We stayed in a deluxe cabin and we loved it. The bed was so comfortable I will buy one when we get home. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The full kitchen was a plus, it had everything you need.

We stayed in the cloud cabin. It was very neat very clean and homey had everything we needed and the people there were just so accommodating and so nice. I love KOA‘s. I wished all of the KOA‘s would read someone with a small dog stay in the cabins not all do, I would stay there again if I’m in the area

No AC units in cabin. Bed was not comfortable and sounded like it was going to fall apart. Pool was ice cold, the lake near by was warmer. The view from the camp ground wasn't the greatest see the hill for the freeway, which block the view of the mountain. Not worth the price, would consider staying again in price was lower, for what you get.

The campground itself was great and all staff were super nice. I do want to let someone know that the mattresses in our cabin were completely flat. It felt like we were lying directly on the plywood. We were in cabin K1. Everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay! Just please someone look at the mattresses lol.

The staff was wonderful. The cabin we stayed in was fantastic, very clean. One suggestion, there were no departure instructions about how to leave the cabin. We took the trash out, strip the bed, put any towels we used together in the tub/shower area did a general clean up, and washed any kitchenware we used.

A great KOA! The cabin was super clean and fully stocked with towels, blankets, BBQ stuff, etc. The pool was clean and the staff were very kind and helpful, even opening the mini golf especially for us so our family could play. Had a great time and will definitely stay here again when passing through!

We stayed in one of the covered wagons. Extremely clean accommodations including a private bathroom. Roomy wagon with comfy beds and plush towels. Highly recommend!

Definitely older facilities and not as well maintained as other KOAs I’ve been to. The inside light, rattling ceiling fan and outdoor light were all on the same switch so couldn’t run any of them on their own. When I asked staff about it I was told to pull the chain. Of course I had tried that and several other things before asking. I was also surrounded by tent campers w many people per site.

Love the campground, very green, lots to do for kids, nightly ice cream social and Saturday pancakes great addition. The staff and Stacy the manager are very friendly. We'll be back in the future.

We stayed in the black tooth deluxe cabin and it was awesome! Smelled clean and was roomy enough for three of us. The kitchen had everything we needed, the staff is so friendly and helpful! We will definitely come back to stay - thanks Sheridan KOA �

Great location close to many things to see and do. Nice campground with nice staff. I appreciated how they opened windows in my cabin before I arrived because it was such a hot day, and I appreciated the ice cream fundraiser for kids with cancer.

I gave this KOA top ratings for a number of reasons. I had an issue during my stay and found the staff open to my experience. They went above and beyond to resolve things, demonstrating the very best in customer relations, I recommend this KOA. Plus, always of importance, clean, comfortable bathrooms/showers and laundry room. If looking for a camping spot in Sheridan, check them out.

We stayed in a basic camping cabin but this was our 3rd stay here. We LOVE the convenience off the hwy & appreciate a clean place to stay & play. The gameroom, laundry, park etc are perfect for us when we are in a cross country roadtrip.

Great place, New mgr's are friendly. New owners, not hunter friendly, hoping that changes so I can return. Maybe a simple letter asking hunters to be responsible, discrete. Then next year will be year 8 in a row!

Having a good AC was wonderful . Having sheets d pillows provided was a real treat! The showers were some of the best on my trip. I also like the key card system.

Winter time self check in was perfect. Allowed us to check out a little later. Great location with an amazing path system that goes for miles.

Was a great experience! Spent almost 6 weeks while at KOA while buying our new house in Wyoming and getting it set up. Stacy was amazing helping us with monthly rental and finding right spot. She also was a great local guide ensuring we knew all the places to check out. The park is very clean, washers and dryers clean and work well, and playground was great for kids. The location was near highway but pretty quiet with the exception of the occasional Jake brake from a semi. Nearby truck stop has pretty cheap gas and diesel as well as cheapest adult beverages in town.

Stacy was extremely helpful and accommodating. She was so friendly and went above and beyond to help us, and we felt as if she treated us as more than just a customer. We would definitely stay here again if given the chance.
