moving the dog park away from the creek. It’s a walk to get there (hard when you are disabled) and the mosquitoes were bad at the dog park which is no reflection on the park.

My wife and I really enjoyed our recent stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the facilities were top notch. The weather was hot during our stay and the swimming pool was great, as well as the ice cream social put on by the staff! Nice campground and the Sheridan area is beautiful.

Surprised there was no escort not that I needed it. Has a sprinkler system but most of the grass was brown. Typical KOA no space between sites at least where I was.

Our sewer connection backed up into our camping space prior to us dumping and made a huge mess in our yard. We had to attempt to clean our hoses, power connection and other gear in a sandlot next door. The only compensation management offered us was to move to an empty space to dump our tanks. We’re very unhappy with the way management handled this. They could have at least helped with cleanup

Was given a campsite that had no grass, no trees, no shade. The hosts were just friendly, nothing more. The store has virtually nothing in it. It was 92 degrees out and the store didn' t even have water to purchase. Not going back there.

We had a great time and enjoyed the ice cream social and gem mining. The covered wagons look like fun and would be a great experience if we didn’t have a camper.

Winter time self check in was perfect. Allowed us to check out a little later. Great location with an amazing path system that goes for miles.

Was a great experience! Spent almost 6 weeks while at KOA while buying our new house in Wyoming and getting it set up. Stacy was amazing helping us with monthly rental and finding right spot. She also was a great local guide ensuring we knew all the places to check out. The park is very clean, washers and dryers clean and work well, and playground was great for kids. The location was near highway but pretty quiet with the exception of the occasional Jake brake from a semi. Nearby truck stop has pretty cheap gas and diesel as well as cheapest adult beverages in town.

Stacy was extremely helpful and accommodating. She was so friendly and went above and beyond to help us, and we felt as if she treated us as more than just a customer. We would definitely stay here again if given the chance.
